A. Construct the foundations as per the foundation plan and installation instructions.
Important: The surface of each foundation must be level and smooth!
B. Align the foundation parts according to the foundation plan
All default dimensions (including depths!) must be strictly adhered to.
C. Install the chemical anchors according to instructions provided.
(Allow time for complete curing.)

D. Beginning from the mast top, thread the net over the mast. The spreader bars
should point towards the mast top.
E. Attach the pre-assembled tensioning device to the mast top.
Important: Do not remove the plastic cover from the tensioning meachanism. Insert
the plastic cover into the mast too.
F. Lift the mast top and attach the spreader bars to the tensioning cables. Important:
The distance between the egg clamps is 26mm (>1’’).
G. At the middle foundation, place the Nylon-ring (with the groove pointing upwards)
onto the aluminium bulb.
H. Erect the mast as per the installation instructions.
If you are using a crane, please attach the sling to the join between the mast
and spreader bars. Important: The mast must slip into the groove of the Nylon-
ring once erected.

I. Attach five double-tensioning cables to the outer foundations. The attachments are
preassembled to the net. The bolts (M20 x 120) must be pulled tight.
J. Attach five shackles to the mast.(Use screwlock adhesive)
K. Tension the net until the mark on the rope is situated at the upper point of the
cable re-router. Afterwards the distance between the middle of the first egg clamp
to the edge of the ball should be 900mm (35-7/16’’). Attach the fixing plate.
L. Use a hammer to close the rubber cap over the assembly opening of the ball
connector.
