its siren and mermaid lore. Bernini’s Naples Fountain
adds a subtle touch of whimsy to your home.

Step1: Be sure to place
the base of your fountain
on a at, rm surface.
Step 3: Turn the large bowl
a quarter turn clockwise to
lock it into place.
Step 2: Apply downward pres-
sure by stepping on the edge
of the base to prevent it from
turning.
Align and connect the large
bowl to the base.
STOP
At this point, your fountain should look like the
image on the left. Go to the next page for the
next step to setup your new Bernini™ Fountain.
Note: You will notice that
there are two dierent
sized tabs on the bottom
of the large bowl and
there are two correspond-
ing grooves in the top of
the base. These tabs t
together and lock when
turned clockwise.

For the next step, you will install the fountain tier
into the large bowl. Rest the fountain tier on the
side of the large bowl.
If your fountain came with the water pump disconnected from the tube inside of
the fountain tier, refer to page 22 for instructions on how to connect the water
pump to the fountain tier.
Fountain Tier Installation
NOTE: If the cables slip out of
the rubber stopper, you can
press the cables into the slot in
the side of the rubber stopper.
Maneuver the cord to t snugly
inside the hole that is located in
the center of the rubber stopper.
Step 2: Firmly press the plug
into the pipe in the middle of the
Large Bowl.
If you are having trouble
pressing the plug into the
pipe, you can rub a small
amount of soapy water on
the plug to help it slide into
place.
Step 3: To ensure that you have
a good seal, make sure the plug
ts snugly as pictured above.
Step 1: Feed the Water Pump cord down the
pipe. The cord will be connected to the Connec-
tion Port at a later step.

Step 4: Just like the large bowl and base, the
fountain tier uses a key system that will lock it to
the middle of the large bowl.
Be sure to leave approximately 7 to 8 inches
of slack in the cord coming from the water
pump so the pump will sit on the bottom
of the large bowl when the fountain tier is
assembled.
Step 5: Connect the fountain tier to the large
bowl and turn the fountain tier about a quarter
turn clockwise to lock it into place.
STOP
At this point, your fountain should look like the image on the
left. Go to the next page for the next step to setup your new
Bernini™ Fountain.

NOTE: USE CAUTION WHEN PLACING BATTERY INSIDE THE COMPARTMENT,
DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS THERE MIGHT BE SHARP EDGES.

of the compartment in front of the
connection port. (See illustration)

Step 2: Using the cords from
inside the base and the cord from
the battery, connect the color
coded cords to their corresponding
receptacles on the connection port.
Use the image below for more help
on connecting the battery.
Step 3: Place your connection port
inside the designated angled area
located at the back of your fountain
base. (See illustration below)
Step 1: In the open battery
compartment, you will see three
cords hanging down that you must
connect to the connection port.
If you do not see the three cables
inside the battery compartment,
reach up into the base and gently
pull them down until they are hanging
inside the battery compartment.

Please note: This fountain has 2 dierent modes of operation. The rst utilizes the Lithium Battery. The
second mode is corded operation using the included Extension cable. The following section covers the
Corded Operation Mode.
NOTE: While using your fountain in Corded Operation Mode all controls work the same as while using
with the Battery.
Corded Operation allows you to run the Fountain 24 hours a day 7 days a week without the rechargeable battery.
Step 2: Plug one end of the Extension Cable (they
are interchangeable), to the Yellow receptacle
(white arrow) on the Control Panel.
Step 1: Pull out the Lithium Battery from inside
the base and unplug the yellow receptacle (black
arrow) from the Control Panel. Put the battery in a
safe location following all of the safety precautions
in the battery Cold Storage section.
To use the Corded Operation Mode disconnect the Lithium Battery from the Control Panel and
connect the Extension Cable to the control panel using the same receptacle that the Lithium
Battery was connected to (arrows).

Step 4: Place the Connection port into the Base.
Place your Battery Compartment Door onto the base.
There is a notch in the lower left corner of the Battery
Compartment Door. This notch is for the Extension
Cable. Make sure that the Extension Cable runs
through this notch to the Battery Charger and is not
pinched.
Plug the Battery Charger into a power outlet. Now
you can run the fountain 24 hours a day 7 days a
week.
Step 3: Connect the other end of the Extension
Cable to the receptacle on the Battery Charger
(white arrow).

Step 1: Start by lining up the
notch on the bottom of the
battery compartment door
with the notch in the bottom
of the battery opening.
Step 1: Carefully disconnect
the battery compartment
door from the base by gently
pulling outward from the top.
Step 2: Push the battery
compartment door in toward
the base. You will know it is
in position when the magnet
locks the door in place.
Step 2: Then, pull the battery
compartment door up and out
to remove from the base.
Step 3: Once the door is in place,
you may notice a small notch in the
bottom left corner of the battery
compartment door. This is for the
Power Cord Extension Cable.
DO NOT OVEREXTEND THE
BATTERY COMPARTMENT
DOOR BY PULLING DOWN!
This may cause damage to your
new Bernini™ fountain.

After you have connected the cables inside your fountain to the rechargeable battery, you should
then place the battery compartment door on the base of the fountain.
STOP
At this point, your fountain should look like the image on
the left. Go to the next page for the next step to setup
your new Bernini™ Fountain.

Fill Your Fountain
Fill the fountain tier until water pours over the spouts. Then ll the large bowl until the water is
about 1 inch (2.5 centimeters) from the top of the bowl.
After you have lled your fountain, grab both sides of the large bowl and quickly shake your foun-
tain for ten seconds. This is to dislodge any air bubbles that may be caught in your water pump.
Press the C button once to turn your fountain on. Water should be owing from the top of your
fountain. If water is not owing, press the C button once more to turn your fountain o, and repeat
the step above.
IF YOUR FOUNTAIN IS MAKING A LOUD NOISE, DON’T PANIC!
This just means that there is air bubbles stuck in the water pump. Your pump will not be harmed,
and you can easily x this issue. You can try priming the fountain again by repeating the steps
above, however, if the problem still persists, you can nd the solution on page 22.
Operating Your Fountain
The on-board control panel is located towards the top of the base, just below the large bowl. See
the diagram below to see how the all-new on-board controls work for your Bernini™ Fountain.

BUTTON DESCRIPTION
A (1-4 Hour Timer)
Runs the fountain for 1-4 hours with automatic shut o.
One hour operation: press the A button once for your fountain to
turn on with an automatic shut-o after one hour of operation.
Two hour operation: press the A button twice and your fountain
will automatically shut-o after two hours of operation.

Three hour operation: press the A button three times and your
fountain will automatically shut-o after three hours of operation.
Four hour operation: press the A button four times and your
fountain will automatically shut-o after four hours of operation.
How To Use This Function:
1. Press the A button one, two, three or four times to turn your
fountain on for the desired automatic run time.
2. The Status Light will blink once for each hour you have selected
to conrm your fountain’s 1-4 Hour Timer, up to four hours.
3. At the end of the desired interval, your fountain will automatically
turn o.
B(1-4 Hour Daily
Timer)
This function is the same as the 1-4 Hour Timer (button A)
except with the added feature of automatically turning your
fountain on at the same time the next day for the interval
you selected.
One hour operation: press the B button once for your fountain to
turn on with an automatic shut-o after one hour of operation. This
will repeat daily at the same time each day.
Two hour operation: press the B button twice and your fountain
will automatically shut-o after two hours of operation and repeat
daily at the same time.
Three hour operation: press the B button three times and your
fountain will automatically shut-o after three hours of operation
and repeat daily at the same time.
Four hour operation: press the B button four times and your
fountain will automatically shut-o after four hours of operation and
repeat daily at the same time.
How To Use This Function:
1. Select the amount of time you would like the fountain to run
by pressing the B button one, two, three or four times.
2. Your fountain will then run for the selected amount of time
and at the end of the selected duration it will automatically
turn o. Then your fountain will automatically turn on at the
same time the next day for the run time duration you selected.

You can now try your Bernini™ Fountain to see if everything is working
correctly! Turn your fountain on and if you see water owing from the
outlet in the middle of the fountain tier, go to the next page and select one
of the many decorative options for your fountain. If water is not owing,
try priming the water pump, instructions are on page 22.

BUTTON DESCRIPTION
C (Manual On/O)
Turns the fountain on and o without any timer. Can be used
when extended run times are desired. Note: fountain will run
until the battery loses its charge.
DThis feature is not used on this model.

Before installing a Dancing Water attachment to your fountain, make sure there
are no nials attached to the fountain tier.

the outlet in the middle of the
fountain bowl.

To install the Flowerbud Finial you will need to use
the clear extension tube included with your Bernini™
Fountain.
Before installing the extension tube, pull the two ends of
the extension tube apart to about 9 inches (22.8cm).

Step 2: Attach the extension
tube to the water outlet in
the middle of the Fountain
Tier. NOTE: Extension must
be included.
Step 1: Remove the silicone
cap from the top of the
extension tube.
Step 3: Put the Flowerbud
Finial over the top of the
extension tube. Be careful
to keep the tube centered
in the hole at the top of the
Flowerbud Finial.
Step 4: Just like the large bowl
and fountain tier, the Flowerbud
Finial locks into place using a
key system in the middle of the
fountain tier. (See illustration to
the right) Align the bottom of the
nial to the top of the fountain tier
and twist the Flowerbud Finial a
quarter turn clockwise to lock it
into place.
Note: You will notice that there are two dierent sized tabs on the bottom
of the Flowerbud Finial and there are two corresponding grooves in the top
of the Fountain Tier. These tabs t together and lock when turned clock-
wise.
