Recycle unwanted materials rather than disposing of them as waste. Sort the tools,
hoses, and packaging in specific categories and take to the local recycling center or
dispose of in an environmentally safe way.

Potential hazard that will result in serious injury or death.
VIBRATION PRECAUTION!
Read and follow the safety instructions before
using the vibrating tool to avoid temporary or
permanent physical
injury, particularly to the
hands, arms, and shoulders, and
to reduce the
risk of vibration-related injury.
•
Sparks that are created when cutting may ignite flammable materials.
•
Never use this tool in the presence of any flammable materials, liquids, or gases.
•
Always ensure the cutting discs utilized with this tool are rated at or
•
above the speed rating of the tool (18,000 RPM).
•
Failure to properly match the accessory to the tool could result in serious personal
injury.
•
Ensure the cutting discs are tightened properly before operating the
•
tool and after changing the cutting disc.
•
Do not use additional and excessive force on the tool when cutting.
•
Failure to comply could lead to serious injury or loss of life.
•
Disconnect the tool from the air supply before changing
•
accessories, servicing or performing maintenance.
•
Heavy vibration from an air tool may result in injury to the hand, fingers
•
and wrist of operator during a long period of operation. Stop using the air tool if you
feel pain. Resume use of an air tool after consulting with a doctor, confirming that
there is no problem concerning the use of the air tool.
Potential hazard that could result in serious injury or death.
Keep hands and other body parts away from work areas when connecting the
tool to the air supply.
•
Use only recommended and properly rated replacement parts and
•
cutting disc. Failure to comply could lead to serious injury or loss of life.
•
Safety guard must always be positioned so that it shadows (or blocks)
•
the users face from the cutting disc.

The pneumatic cut-off tool features a lightweight and durable composite body
that reduces vibration for comfortable use and easy grip. Safety latch on the
trigger protects against accidental
start-up. The tool is designed with a chrome plated adjustable safety guard for
greater protection while cutting. The tool is useful for cutting through a variety
of objects and materials.
e sure to use a proper air compressor with air-powered tools. The compressor
should be able to supply a minimal air delivery of 2.7 CFM @ 90 PSI to ensure
the compressor can run continuously with the tool.

Keep hands and other parts of the body away from the work areas when
connecting the tool to the air supply. Failure to comply could lead to serious injury or loss of
life.
It is recommended that a filter-regulator-lubricator is used and located as close to the tool as
possible.
If a filter-regulator-lubricator is not installed, place up to 6 drops of compressor oil into the
NPT inlet plug before each use.
If a filter-regulator-lubricator is installed, keep the air filter clean. A dirty filter will reduce the air
pressure to the tool, which will cause reduction in power, efficiency, and general performance.
For optimal performance, install a quick connector to the tool and a quick coupler on those, if
applicable.
Verify that all of the connections in the air supply system are sealed in order to prevent air
from leaking. Failure to comply may result in moderate injury or damage to equipment.
Air tools
Read all safety guidelines (see section "safety guidelines”) at the beginning of this
manual. Always inspect the air tool prior to each use to
ensure proper use of power source.
-
determine whether the tool is in proper working order.
Only use cutting disc which are specifically designed for use with this tool.
Drain the compressor tank daily. Water in the air supply line will damage the tool.
Clean the air inlet and the filter weekly.
Line pressure should be increased to compensate for unusually long air hoses. The
hose diameter should be 3/8”.

WARNING!
•
Read all instructions in this manual carefully and understand them thoroughly
before using the Pneumatic Cut Off Tool. Failure
to comply could lead to serious
injury or loss of life.
2. Release the safety lock on trigger and then
press the trigger to operate the tool. Cover
exhaust port with a towel then run air tool for 20 to
30 seconds. Oil will discharge from exhaust port
when air pressure is applied. Continue to run
cutting tool until no oil is discharged
WARNING!
Ensure tool is disconnected from
air supply BEFORE changing the
cutting disc.

WARNING!
•
Ensure the bolts are tightened properly upon changing the cutting disc before
operating the tool.
•
Do not use additional and excessive force on the tool when cutting. Failure to comply
could lead to serious injury or loss of life.
•
Do not allow the tool to run freely for an extended period of time, as doing so will
shorten the life of the 3"pneumatic Cut Off Tool
Storage
If it is necessary to store the tool for an extended period of time, apply a generous
amount of lubrication before storing.
The tool should be allowed to run for approximately 30 seconds after lubricating,
in order to ensure that the lubrication is uniformly distributed throughout the tool.

Maintenance
DANGER!
Disconnect the tool from the air compressor before maintenance/service,
adjusting and when it is not in use.
•
Repairs must be performed by a qualified service technician only.
•
Failure to comply will lead to serious injury or loss of life.
•
Lubrication: If the tool and the compressor are
not equipped with an in-line lubrication system,
place 2 to 3 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the
air inlet before each use or after every 2 hours of
continuous use, depending on the characteristics
of the workpiece.
Air-operated tools must be inspected periodically, and worn or broken parts must be replaced
in
order to keep tools operating safely and efficiently.
Inspect and replace worn or damaged o-rings, seals, etc. Tighten all screws and caps
frequently in order to help prevent personal injury.
