3. Amassage shouldneverfeel unpleasant.
4. Overexaggerated massagecanalsoharmthebody.
5. Pregnantwomen, the ill personsandchildren shouldnotusethisdevice. In
caseofinjuriestothespineoraftersurgery, amassagecanbedangerous. Ifin

OPERATIONGUIDE:
1. Putthe ComfortPaddingCover on thetargetarea(recommended ifyouare
not wearingcomfortabledress).
2. Putthemassageron the top oftheComfort PaddingCoverwiththe control
panelfacing up.Adjust thestrapsuntilitfitsyourgirthofknee properlyand
haveitbuckled.
3. Forbest performance, alwaysattach the massagertothecurveofknee asclose
aspossible.
4. ConnecttheACpowercabletoAC PowerJack on massager,connectthe AC
adaptortopowercableand plugintowalloutlet.
5. The LED lighton controlpanel ison, LED screenshows"--".
6. ToturnonInfrared Heat function,press Start/Stop button once on control
panel,Infrared Therapystartsworking, LEDscreenshows45℃(default
minimumtemperature).
7. Press UP or DOWN button tosetyourpreferredtemperature(maximum
65℃).WarmingLightstarts working,LED screenshowsyourpreferred
temperature.
8. Itsthermostat-control system will controlthe heatlevelautomatically. It'll stop
heating when itreachesyourpresettemperatureandrestartheatingwhen its
temperatureislowerthan yourpresettemperature. (Note:thewarming lights
will beon and offduring heating).
9. Ifyou do notwant heattherapy,choosetohaveonlyinfrared therapy, press
DOWN button toreducetemperaturetoitsminimum level (45℃).And it'll
workwithonlyinfrared therapy.
10. ToturnoffInfraredHeatfunction,Press Start/Stop button once againon
controlpanel. LED screen shows"--".
11. Pressthe On/Off Switch to"-"or"o" positiontoturnOn/Offvibration
massage.(On/OffSwitch islocated on the leftsideunderneaththe massager).
12. Infrared/Heattherapy and Vibrationmassage areindependently
controlled.Turning On/Offeitherofthe 2functionswill notaffectanother
function.
Temperature increment:
1. Fortemperaturewithin45 to55 ,theunitincrementis5 everytimeyou
pressUPorDOWN button. From56 to65 ,theunitincrement is1 .

1. The default timeforinfrared heattherapyis30minutes. It'll automatically
shutoff after30minutesofuse.You need topress Start/Stop button againon
controlpanelif youneedmorecycles.
2. Thereisnot default timeforvibration massage.You canturnOn/Offthe
vibration massageanytime.
TemperatureMemoryFunction:
1. The device hasbuilt-intemperaturememoryfunction.It'llrememberthelast
timethetemperatureyouset.
2. When youturnon thedevicenext time,it'llstartwiththe temperatureyouset
up lasttime.Youcan pressUPorDOWNbuttontoadjustthetemperatureyou
wantagain.

2. Forbettereffect, it ssuggested touseit for2to3times everydaywithwarm
temperaturelevel(45 ),30minuteseachtime.
3. Warmtemperatureisthe mostpropertemperatureforusers. Itisnot
recommended tosettemperaturetohigh level such asmorethan55 ,
especiallynotfornew users.
4. Acutetemperaturechangewilldiscounttheperformance. Trytoadjustthe
temperaturegradually.
5. Upon reliefofthe senseofpain,it ssuggestedtoconductextensivegentle
exercisebycontinuouslyunbendingandbending theknee jointsforminutes,
when you feelcomfortable.
6. Alwayswearcomfortabledressand orusethe ComfortPaddingCover
includedwiththe product.
7. Excessive useofthe massage mayalsodiscountthe performance.Long time
ofdirectexposuretoskinmayresult inburninginjuryorskinsensibility.
