been modied, misused, misapplied, improperly installed, or
damaged in transit or by re, ood or act of God.

rem oved or unauthoriz ed servic e personnel perform servic e.
The prices charged by Bloomeld Industries for its products
are b ased upon the lim itations in this w arranty . Seller’ s
ob lig ation und er this w arranty is lim ited to the repair of
defects without charge by a Bloomeld Authorized Service
A g enc y or one of its sub -ag enc ies. T his servic e w ill b e
provid ed on c ustom er’ s prem ises for non-portab le m od els.
Portable models (a device with a cord and plug) must be
tak en or shipped to the c losest A uthoriz ed Servic e A g enc y ,
transportation c harg es prepaid , for servic es.

8. Travel mileage is limited to sixty (60) miles from an
authoriz ed Servic e A g enc y or one of its sub -ag enc ies.
9. All labor shall be performed during normal working hours.

10. All genuine Bloomeld replacement parts are warranted
for ninety (90) days from date of purchase on non-
w arranted eq uipm ent. Any use of non-genuine
Bloomeld parts completely voids any warranty.
