A plastic top box, the volume of which is adjustable
between 25 and 35 litres.
HAND G UARDS AND PROTECTORS
The hand guards offer effective protection against
the elements and the hazards of of f-road riding.
They can be tted with a variety of plastic protector s.
CENTRE STAND
Ensures the bike remains stable when par ked (even
on soft ground), for easy lubrication of the chain.
ON-BOARD CO MPUTER
Know what’s going on: the on-board computer displays
the air temperature, gear currently selected, radiator
water temperature, average fuel consumption, fuel level
and current range, and also features a stopwatch. With
the TPC option, t yre pressures can also be monitored.
ABS (SW ITCHABLE )
Safety everywhere you go: switchable BMW Motorrad
ABS adds just 1.5 kilograms to the total weight of the
bike.
TINTED WINDSHIELD
Gives the bike a sporty look, with a tint that is matched
to the paint colour. Features a scratchproof coating.

FACTORY-FIT TED OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
TPC
The Tyre Pressure Control (TPC) system makes
riding safer, by constantly monitoring tyre pressures
and warning the rider via the on-board computer
of any abnormalities.
LOW SEAT
The low seat is a no- cost option that makes
it easier for feet to touch the ground.
ANTI -THEFT AL ARM SYSTEM
For extra security and peace of mind.
Can be armed and disarmed by the rider.
LOWERED SUSPENSION
The lowered suspension option includes the low seat,
and brings the rider’s feet even closer to the ground.
32-HP (25-K W) POWER REDUCTION
Maximum engine output can be reduced to
32 horsepower (25 kilowatts) at no ex tra cost.

Allow up to 67 kilograms of luggage to be transported
in safet y (29 kilograms on the lef t, 38 on the right).
The capacity of each case can be varied by 10 litres,
simply by operating a handle.
HEATED GRIPS
Protect against cold hands and numb nger s when
the thermometer falls. Two temperature settings.
BASH PL ATE
Protects the engine against stone impacts in
moderate off-road use. Made from hard-wearing
