BESTOK PRO1 INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Welcome
Thank you for purchasing BESTOK PRO1 device. The BESTOK PRO1 system is
compatible with all Bluetooth devices that transmit audio (mobile phones,
Smartphones, GPS navigators and other devices) using the profiles specified in
the manual. This device is designed so that it may be wholly integrated into your
helmet. It can be operated and paired easily through a single control button
(3).A single red/blue LED indicator (5) serves to display connection status,
pairing, battery charging and low battery. The BESTOK PRO1 device weighs only
55 g. For better use of the BESTOK PRO1 device, please read this manual and

Charging the BESTOK PRO1
Before using your BESTOK PRO1 device for the first time, you must charge the
device completely. Connect the terminal (2) to the provided USB cable and then
connect the cable to a USB charging port. While charging, the red LED light will
switch on (5) and it will switch off once charging has been completed.
NOTE: Don’t pull on the cable to disconnect it from the USB port.
NOTE: As time goes by, batteries gradually lose their charge. This is why it’s

important to charge the battery fully before using the device and allow the
battery to use almost all of its charge in between charging cycles.
WARNING: If you plan to store your BESTOK device for a long period of time, be
sure to recharge it at least once every six months to ensure perfect battery
function.
Installation
The BESTOK PRO1 is very easy to install into a helmet. Remove the side padding
from the inside of the helmet (if it can be removed) and place the devices at the
height of your ears. The device is designed so that the main unit with the boom
microphone is placed on the right side. In order to affix the headphones, two
Velcro pads are provided (male and female) with an adhesive backing (8). In
case you need to use the Velcro, stick the male part of the pad onto the device
and the female part onto the inside of the helmet.
Depending on the internal configuration of each type of helmet, it may be
necessary to use the entire Velcro pad or only a part of it . In some cases, it may
only be necessary to stick the male part onto the device as the inside of the
helmet may have padding that can serve as Velcro (female).
If needed, comfort Sound absorption cotton (7) to place on the headphones are
also provided, in order to improve comfort against your skin.
Place the microphone (1) on the front section of the helmet (close to and
oriented towards your mouth, always protecting the microphone with the
padding(6)).
Linking/Pairing
To use the BESTOK PRO1, it’s necessary to pair it to the Bluetooth device you
wish to connect it to (mobile phone, GPS navigator). While the device is
switched off, hold the control button (3) until the LED indicator (5) begins
flashing in Red and Blue. The mobile phone or GPS navigator will find the device
under the name PRO1. Select the PRO1 device and, if necessary, enter the
access code: 0000.
NOTE: Pairing is a process that only needs to be completed once. When the
BESTOK PRO1 is paired to a specific device, both devices will connect
automatically when switched off and on.
Switching on/off
Switching on: press and hold the button (3) for a few seconds until the
speaker provides an acoustic signal and the LED indicator (5) begins to flash in
blue.
Switching off: press and hold the control button (3) for a few seconds until the
speaker provides an acoustic signal and the LED indicator (5) begins flashing in
red before the device powers off.

Call functions
When there is an incoming call, the speaker will provide an acoustic signal.
Answering by pressing the button (3): press the control button (3) only
once.
Answering through a voice command: answer the call by speaking any
word out or “PRO1” loud .
Ending a call: press the control button (3) only once or wait until the other
person hangs up
Rejecting an incoming call: press the control button (3) twice, as soon as you
hear the acoustic signal for an incoming call
Redialing: press the control button (3) twice. This depends on the features and
configuration of your mobile phone.
Using Siri for iPhone and make a new call
When connect to an iPhone, press the control button (3) for once. You will open
the Siri for your iPhone, and then you can voice control your iPhone now, you
can make a call or use the Siri function easily .
Adjusting the volume
The BESTOK PRO1 device is pre-programmed with a volume level that allows for
optimal answering at speeds of up to 80 km/h (50 mph). For your safety,you can
only adjust the volume via the volume controls on the connected device.Volume
perception may vary depending on the position and separation of the speakers
from your ears, as well as the type of helmet and motorcycle, external
conditions and other factors.

a BESTOK PRO3 and activate the intercom mode, without losing the hands-free

Dual link: While connected to a BESTOK PRO3, if you receive a call, the
intercom function will stop and then resume when the call ends.
Care and maintenance
The BESTOK PRO1 device uses components with the latest technology and is
manufactured to high standards. To keep your device from inadvertently
becoming damaged, please read the following recommendations carefully:
• Do not attempt to open any of the system components, since the electronic
parts inside it may become damaged. Do not attempt to open or change the

battery as it may be dangerous.
• Keep the BESTOK PRO1 out of the reach of children.
• Keep the BESTOK PRO1 in a dry place. Humidity and condensation may
damage the electronic circuits.
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures. Intense cold may create
condensation inside the components as these warm up. Extreme heat may
damage the battery, circuits or casings.
• Do not drop, hit or bend the components as the internal circuits may become
damaged.
• Do not paint or decorate the BESTOK PRO1 as the casings may become
damaged or impede correct operation.
• Do not use chemical products, solvents or detergents to clean the BESTOK
PRO1 as these may damage the device.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect your BESTOK PRO1 device to your mobile phone:
• Make sure the BESTOK PRO1 is switched on
• Make sure your mobile phone is switched on and Bluetooth has been turned on
• Make sure both devices are paired
• Make sure the BESTOK PRO1 device and your mobile phone is not more than
10 meters (32 ft.) apart. If, after this, you’re still not able to pair or use the
BESTOK PRO1 with your mobile phone, please contact the retailer where you
purchased the product.
Shortcuts
The BESTOK PRO1 device allows you to receive calls automatically (as long as
this feature is supported by your mobile phone). To do this, you need to activate
the automatic response feature in your mobile phone.
Press the control button (3) to activate the voice dialing function in the paired
phone (the phone must be configured to allow voice dialing, as long as the
phone supports this feature).
Warranty

well and ensure that you operate it with the guidelines of this manual. If your
usage meets the requirement above, we will provide you with better and longer

The warranty of the headset is ONE YEAR from the date of purchasing.
In this year, if there are quality problems of the product, we would provide free
after-sales service and ensure to deal with any production defects. We would
provide paid service to the product, which is over the warranty period.

• Having accidental damage, abuse and privately repairs or being repaired by an
unauthorized repair facility do not belong to warranty range.
• Maintenance products freight will be responsible by the headset owner.
