• If unused for an extended period, remove the plug and drain completely.

mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this product until repairs are made
and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
• Do not use this item in a way inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this could void the
product warranty.
• Do not plug in before preparing and testing tap.
• Only use with a grounded 3-prong outlet.
• Do not plug into an external switching device (a timer or circuit that is regularly switched on/o by
the utility).
• Do not plug-in or unplug to turn the machine on/o.
• Do not pull the plug by the cord.
• Be careful when moving the appliance.
• Do not tilt the appliance over 45°.
• Setup and store in a dry, clean, and shaded area.
• Keep away from furniture and other appliances that could be damaged by spills.
• Keep all vents clear of obstruction.
• Do not clean the appliance with water.
• Repairs to the power cord and dispenser must be completed by a qualified technician; do not attempt
to make repairs yourself.

TROUBLESHOOTING
SETTING UP APPLIANCE
1. Stand the dispenser upright on a flat stable surface away from direct sunlight.
2. Keep at least a 6-inch buer zone between the dispenser and wall.
OPERATION
1. Remove the label on the cap of a water jug.
2. Insert the jug vertically into the top of the dispenser. Press the hot water switch until water flows from
the hot tap.
3. Plug the dispenser into a wall outlet and turn on the hot/cold power switches behind the machine.
4. The hot and cold indicators will light up when the dispenser is ready to use.
NOTE: The dispenser will not operate until it has reached the proper temperatures.
CLEANING & MAINTENACE
• After initial set-up, do the following:
1. Let machine run for 30 minutes, then turn o power switches and remove the jug.
2. Drain all water from the drain stopper and hot/cold taps (be careful of hot water).
3. Replace the jug and run the hot tap until water comes out.
• If using mineral water, you must clean the heating coil and tank by running a mixture of 2%
cooking-grade citric acid (or vinegar) and water through the machine at least once a month to prevent
mineral build-up.
• After cleaning with the citric acid solution, run clean water through the machine to remove the citric
acid solution from the dispenser.

All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best
Choice Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received
without an RA may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been
received by Best Choice Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If
the reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide
a pre-paid shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products,
and is the customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items
returned are not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as
such. All damages to items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and
acknowledge by Best Choice Products as undamaged.

loss, whether direct, indirect, or incidental, resulting from the incorrect attachment, improper use,
inadequate maintenance, or neglect of this product.
