Six Post Deluxe Volleyball Cart

1. Attach the four Casters (D) to the Cart Base (C) using 3/8-16 x 3/4” Hex Bolts (F), 3/8” Flat Washer
(H) and 3/8” Lock Washer (I). Set the assembly aside. See Figure 1.
2. Attach the Horizontal Tubes (B) to one of the Cart Sides (A) using the 1/2 x 2” Hex Bolts (K).
3. With all of the Horizontal Tubes (B) attached to one of the Cart Sides (A) slide the Black Vinyl
Hammocks (E) over the Horizontal Tubes (B). The Black Vinyl Hammocks (E) should drape down to
hold your nets, ect. See Figure 1.
4. Attach the remaining Cart Side (A) to the other end of the Horizontal Tubes (B) using the remaining
1/2 x 2” Hex Bolts (K). See Figure 1.
5. Place the Cart Side (A), Horizontal Tube (B), and Black Vinyl Hammock (E) assembly on the Cart
Base (C) and attach using 3/8 x 2” Hex Bolts (G), 3/8” Lock Washers (I) and 3/8 Hex Nuts (J).
