Product Introduction
The QMN201 MagiCure Neck Massager features a streamlined, ring-
shaped design that matches the human cervical vertebra curve. It
combines four functions of low-frequency electric pulse, magnetic effect,
far infrared heating, and circular traction to ensure the curative effect
reaches the body’s deep tissues and marrow. This multi-functional
massager helps maintain a proper physical position for the prevention
and treatment of cervical vertebra diseases.
It promotes local blood circulation, relaxes local muscles, and relieves
fatigue. It also prevents neck pain, numbness of shoulders and arms,
headaches, and dizziness arising from cervical vertebra diseases.

the heat by switching to (0) mode.
.8 Use of Electrode Pads (optional):
•Insert one of the two core connector wires into the electrode port
and connect the other end to the electrode pads. Then, use the
massager as specified above. If used with conductive plates, there
will be a little difference in intensity.
•The electrode pads should be clean on their surfaces for optimal
viscosity. If dirty, flush with clean water and dry before using it.
•It can be used 80 times (20 minutes each time). If appropriate
viscosity isn’t recovered after several times of cleaning, consider
purchasing new ones.

• Only the electrode pads provided for the massager (40 mm wide,
40 mm high, and 2.0 mm thick) are suitable for use.
• Please dispose of the waste electrode pads according to your local
environmental regulations.
• It is recommended to use the massager once or twice a day; 15
minutes of electric impulse mode and 15 to 30 minutes of thermal
moxibustion.
.9 Use of Button Cell of Remote Control:
The remote control adopts a CR2032 button cell, which can be
used for about 3months (30 min each day).
• The dim LCD backlight brightness and insensitive remote host
button indicate low battery capacity. Replace it with a new one.
• Take out the battery when the product is not in use to prevent
battery leakage and machine fault.
• Use the specified battery only.
• Do not misplace positive and negative electrodes of the battery
with positive up and negative down.
• Using the battery at a temperature above °45 C may influence the
battery›s properties and life.
• The used battery should be disposed of as per urban environment
protection regulations.
Battery Charging:
.1 When the buzzer beeps three times continuously during a
massage, it means the built-in lithium battery is running low and
needs adapter charging.
.2 Shift the toggle switch to the «Charge» position, so the power
indicator turns green and flickers. When it is fully charged after
about 2 hours, the flickering will stop.
.3 A fully charged battery lasts for about 5days with twice a day
usage.
.4 Under normal use, the rechargeable battery supports 500 times of
charging and discharging and lasts about 2to 3years (when used
twice a day for 30 minutes each).
.5 Charge the battery to full once a month for extended service life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do I feel tingling in the neck after using the electric pulse function?
A: You may feel tingling sensation if your skin is dry or the massager is
not in close contact with the skin. Consider using a wet towel on your
neck before use. Make sure the device is in close contact with your skin.
You should begin with weak electric pulse intensity before moving on to
strong for gradual adaption. Electric pulse massage uses the traditional
Chinese medicine acupuncture method to massage the neck meridian,
not the cervical massage apparatus leakage. If you don’t feel suitable,
you can choose other massage functions.
Q: Why does my skin have a red rash?
A: After using the electric pulse function, you may see rashes on your
skin if it is dry or the massage device was not close to the skin. Use a wet
towel on the neck and ensure close contact between the massager and
the skin. The rash usually disappears on its own after 2days.
Q: Why does my skin feels hot after using the hot moxibustion function?
A: When using the hot moxibustion function, you should go from low
to a high temperature to prevent skin discomfort caused by high-
temperature moxibustion.
Q: How long does it take the cervical massager battery to charge fully?
A: The cervical vertebra massager is equipped with an environmental-
friendly lithium polymer battery. Its charging time is about 3-2 hours.
Once fully charged, it lasts for about 5days (30 minutes of usage per
day).
Q: Does the cervical vertebra massager clip the neck?
A: The ergonomic cervical vertebra massager fits different neck sizes
perfectly. It is made of high-grade rubber paint to protect the neck.
Maintain an appropriate posture after wearing it. It is recommended to
use it twice a day for 15 minutes to relax the cervical vertebrae.
