5-Gallon Water Dispenser

WARNING
•Do not allow children to play with this appliance.
•Do not allow children to use the hot water tap (red).
•Keep ventilation openings clear of obstruction.
•Do not damage the refrigeration circuit.
•Do not use the hot water tap (red) until unit is plugged into a wall outlet.
•Do not use the cold and hot water taps at the same time.
•Ensure hands are dry when removing the plug from the wall outlet.
•Always pull out the plug at the plug and not by the cable.
•Do not bend, crush, or pull the power cable. Protect the cable from sharp edges, oil, and heat.
•Be careful when moving this unit. Move with two hands and do not incline more than 45°.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
1. Insert the bottle of water vertically into the top of the water dispenser.
2. Switch on the hot water tap (red) until water flows from it.
3. Insert the plug into a wall outlet and turn on the hot and cold switches on the back of the unit. The
heating and cooling indicator lights will turn on.
4. After 30 minutes, it is recommended that you run water through the unit (see Cleaning and Storage section).
PLACEMENT
•Place unit on a flat and stable surface.
•Do not place the unit in direct sunlight.
•Place unit at least 6 inches from the wall and 6 inches from the left and right sides.
•It is recommended that you keep this unit away from furniture and other appliances.

•Unit is compatible with 2-, 3-, or 5-gallon bottles of water.
•Place the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Do not use or store this item in the proximity of heat sources, open flame, or flammable/combustible chemicals.
•If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this item until repairs are made and/or
factory replacement parts are installed.
•Do not use this item in a way inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this could void the
product warranty.

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long as the
item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are included. All
returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. All returned items will not be charged
a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best Choice
Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received without an RA
may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been received by Best Choice
Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If the
reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide a pre-paid
shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products, and is the
customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items returned are
not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as such. All damages to
items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and acknowledge by Best Choice
Products as undamaged.

CORRECT DISPOSAL
This product should not be disposed with other household wastes. To prevent possible harm to
the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to
promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
•It is recommended that you periodically run water through the unit.
1. Turn o the machine and pull the bottle from the unit.
2. Drain the water from the hot and cold taps.
3. Replace the bottle and switch on the hot water tap (red) until water flows from it.
•If using mineral water, run a mixture of 2% citric acid and water through the unit at least once a month.
•Do not clean the exterior of the unit with water. Clean with a soft cloth.
•If unused for an extended amount of time, unplug the unit and drain the water from the two taps and
drip tray.
