adequatelydescribetheBIGAB7Ͳ10.Itsversatilityandstrengthmakeittheperfectchoicefor
usersworkinginresidentialareas,parks,cemeteriesetc.Widerangeofaccessoriesavailable.
BIGAB8–12withits30yearsinserviceisafaithfulservantindeed.Itislightandversatilebuthasa
strongframeandgreaterloadcapacitythanthe7Ͳ10model.BIGAB8Ͳ12hasbecomepopularfor
usetogetherwithwheelexcavators,whenastrongframeisrequiredbuthighspeedtowingisnot
asimportant.Recommendedmaxspeed–40km/h.

areusing.Itisimportantforyoutoacquireknowledgeandtotrainwithregardtothetrailer’s
behaviour.Practicethemovementpatternandalwaysworkwithsmallerloadsuntilyouare

2.4Workingatextremeconditions
RecommendedworkingtemperaturerangeforaBigabtraileris–30°Cupto+40°C.Notethat
workingatlowtemperaturesaccelerateshydraulicgasketswearingandincreaseshydraulichoses
exposuretodamagesandsteelconstructionsexposuretobrittlefracture.Whenworkingatlower
temperaturethanrecommended,liftlighterloadsthanusual.
Beforestartingtoworkincoldconditionslettheoilcirculatefreelythroughthesystemafew
minutes.Slowlyworkeveryhydraulicfunctionthroughseveraltimessothatgasketscomeflexible
beforetheyreceivefullpressure.
Atexceptionallywarmconditionsbewareofhydraulicoilsexcessiveheating.Toohighoil
temperature(above+80°C)degradestheoilanddamagesgaskets.
