1. Trabajar sobre la piel limpia.
2. Use el aparato en el modo EMS durante 15 minutos en las zonas que desea adelgazar.
3. Aplíquese de forma abundante el gel de ultrasonidos.
4. Use el aparato en el modo ultrasonidos junto con infrarrojos durante 15 minutos.
Instrucciones para modo ultrasonido
1. Limpie la piel sobre las zonas que desea trabajar.
2. Aplíquese de forma abundante el gel de ultrasonidos. No deje nunca que la zona se seque.
3. Conecte el aparato a la red
4. Pulse el botón ON/OFF (7) para encender el aparato, se encenderá el LED rojo.
5. Pulse el botón (6) para seleccionar el modo de ultrasonidos en el nivel bajo. Pulse dos veces para
seleccionar el nivel alto.
6. Siga los siguientes dibujos para trabajar en el modo ultrasonidos.

Para una correcta y segura aplicación de DualCare en el modo ultrasonidos debe tener en cuenta los siguientes
tiempos de aplicación:
• Por sesión diaria: Máximo 15 minutos.
Entendemos por sesión la aplicación de DualCare en un mismo día en las diferentes zonas de trabajo. Las
distintas zonas de trabajo son: brazos, abdomen, flancos, caderas, muslos, interior de muslos y gemelos.
• Entre sesiones: Mínimo de 48 horas.
Entendemos por “entre sesiones” el tiempo que debe transcurrir entre sesión y sesión.
Ej: en una semana, una planificación de sesiones sería: lunes, miércoles, viernes y domingo.
• Cada 24 sesiones (1 mes y medio de tratamiento aprox.): descansar 1 mes y medio.
Tras ese periodo de descanso se puede repetir el tratamiento.
MUY IMPORTANTE
*** Nunca sobrepase los tiempos de aplicación (entre 15 minutos por sesión en total al finalizar el día). El
exceso de aplicaciones recomendadas puede causar fatiga o irritación en la piel. En pieles alérgicas y sensibles se
deben realizar aplicaciones de poca duración.

*** Y, sobre todo, respete el tiempo de descanso de 48 horas entre sesiones. Es el tiempo que su piel necesita
para descansar.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA MODO EMS
1. Limpie la piel sobre las zonas que desea trabajar.
2. Conecte el cable EMS con los electrodos. Coloque los electrodos en la zona del cuerpo que desea
trabajar posicionando los polos negativo y positivo en diferentes puntos.
3. Coloque el botón de intensidad (8) en el nivel 0.
4. Conecte el cable EMS con el aparato.
5. Pulse el botón ON/OFF (7) para encender el aparato, se encenderá el LED rojo.
6. Seleccione el modo de EMS (3): Tapping / Massage / Knead /Scrapping / Slimming
7. Pulse el botón EMS (4).
8. Seleccione la intensidad del masaje deseada.
9. El aparato se apagará después de 10 minutos de uso. Si quiere seguir con el tratamiento repita los pasos
anteriores.
10. Después del tratamiento coloque el botón de selección del modo EMS (3) en la posición sin modo y la
intensidad (8) en la posición 0.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA MODO INFRARROJO
Al utilizar el infrarrojo lejano, es muy importante aplicar abundante gel sobre la piel a tratar. El gel sirve
tanto como nutriente de la piel como medio de conductividad.
3. Conecte el aparato a la red
4. Pulse el botón ON/OFF (7) para encender el aparato, se encenderá LED rojo.
5. Pulse el botón (5) para seleccionar el modo de infrarrojo.
6. Apunte el cabezal en las áreas que desea tratar.
7. Después del uso asegúrese que todas las funciones están apagadas.

¿Con cuántas sesiones se empiezan a ver los resultados?
Se deberían observar resultados a partir de las primeras cinco sesiones, sin embargo los resultados pueden
variar dependiendo de la piel de cada sujeto.
¿Cuántos días debe esperarse entre sesión y sesión en el modo ultrasonido?

Es muy importante respetar las 48 horas entre sesión y sesión, ya que es el tiempo que su piel necesita
para descansar.
¿Tiene efectos secundarios?
Si usted está sano, DualCare no tiene ningún efecto secundario descrito, sin embargo en algunas personas
puede producir un enrojecimiento en la piel que puede durar unos minutos.
¿Para qué vale el gel de ultrasonidos? ¿Cuándo lo uso?
El gel de ultrasonidos es fundamental utilizarlo SIEMPRE antes de comenzar la sesión de tratamiento de
ultrasonido. De esta manera, favorecemos la penetración de los ultrasonidos y evitamos que se rompa el
aparato.
¿Puedo utilizar DualCare sin aplicar gel en el modo ultrasonido?
Nunca, ya que el gel actúa como agente conductor de los ultrasonidos a su cara. Si no utilizamos gel, la
aplicación de DualCare pierde su efectividad y la máquina puede resultar seriamente dañada.
¿Puedo utilizar cualquier tipo de gel?
Recomendamos utilizar únicamente el gel de TECNOVITA ya que el uso de cualquier otro podría dañar la
máquina.
¿Es necesario beber agua?
No es estrictamente necesario, pero es aconsejable hidratarse. Se recomienda ingerir un mínimo de 2 litros
durante el tratamiento ya que ayuda a hidratar la piel.
Puedo utilizar DualCare si estoy embarazada?
No debe NUNCA usar DualCare si está embarazada, cree estarlo o quiere estarlo.
¿Puedo usar DualCare durante la lactancia?
No utilizar durante el período de lactancia.
¿Puedo aplicar DualCare en los senos?
No se debe aplicar sobre los senos.
¿Se puede usar DualCare con afecciones de piel?
No se debe utilizar si tiene alguna afección grave en la piel. Consulte a su médico.
¿Puedo usar DualCare si tengo implantes de oído?
No se debe utilizar en caso de tener implantes de oído.
¿Puedo usar DualCare si tengo implantes en la boca, dientes de oro, implantes metálicos o similares?
No se debe utilizar en caso de tener este tipo de implantes, ya que puede provocar molestias o sensibilidad
en la zona de aplicación.
¿Puedo usar DualCare cuando me estoy bañando o duchando?
Bajo ningún concepto los manípulos ni la máquina deben entrar en contacto con el agua ya que existe el
riesgo de shock eléctrico.
¿Cómo debo limpiar DualCare?
Para limpiarDualCare, nunca lo sumerja en agua. Utilice un paño ligeramente humedecido con agua.

Sugerimos que lea atentamente este ejemplar para conocer con exactitud la cobertura de la garantía

problema con este aparato durante el periodo de garantía, le rogamos leer atentamente las condiciones de

El presente certificado de garantías ha sido redactado de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Directiva
1999/44/CE, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 25 de mayo de 1999, sobre determinados aspectos

1. PERIODO DE GARANTIA
El producto amparado por este certificado está protegido durante un período de DOS (2) AÑOS contados
desde la entrega del producto, entendiéndose por tal la fecha que figura en el ticket o factura justificada
de la compra del producto, o en el albarán de entrega correspondiente si éste fuese posterior.
Es imprescindible, para posibles reparaciones la presentación de la misma.
La política respecto al período de garantía puede variar entre países diferentes.
El período de garantía indicado es solamente aplicable para Europa.
2. DERECHOS QUE CUBRE LA GARANTÍA
- Reparación o sustitución del producto que, en su caso, se llevará a cabo en un plazo razonable y sin mayores
inconvenientes para el consumidor, habida cuenta de la naturaleza del producto y de la finalidad que tuviera
para el consumidor.
- Se exceptúan aquellos supuestos en los que la reparación o sustitución imponga al vendedor costes que no
sean razonables en comparación con otras formas de saneamiento, cuando las mismas no perjudiquen al
consumidor.
- Las reparaciones serán gratuitas para el consumidor en los conceptos de mano de obra, desplazamiento y
materiales.
- En el caso de reparación o sustitución de una máquina por otra nueva, el plazo de garantía se suspende
temporalmente hasta la entrega de ese nuevo aparato y se dispondrá siempre como mínimo de 6 meses de
garantía, pero en ningún caso empieza un periodo nuevo de 2 años.

INSTRUCTION FOR USING ULTRASONIC
Step 1
Cleanse your skin before application
Step 2
Spread the body lotion evenly (apply the product separately for each section in order to avoid air-drying).
Step 3
Plug in the Dual Care device.
Step 4
Turn power ON and a red light will blink
Step 5
Press the SONIC button – once for low intensity, twice for high intensity. Use the Low intensity on the face;
high intensity can be used for the rest of the body.
Step 6
Spread the gel on the area you wish to apply massage. Keep the skin moisturized.
Step 7
Follow instructions of images for each part of the body.

For a correct and safe use of DualCare please consider the following application times:
Daily session: 15 minutes maximum
A session is intended as the use of DualCare in the same day on the several parts of the body.
A minimum of 48 hrs must be delayed between sessions: (i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
Every 24 sessions (one month and a half) it is recommend to give body a rest of another month and a half.
VERY IMPORTANT
***Never exceed times of application (within 15 minutes in total daily). Exceeding application times can
cause fatigue and/or skin irritation.
***Please observe the resting time of 48 hours between one session and another. This is the time your
skin needs to rest.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING EMS
1. Clean the skin area that will be treated;
2. Connect the EMS cable with electrodes. Place the electrodes on the area that will be treated.
Positive and negative electrodes works simultaneously;
3. Select 0 intensity level;
4. Connect the EMS cable with the device
5. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the device. A red light will lite;
6. Select the EMS mode (Tapping, Massage, Knead, Scrapping, Slimming)
7. Press the EMS button
8. Select the intensity of the massage (1-5)
9. The device will automatically switch off after 10 min. If you wish to continue, please turn on device
and repeat the procedure.
10. After the treatment, adjust the mode selection key to the no-mode position and the 0-intensity
position.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING INFRARED
When using the Far Infrared, it is important to apply skin care product on the skin. The skin product is both
conduction medium and skin nutrition.
1. Plug the device to electric power;
2. Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the device. A red light will lite;
3. Select the Infrared mode;
4. Point the infrared on the areas that will be treated.
5. Turn off the device making sure that all functions are turned off.

It is very important to respect the 48 hour break between sessions, as this is the time that your skin needs
to rest.
Are there any side effects?
If you are healthy, DualCare has no reported side effects, nevertheless in some people it may produce a
reddening of the skin that can last for a few minutes.
What is ultrasound gel for? When is it used?
The ultrasound gel is essential, ALWAYS use is before beginning a session. This will ensure that the ultrasonic
waves penetrate correctly and prevent damage to the unit.
Can I use DualCare without applying gel?
Never, because the gel acts as a conductor for the ultrasonic waves on your face. If you do not use gel then
the DualCare application loses its effectiveness and the machine can be severely damaged.
Can I use any type of gel?
We recommend using only TECNOVITA gel, as the use of any other type may damage the machine.
Is it necessary to drink water?
No, it is not strictly necessary but it is advisable to hydrate yourself. The recommended quantity is at least 2
litres during treatment, as this helps to hydrate the skin.
Can I use DualCare if I am pregnant?
NEVER use DualCare if you are pregnant or suspect that you might be.
Can DualCare be used during lactation?
Do not use it if breastfeeding.
Can DualCare be used on the breasts?
Never apply it to the breasts.
Can DualCare be used with skin conditions?
No, It should not be used if you have any serious skin condition. Consult your doctor.
Can I use DualCare if I have hearing implants?
No, it should not be used if you have hearing implants fitted.
Can I use DualCare if I have implants in my mouth, gold teeth, metal implants or similar?
Do not use it if you have these types of implant, as it may cause discomfort or tenderness in the area of
application.
Can I use DualCare when I am bathing or showering?

GENERAL INFORMATION
EXERCYCLE, S.L. would like to thank you for purchasing this product and the trust you have placed in us. Our
products have been subjected to rigorous quality checks. Nevertheless, should you experience any problem
with this appliance during the guarantee period then please read these warranty conditions and then get in
touch with your local authorized dealer.
This guarantee certificate has been drafted in accordance with that stated in Directive 1999/44/EC of the
European Parliament and of the Council 25th May, 1999, regarding certain aspects of the sale of consumer
goods and associated guarantees, incorporated into Spanish Law by virtue of Law 23/2003, 10th July;
Guarantees on the sale of consumer goods.
To this effect, EXERCYCLE, S.L. VAT nº B-01029032, with business address c/ Zurrupitieta 22, Vitoria, Spain,
guarantees this product under the following terms and conditions:
1. GUARANTEE PERIOD
The product covered by this guarantee certificate is protected for a period of TWO (2) YEARS as from the
date of receiving the product, which will be taken as the date that appears on the sales receipt for the
product or on the corresponding delivery docket should this be later.
It is essential that this be presented in the event of possible repairs. The policy regarding the warranty period
may vary between different countries.
The stated warranty period is only applicable to Europe.
2. RIGHTS UNDER THE GUARANTEE
- Repair or replacement of the product which, in such instance, will be carried out within a reasonable period
and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account of the nature of the goods and
the purpose for which the consumer required them.
- Those cases in which the repair or replacement represents a disproportionate cost for the seller in
comparison with other forms of remedy will be exempt assuming these do not prejudice the consumer.
- Repairs will be free for the consumer with regard to labour, materials and carriage.
- In the event that the machine is repaired or replaced with a new one, the guarantee period will be
suspended until the new appliance has been delivered and will carry at least six months of guarantee,
however under no circumstances will a new 2-year period be initiated.
The buyer may, as is apparent, require (i) a reduction in price or proceed to a (ii) recession of the contract
when the repair or replacement is not carried out within a reasonable time or with significant inconvenience
to the buyer. The reduction in price (i) will be proportional to the difference between the value that the
goods would have had if they had been delivered in accordance with the contract and the actual value that
the goods were worth at the time of the said delivery. Recession of the contract (ii) will not proceed when
the non-conformity is of minor importance.
3. THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER
- Defects attributable to use other than that established in the User Manual.
- Professional use or commercial leasing or hiring of the product.
- Poor installation, poor assembly or breakage of components due to improper installation, (the User Manual
gives detailed instructions on how to install and use the machine).

- Improper use of the product (use without applying gel, exceeding operating times, exposure to high
moisture levels, etc.) or problems arising from lack of maintenance (accumulation of dirt on any part of the
product or its accessories, etc.). (The User Manual provides advice on how to install and use the product).
- Repairs carried out by persons not authorized by EXERCYCLE, S.L. or appliances that have been opened or
tampered with by persons not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Deviations from the standard product, such as light vibrations, noises or breakage of components that do
not affect the performance of the machine and which cannot be attributed to manufacturing faults.
- Scratches, scrapes, abrasions, knocks falls, etc. caused by carelessness.
- Defects on the appliance caused by damage during transit.
4. CLAIMING AGAINST THE GUARANTEE
- Claims made for nonconformities will be limited to three years as from the date that the goods were
delivered.
- The consumer must report the existence of the defect within a period of 2 months as from the date that
the defect was discovered.
- This guarantee does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under any applicable law, unless it is
incompatible with the application of other actions derived from compensation sought for hidden faults in
the contract of sale.
- With regard to queries that may arise from the interpretation or application of this guarantee, these will
be governed by the corresponding national law.
Any discrepancy arising from the interpretation, validity or application of this contract will be subject to the
courts and tribunals of Vitoria, Spain.

other relevant provisions of Directives 2004/108/EC and 2006/95/EC

Comment fonctionne les ultrasons ?

1. Nettoyez votre peau avant l'application;
2. Utilisez EMS pendant 15 minutes sur l’endroit á traiter ;
3. Appliquez abondamment le gel à ultrasons ;
4. Utilisez l'appareil en mode ultrasons et infrarouge jusqu'à que le gel est totalement absorbé par la peau. (Max 15
minutes).

Nettoyez votre peau avant l'application

Répandez la lotion pour le corps uniformément (appliquer le produit séparément pour chaque section afin d'éviter
que ceci se sèche).

Branchez l'appareil à Double Care.

Allumez et une lumière rouge clignotera

Appuyez sur le bouton SONIC - une fois pour une intensité faible, deux fois pour une majeure intensité. Utilisez
l’intensité faible sur le visage ; haute intensité peut être utilisée pour le reste du corps.
