Product Safety
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety instructions when using this
equipment: Read all instructions before using this equipment.
1. Read all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this equipment.
2. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring your muscles, warm-up exercise for every muscle group is highly
recommended. Please refer to the Warm Up pages for pre and post workout.
3. Please make sure all components are not damaged and in working order before use. This equipment should be
placed on a flat surface while in use. Using a mat or other material on the ground is recommended.
4. Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes that might catch in any
part of the equipment.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should any problems
arise, discontinue use and consult an Authorized Service Representative.
6. Be careful when stepping on or leaving the pedals. Always hold the handlebars first and make sure the pedal at
your side is at its lowest position. Step on the pedal, and stride over the Main Frame (A01) then step on the other
pedal. When using, please hold onto the handlebars. To ensure the pedals run smoothly push or pull on the
handlebars first, then follow with leg motion. When stepping off the machine, make sure one pedal is at its lowest
position and step out of there before stepping out of the pedal at the highest position.
7. Do not use the equipment outdoors.
8. This equipment is for household use only.
9. Only one person should be on the equipment while in use.
10. Keep children and pets away from the product while in use. This machine is designed for adults only. If you feel
any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising immediately and consult your
physician before continuing.

Assembly
1.
Front stabilizer installation
1.1 End caps [C04] installation
1.2 Remove Two 3/8” Screws (B41) and Two Washers 3/8” (B42) from the
Main Frame (A01).
1.3 Position the Front Stabilizer Tube (A09) in front curve of Main Frame
(A01) and align bolt holes.
1.4 Assemble the Front Stabilizer Tube (A09) to front curve plate of Main
Frame (A01) with Two Screws 3/8” (B41) and Two Washers 3/8” (B42)
which were removed from step .1.2
[Tighten nuts with the Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.]
2.
PRE-ASSEMBLY
1.1 Loosen slightly 4 M8 screws [B13] at GUIDE RAIL[A15].
[Undo screws with the M5 Allen Key provided.]
3.
GUIDE RAIL INSTALLATION -1
3.1
Assemble the GUIDE RAIL [A15] to rear tube of MAIN FRAME
[A01] with 8 M8 screws [B13] and 8 M8 curve washers [B30]
3.2
Tighten 8 M8 screws [B13] at GUIDE RAIL[A15].
[Tighten screws with the M5 Allen Keyprovided.]

GUIDE RAIL INSTALLATION -2
4.1
End caps [C04] installation at GUIDE RAIL[A15].

ADJUSTING THE ADJUSTABLE FOOTPAD
5.1
Adjust theADJUSTABLE FOOT PADS [C05] on the MAIN FRAME [A01] and GUIDE RAIL[A15] as needed to level the
ellipticaltrainer.
5.2
The elliptical trainer has to be leveled to prevent from wobble or shaking during the exercise.
6.
UPRIGHT POST ASSY INSTALLATION
6.1
The assembly steps required 2 persons.
6.2
Connect matching connectors from Main Frame [A01] and Upright Post [A02],
then slide extra length cables into the opening of Main Frame [A01].
6.3
Assemble the Upright Post [A02] to the plate of Main Frame [A01] with 4 Screws
M8 [B32].
[Tighten screws with the Hex Toolwith Phillips Screwdriverprovided.]
Note: Please do not fully tighten M8 screws [B32] with the Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided, only handtighten.
Attention: Do not pinch cables.

DECORATIVE COVER INSTALLATION
7.1
Assemble 1 set of UPRIGHT POST DECORATIVE COVERS
[C07/C08] to the UPRIGHT POST [A02] with 3 M5 screws[B21].
[Tighten screws with the Hex Toolwith Phillips Screwdriverprovided.]
8.
LUBRICATINGOIL
8.1
Apply some lubricants onto both horizontal axles of the UPRIGHT POST[A02]
and both axles of the CRANK [A12].
Remark:
Gently apply lubricant evenly on UPRIGHTPOST[A02].
Brush tool is recommended.
9.
FOOT BAR ASSY INSTALLATION
9.1
Insert the HANDRAILARM [A04] all the way onto the
horizontal axle of UPRIGHT POST [A02] and secure the
HANDRAILARM [A04] in position with 1 M8 bolt [B32]and
1 5/16” Washer [B33].
9.2
Repeat above steps to install the left side parts
[Tighten screws with the Hex Toolwith Phillips Screwdriverprovided.]

Assembly
9.3
Insert the ROTATETUBE [A08] to the axle of CRANK [A12]. The ROLLER [C20] has to be placed on the ALUMINUM PLATE [F01]
of GUIDE RAIL [A15]. Secure the ROTATETUBE [A08] in position with 1 M8 bolt [B32] and 1 5/16” Washer [B33] then fit 1 NUT
CAP [C11].
[Tighten screw with the Hex Toolwith Phillips Screwdriverprovided.]

Before assembling, please check WASHER [C22] parts still
attach onFOOT PEDAL TUBE [A06]. (Right Figure)

Put the HANDRAILARM [A16] on the FOOT PEDAL TUBE
[A06] and assemble them with 1 M8 bolt [B24], 1 5/16”
washer [B18] and 1 M8 nylon nut [B29]

Repeat above steps to install the left side parts
[A03/A05/A07].
[Tighten bolt and nut with the Allen Key M6 & Hex Toolwith Phillips
Screwdriver provided.]
10. FOOT PEDAL INSTALLATION
10.1 Assemble the FOOT PEDAL [C12] on FOOT PEDALASSY [A06] with 4 M6
screws [B23]
10.2 Assemble the FOOT PEDAL PLUG [C23] on the FOOT PEDAL
[C12]

11. Wheel Cap Covers Installation
11.1 Assemble 2 sets of Wheel Caps [C27/C28] to
the wheel of the Left/Right Rotate Tube
[A07/A08] with 8 Screws M5 [B21]
[Tighten nylon nuts with the Hex Toolwith Phillips Screwdriver provided.]
12. HANDRAIL INSTALLATION
12.1 Assemble HANDRAIL [A14] to HANDRAILARM [A04]
with 2 M8 bolts [B28], 2 M8 curve washers [B30] and 2
M8 nylon nuts [B29].
12.2 Refer above step to assemble left side part.
[Tighten nylon nuts with the Hex Toolwith Phillips
Screwdriver provided.]
13. DECORATIVE COVER INSTALLATION
13.1 Assemble 1 set of HANDRAILARM DECORATIVE COVER -A/B
[C17/C18] to the HANDRAILARM[A04] with 4 M5 screws [B21].
13.2 Refer to FIG. 13.2a and 13.2b To ensure the wires do not get
pinched 13.2 Connect the matching connectors as shown in Fig.
13.2a. Carefully insert the connectors and excess wire into the
opening in the C17 cap as shown in Fig. 13.2b.
13.3 Refer above step to assemble left side parts.

14. WATER BOTTLE HOLDER INSTALLATION
14.1 Assemble Water Bottle Holder [C29] to HANDRAILARM [A02]
with 4 M5 bolts [B21]
[Tighten screws with the Hex Toolwith Phillips Screwdriverprovided.]
Attention: Do not pinch cables.
15. COMPUTER INSTALLATION
15.1 Undo 4 M5 screws [B17] from bottom ofCOMPUTER [D02]
15 .2 Connect all connectors from STATIONARY HANDLEBAR [A02]
and COMPUTER [D02] to matching connectors, then slide all
extra length of cables into the square opening of STATIONARY
HANDLEBAR [A02].
15 .3 Assemble the COMPUTER [D02] on plate of STATIONARY
HANDLEBAR [A02] with 4 M5 screws [B17] which were
undid from step 15.1
[Undo/ Tighten screws with the Hex Toolwith Phillips
Screwdriver provided.]
Attention: Do not pinch cables.

Adjusting the ADJUSTABLE FOOTPAD
Adjust theADJUSTABLE FOOT PADS on the MAIN FRAME, GUIDE RAILas needed to level the elliptical trainer. The

Computer not working correctly
Check to make sure the computer cable is connected securely.
Check to make sure the adaptor is connected correctly.
The elliptical trainer wobbles when in use
Turn the adjustable leveler on the Main Frame, Front Stabilizer and U Shape Guide Rail as needed to level the
elliptical trainer.
Squeaking noise when in use
The bolts may be loose on the elliptical trainer, please inspect the bolts and tighten the loose ones.
No, inconsistent, or erratic heart rate reading
Always hold on to the handlebar grip sensors with two hands instead of just one.
Try to maintain moderate pressure while holding onto the hand pulse sensors.
Make sure that the wire connections for the hand pulse sensors are secure.
Maintenance
Cleaning
The elliptical trainer can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic
parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the elliptical trainer after each use. Be careful not get excessive moisture on
the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail. Please keep the elliptical
trainer, specially, the computer console, out of direct sunlight to prevent screen damage. Please inspect all assembly
bolts and pedals on the machine for proper tightness every week.
Storage
Store the elliptical trainer in a clean and dry environment away from children

Owner’s Manual of Computer Monitor
I.Display:
1. The field is an individual LCD displaying :
TIME, RPM\SPEED, DISTANCE, WATT\CALORIES, PULSE, USER .
2. Dot matrix display:
●The LCD screen will have a single dot matrix display with 12 rows and 16 columns.
●This dot matrix will be used to display the in work profile for the active program.
II. Modes:
1. POWER Mode: When powered on, the beeper beeps a long sound, and the full screen is display is 2 seconds,
then it is into the Manual mode.(As Fig-1,Fig -2)
2. SLEEP Mode: When rpm signal or data is not input for 4 minutes, it will automatically enter Sleep Mode.
Pedal the machine to start, or press any key to awaken the console.

III.USER Operation instructions(U0~U4):
Select USER 0, USER 1, USER2, USER 3, USER 4:
The message reads “U0” until a selection is made. By pressing ▲or ▼button to choose from “U0 ~U4”.
1. Press ENTER button to accept “U0~U4”. By pressing the ▲or ▼button to adjust the SEX(FEM\MALE).
2. Press ENTER button to accept SEX. By pressing the ▲or ▼button to adjust the AGE value.
3. Press ENTER button to accept AGE. By pressing the ▲or ▼button to adjust the HEIGHT(H.t) value.
4. Press ENTER button to accept HEIGHT. By pressing the ▲or ▼button to adjust the WEIGHT(W.t) value.

VI. Recovery Test:
During the START or PAUSE stage, leave the hands holding on grips or leave the chest transmitter attached and
then press PULSE RECOV. button , all function displays will stop except “TIME”.
The testing will measure the heartbeat rate, Time starts counting from 00:10 - 00:09 - - to 00:00 if the
measurement does not show within 10 seconds, the measuring system will shut down and return to the sport
mode.
If 10 seconds after the heart rate value is not equal to zero , Time starts counting from 00:60 - 00:59 - - to 00:00. As
soon as 00:00 is reached, the computer will show your heart rate recovery status with the grade F1 to F6.

VII.FITNESS Test:
Entry into the FITNESS program, started testing and the test time is 8 minutes. The results as follows:

1. START/STOP button :
Press this button to start workout in sport mode, and during exercising, press this key to pause the
workout, then press this key to go on to exercise.
2. ENTER button :
To confirm set value and enter into the next set value
3. ▲and ▼button :
Used to change SEX, AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, TARGET HRC
value and work LEVEL.
Work level can be changed during a workout..
4. RECOVERY button :
Press the button to activate heart rate recovery function.
5. RESET button :
Set in USERS state, press the button to return to select the USER mode.
Set in Program state, press the button to return to the initial state of choose program.
Press and hold this button for three seconds for Total Reset (go to Power Up Mode).
6. QUICK START button:
Press this key can be directly into the MANUAL program and start workout.
Time (0: 00), Distance (0) and Calories (0), began to count.
