1. Please confirm whether your music is unilateral.
2. Please make sure that the audio cable is plugged in properly.
Confirmation method:
1. If connected to a computer, find the sound settings and
see if it is mono out.
2. Try to play different songs with ordinary music
application.
3. Try to play the same music with another headphone.
3. Clean the dust or impurity of the plug.

1. When two wires are connected to one headphone at the
same time, the current needs to be shunted to the two
cables, so that the current becomes smaller, and the sound
becomes smaller, you only need to increase the volume.

1. Due to its structural nature, any over-ear headphones may
cause uncomfortable feeling after being worn for a long time.
We use high-quality soft memory ear cotton to ensure max
comfort. We also recommend you to take off your
headphones and have a break after wearing it for more than
an hour each time.

Solution:
The headphone cannot
work in my devices
1.Please confirm that whether headphone works normally in
other devices like pc, computer or mobile phone or not.If it
can work normally in other devices , please turn to step 2. If
not, please feel free to contact us via email to get a new audio
cable for free under 12-month warranty.
2.Please confirm that whether you choose correct audio
cables to connect to your devices and whether the output of
devices is under limits of headphone or not.

headphones are working normally.
Mic& Speakers cannot work
in my laptop/ computer
Solution:
1.Please confirm whether there are two audio jacks on your
devices, one which has a mic on it and one which has
headphones on it. If so, please use to connect to your devices
via another dual 3.5mm audio cables in the box.

3.If your microphone isn’t working, head to Settings > Privacy >
Microphone > Microphone access for this device is on. If Windows
says microphone access is off, click the “Change” button and set it to
“On.”
If access is off, Windows and all applications on your system can’t
access audio from your microphone. Below that, ensure “Allow apps
to access your microphone” is set to “On.” If microphone access is
off, all applications on your system won’t be able to hear audio
from your microphone. However, the Windows operating system
itself will still have access. Under “Choose which apps can access
your microphone,” ensure the app that wants to access your
microphone isn’t listed and set to “Off.” If it is, set it to “On.”
