I.Attention
1.Please must be used in voltage rang,working voltage means the voltage input to
actuator,high voltage will burn the circuit,low voltage can not open the actuator
2.Terminals is used for producting and testing,should be cut when using
3.Valve installed in occasion which will be
equipment to clean scaling
4.Advice to install filter before valve when medium has scaling and sands,
otherwise it will accelerate the seal damage, resulting in leakage
5.The actuator is forbidden to face down
6.Please install protective measures for outdoor installation

H.Relevant explanation
1.The general connection is G thread,NPT/ZG/RC and so on can be selected,should be remarked while ordering
2.When medium Temp is 100～120℃,should be added high Temp bracket,
the total hight of product=H+57mm
3.When medium Temp is120～150℃,should be added high Temp bracket,the total hight of
product=H+107mm(seal material:PTFE)
4.Because the full bore body of DN8/DN10 is smaller,normally need paste bracket on the cover of
actuator,connecting bracket to tube line/side wall when installing to support valve,to avoid that
when pipeline vibrates, valve's dead load looses the interface and causes leakage
5.All metal ball can be coated with PTFE,to improve Anti-scaling ability.For example:it is easily
scaling when crossing hot water,selecting ball coated with PTFE,just for DN15
6.Valve stem can be coated with PTFE,to improve Anti-scaling ability and reduce friction,extend
packing service life(such as air medium)
7.DN8/DN10 don't have body O ring,when the air medium is dry,can select PTFE to be valve seat.

1.Manual function must be used when power-off
2.Pull up the manual button,then rotary the hand wheel to the valve position you need
3.The red line of pointer in window is parallel to tube line means open;The red line of
pointer in window is perpendicular to tube line means closed
4.Must reset the manual button after finish useing,to prove that the electric function can
be used normally
