Make sure there is no dust on the
camera’s lens or on either side of
the CPL Filter. Clean up the surface
with a microber cloth if needed.
Fit the CPL Filter on the dashcam’s
lens as shown. Make sure the hole
on the lter’s mount lines up with
the Security LED of the dashcam.
Install on the front camera of a
compatible BlackVue dashcam.

4. Rotate the CPL Filter’s ring to
adjust the polarization intensity.
We recommend adjusting the lter
in bright daylight and using Live
View on the BlackVue App to check
the result in real time.
Remark:
Like most polarizing lters, the
BlackVue CPL Filter is designed for
use in daylight. Therefore, we
advise to remove the lter at night
to preserve video brightness.
