AUS BOLT ION - No Power
Models: 1311F, 1311K, 1312F, 1312G, 1315X
•Verify charger being used is correct
•Unplug the Charger from the machine and wall
•Run your fingers down the entire length of the Charger Cord checking for damage
•If the cord is damaged, a new one will need to be ordered
•Test a different device (such as a phone charger) in the outlet to ensure it's working
•Test the machine by plugging the Charging Cord directly into the back of the machine
•If the light blinks red or blue, allow it to charge
•If there's no blinking light, refer to ChangeOver Guide
•Please note Model numbers 1311 and 1312 need a full 4 hours of charging on the first use while model 1315 needs a full 8 hours
•If the machine briefly turns on then off, remove the hand vac and attempt to turn machine on
•If the machine stays on, the brush may be bound by debris
•If the machine continues to not have power, refer to ChangeOver Guide
•Remove foot from machine body
•Remove the brush by releasing the brush clip on the foot
•Clean any debris on the brush and surrounding brush housing
•Check the brush ends and foot assembly for damage
•Replace if any damage is found
INTERNAL ONLY

•Attach hand vac to body of machine without foot attached
•If machine still doesn't have power, a new body will need to be ordered
•Reassemble the brush and Foot Assembly and reattach hand vac to the body of the machine
•If the machine continues to not have power, a new Foot Assembly will be needed
•If the machine continues to not have power, refer to ChangeOver Guide
