Atención
Al instalar el acondicionador evaporativo en el techo
hay que tener en cuenta que, normalmente, las cabinas
que vienen provistas de escotilla, tienen una estructura
suciente para soportar el peso del acondicionador
evaporativo. Sin embargo, cuando no ocurre así y es
necesario realizar el corte en el techo, ó incluso si en el
caso de llevar escotilla el material no es sucientemente
resistente (en casos de techos de bra, plástico, etc,.)
el instalador debe decidir bajo su responsablidad,
sobre la necesidad de reforzarlo para evitar la posible
deformación, rotura, entradas de agua, etc., habilitando
los medios necesarios para que esto no ocurra.

antes de entregarlo, para informarse del mantenimiento y
recomendaciones sobre el evaporativo instalado.
Recomendaciones
Para el montaje
• Antes de iniciar el montaje leer las instrucciones y
seguirlas durante el proceso de instalacion.
• Usar las herramientas adecuadas para cada
operación.
Electricidad
• Desconectar la llave de contacto.
• Desconectar la batería antes de empezar el montaje.
• Asegurarelconexionado deloscomponentes eléctricos,
vericando su correcto encaje.

EN CASO DE LLEVAR ESCOTILLA ORIG. SE
PUEDE UTILIZAR DICHO HUECO (QUITANDO
ESCOTILLA) PARA EL MONTAJE DEL
EVAPORATIVO, EN OTRO CASO:
*Posicionar evaporativo sobre el techo, evitando
roces con placas solares, antenas, etc. tomando
esa referencia, seguir los siguientes pasos:
Presentar marco centrado sobre el techo (desde
el interior del habitáculo) y marcar por el interior
del contorno.
Dar (4) taladros en las esquinas de la marca
desde el interior y unir esos taladros por la parte
superior. Cortar guata y falso techo (con cuchillo
o cúter ) y posteriormente realizar el corte, por la
parte exterior, con sierra de calar, teniendo como
guía, la marca realizada anteriormente.

CUIDADO AL REALIZAR EL CORTE, POR
LA POSIBILIDAD DE ENCONTRARSE CON
PASO DE CABLES.

Colocar junta de montaje alrededor del corte y en
la parte inferior del evaporativo, como se indica en
la foto. Sellar con silicona interiormente.
Montar evaporativo desde el exterior y desde el
interior, centrarlo en el corte del techo.
Montar marco, jando con (4) tornillos rosca chapa
y sobre el marco y a taladros del evaporativo,
montar los (2)soportes sujeción con (4) espárragos
M6/100x60, con tuercas y arandelas planas.
Fijar canalizador a los (2)soportes con (4)tornillos
M4/70x10 y pasar cableados.
Conectar cables al frente y jar frente con ventanillas
sobre el canalizador montado anteriormente, con
(4) M4/70x15.

Pasar tubos y cables (desde techo a batería
y tubería de agua original), utilizar bajantes
originales. Si no se puede:
a- Presentar bajante suministrada, por la parte
mas idónea y dar taladro en el centro, hacia
arriba.
b- Acontinuación y desde el techo, con la referencia
de ese taladro, dar corte según medidas.
Fijar la bajante con tornillo rosca chapa Ø3.5x13mm.
e ir recortando, por donde sea necesario según su
recorrido.

Desde el techo meter los (1) tubos y (1) cables,
hacia abajo.
a- Presentar las (2) canaletas blancas, a 90º y
cortar en el punto de encuentro con taladro.
b- Una vez pasados tubos y cables por las
canaletas sellar con silicona en la zona del
taladro, para dejar ja la posición de esos tubos
y cables.
c- Colocar junta de montaje.
d- Fijar canaletas con tornillo rosca chapa
Ø3.5x13mm. y volver a sellar todo alrededor,
para evitar entradas de agua.
En caso de llevar grifos eléctricos utilizar el kit
0912520023.

Important
Evaporative air conditioner works by taking air from
outside and introducing it in cabin. It is essential that air
does not stagnate inside, which would produce an excess
of humidity. All modern cabins of vehicles are equipped
with air inlets, through which required air comes out as,
for instance, in the case of heating.
Assembler will have to check that these air inlets do exist
and, in case they do not, he will have to mount them.
As for the user, he will have to periodically make sure
that these air inlets are not blocked by dirt.

The assembler is recommended to read the above
mentioned handbook, before giving it to user, in order to
inform himself of the maintenance and recommendations
on the evaporative equipment being assembled.

Guidelines
• Prior to assembly, read the instructions and follow these
throughout the mounting operations.
• Use the appropiate tools for each operation.
Electricity
• Switch the connector off.
• Disconnect the battery before starting mounting
operations.
• Verify that the electrical components have been
connected correctly.

IF AN ORIGINAL HATCH IS FITTED, REMOVE
THE HATCH TO USE THIS GAP WHEN
ASSEMBLING THE EVAPORATION UNIT,
OTHERWISE:
*Position the evaporation unit on the roof, avoiding
any contact with solar plates, antennas, etc, and
follow these steps using this as a reference:
Align the frame on the roof (from inside the cabin)
and mark out on the inside.
Make (4) bores at the corners of the mark from the
inside and in the top section. Cut the wadding and
the false ceiling (using a knife or cutter) and then
make the cut on the outer part with a fretsaw, using
the previously made mark as a guide.

Position the assembly seal around the cut and
in lower part of the evaporation unit, as shown in
photo. Seal the inside with silicone.
Mount the evaporation unit from the outside and
from the inside, aligning it on the cut in the roof.
Mount the frame, securing it with (4) self-tapping
screws and mount the (2) attachment supports
with (4) M6/100x60 studs, using at washers
and nuts on the frame and evaporation unit
boreholes.
Secure the duct unit to the (2) supports with (4)
M4/70x10 screws and pass through the cables.
Connect the cables to the front and secure the
front with windows on the previously mounted duct
unit using (4) M4/70x15.

Pass through the pipes and cables (from roof to
battery and original water pipe), using the original
downpipes. If this cannot be done:
a- Position the supplied downpipe in the most
suitable section and bore the centre upwards.
b- Then make the cut from the roof in accordance
with the measurements, using this borehole as
a reference.
Secure the downpipe with Ø3.5x13mm metal
threaded screws and cut as necessary in
accordance with the layout.

Insert (1) pipes and (1) cables downwards from the
roof.
a- Position the (2) white ducts at 90º and cut at the
borehole meeting point.
b- Once the pipes and cables have passed through
the ducts, seal the borehole area with silicone to
x the position of these pipes and cables.
c- Position the assembly seal.
d- Secure the ducts with Ø3.5x13mm metal
threaded screws and seal all around to prevent
incoming water.

Attention
Le climatiseur evaporatif fonctionne en prenant de l’air
de l’exterieur qui est ensuite introduit dans la cabine.
Il est essentiel que cet air ne stagne pas a l’interieur
provoquant ainsi un exces d’humidite. Toutes les cabines
des vehicules modernes sont equipees de grilles de
renovation d’air, a travers lesquelles l’air necessaire sort,
comme par exemple dans le cas du chauffage.
L’installateur devra s’assurer que ces grilles existent
et, dans le cas ou elles n’existeraient pas, il devra les
installer.
Quant a l’utilisateur, celui-ci devra verier periodiquement
que les grilles ne sont pas obturees par

SI L’ÉCOUTILLE D’ORIGINE EST PLACÉE, IL
EST POSSIBLE D’UTILISER CE CREUX (EN
RETIRANT L’ÉCOUTILLE) POUR LE MONTAGE
DE L’ÉVAPORATIF. DANS UN AUTRE CAS :
*Placer l’évaporatif sur le plafond, en évitant
les frottements avec les plaques solaires, les
antennes, etc. Avec cette référence, suivre les
pas suivants :
Présenter le cadre centré sur le plafond (depuis
l’intérieur de l’habitacle) et marquer à l’intérieur du
contour.
Percer (4) trous dans les coins de la marque
depuis l’intérieur et relier ces trous par la partie
supérieure. Couper la ouate et le faux plafond
(avec un couteau ou un cutter) et ensuite procéder
à la coupe par la partie extérieure avec une scie
sauteuse, en utilisant la marque précédemment
réalisée comme guide.
