General Information
Please make sure that you read these instructions carefully in order to avoid injury when
using the tyre inflator. Follow all health and safety rules and regulations. If in doubt and
available please contact a more knowledgeable source.
DO NOT use if damaged.
• If the tyre inflator is damaged do not use as this may cause damage to property
or injury.
• Maintain the tyre inflator in good and clean condition for best and safest performance.
• Keep the work area clean and uncluttered and ensure that there is adequate lighting.
• Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear
non-slip shoes.
• ALWAYS dress appropriately.
• ALWAYS wear the correct eye or face protection when operating the tyre inflator.
• ALWAYS disconnect the gauge from the air supply before changing accessories,
servicing or performing any maintenance.
• Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
• When not in use store the tyre inflator in a safe, dry area, away from children.
• DO NOT carry the tyre inflator by the hose.
• DO NOT yank the hose from the air supply.
• DO NOT force the tyre inflator to achieve a task that it was not designed to perform.
• NEVER direct the gauge outlet at yourself or at any other persons or animals.
• NEVER operate the tyre inflator if you are tired, under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or intoxicating medication.

The BlueSpot Tyre Inflator (220PSI) allows the easy inflation of tyres up to 220 PSI. The
twin-sided hold on connector allows for easy access to inner and outer tyre valves on twin wheel
vehicles.The lever trigger allows for precise inflation.The air bleed valve allows for the reduction
of excess tyre pressure. 1/4" air inlet.

Air Supply – Maximum pressure 220 PSI
The supply must be clean and dry – if necessary use a suitable filter/water trap.
Generally, the air inlet pressure is 100 PSI when inflated.
BE AWARE the maximum tyre inflation pressure should never exceed the supply pressure.

Attaching adaptor to the valve
• Using the most convenient side of the twin valve connector, push and hold the
connector onto the tyre valve.
To inflate
• Momentarily depress the operation lever fully.
• Release the lever to display the tyre pressure.
• To minimise reading error hold the gauge ‘flat’ with respect to the eye. This makes it
easier to read the gauge reading.
• Fully depress the operation lever for an appropriate period.
• To avoid over inflation, release the lever frequently to check the pressure.
To deflate
• Depress lever half-way (until air can be heard escaping) for an appropriate period.
• To display the new pressure fully depress the lever momentarily then release.
ALWAYS fully depress the lever momentarily before reading the tyre pressure.

Maintenance and Service
To keep the tyre inflator in its best working order please refer to the maintenance and service
checks below.
Check Operation
For correct operation the gauge should be checked weekly. When checking the lever look for
smooth operation and fast, smooth gauge movements. Check for leaks from the tyre connector
seals and for wear of the hose.
If any problems are found do not use the tyre inflator and rectify the problems before use.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and
packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is
compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and
requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and
dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
