As the patient, it is your responsibility
to fulfill the following responsibilities
while using the device in order to
ensure proper detection and analysis
of your heart’s symptoms.
KEEP ELECTRODES
CONNECTED
The device can only record data
when it is properly connected to the
electrodes on your body. The device
will vibrate whenever it detects that
one or more of the electrodes is
disconnected. If too many of the
electrodes are disconnected, the device
will stop recording and prompt you to
reconnect the electrodes.
KEEP THE BATTERY
CHARGED
Once a day, use the charging cable to
charge the device. Recharging 30-60
minutes per day should suce to
ensure that the monitor has enough
charge to not interrupt your study
period.
PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
The device should not be used while
swimming, showering, bathing, or
participating in any aquatic activities. In these
situations, disconnect the lead wire from the
electrodes on your body and place the device
in a safe, dry location. Use caution to avoid
inadvertent submersion in water.

Returning your device.
When recording is complete, please put all
equipment, including monitor, lead wires,
charger, and sealed electrodes packs back
in the pre-addressed box. Seal the lid and
return the box via U.P.S.
