Please read this user’s manual carefully before use.
Brief introduction
1. Bluetooth wireless communication technology
Bluetooth is a standard of close range radio-communication technology that
was drawn up by Ericsson, IBM, Intel, Nokia and Toshiba. With Bluetooth
technology, we can achieve the highest transmission rate among cell phones,
computers, printers, PDAs and other devices. The max transmission range of
class Ⅱis 10 meters while the max transmit range of class I can reach up to
100 meters.
2. About BTH200H
BTH200H is a Bluetooth Intercom headset, which is used on a helmet to
enable people to communicate clearly and conveniently while driving a
motorcycle. It can also connect with a Bluetooth cell phone for hands-free
communication. It has the following features:
1) Two Intercom headsets connected to each other:
Initiate an Intercom conversation
Answer Intercom and reject Intercom calls
End Intercom
Adjust the volume
2) BTH200H paired with a Bluetooth cell phone:
Answer call, end call and reject call
Redial last number
Adjust the volume
3) Can connect a BTH200H Intercom headset to another BTH200H and to a
Bluetooth cell phone at the same time:
Dial a number during Intercom
Answer a call during Intercom

2. Installation
1) Install the microphone and loudspeaker to the main body of BTH200H as
the following pictures show:

2) Install BTH200H onto the helmet as the following pictures show:
a.) Attach the Velcro tape to the side
of the helmet (either left or right per
your preference)
b.) Attach the button to the Velcro
tape
c.) Attach the speaker to the inside of
the helmet
d.) Place the helmet on your head and
adjust the microphone or speaker to
your best fit
Your headset is now ready to be used!

3. Charging the battery of the BTH200H
First use—The Bluetooth Intercom headsets have built-in rechargeable
batteries, you must charge their batteries fully before first use.
Low power—When you hear 3 low tones every 30 seconds and see the red
LED flashing, the battery is low power and needs to be charged.
The charging steps are as follows:
Step1: Pull out USB cable from the button of the BTH200H
Step2: Connect one end of charger to standard power outlet and connect the
other end of charger to the button of the BTH200H
Step3: The red LED is on while charging. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge
the battery
Step4: When charging has completed, the red LED will turn off.
Warning:
1) The battery is recyclable.
2)Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) should not be exposed
to excessive heat place such as sunshine, fire or the like.

Remark: If you want the Intercom headset to enter pairing mode, you have to
press and hold MFB button for 3-5 seconds when the headset is turned off or
in standby mode (not connected to a device).

2. Pairing BTH200H with a Bluetooth device
A. Pairing with a Bluetooth cell phone
You have to pair the Intercom headset with a Bluetooth cell phone before first
use. Please make sure your cell phone is Bluetooth-enabled. Specific pairing
steps may vary with different cell phones. Please refer to your cell phone’s
user’s manual for further information. The general pairing steps are as follows:
1) Keep BTH200H and Bluetooth cell phone within 1 meter when pairing;
2) Ensure BTH200H is turned off, otherwise turn off the BTH200H first
3) Press and hold MFBbutton for about 3~5 seconds, the red and blue
LEDs will flash alternately. BTH200H is now entered pairing mode.
4) Turn on your cell phone’s Bluetooth function to search for Bluetooth
devices. After the search is completed, select “BTH200H” from the
Bluetooth device list.
5) According to the indication, enter password or PIN No:”1234”, or “0000”,
and press ”Yes” or “confirm”;
6) After successful pairing, select “BTH200H” from the Bluetooth device list,
and press “connect”. The indicator light on the BTH200H will flash twice
every 4 seconds if connected successfully.
B. Pairing two Intercom headsets together
If you want to use the Bluetooth Intercom function, you have to pair two
Intercom headsets together first. The general pairing steps are as follows:
1) Keep two Intercom headsets within 1 meter when pairing;
2) First press and hold MFB buttons of both headsets simultaneously, then
release MFB button of one headset until the headset enters pairing mode,
and release MFB button of the other headset until blue LED is on;
3) The headset whose blue LED is on will search and connect the headset
which entered pairing mode automatically. After successfully connecting,
the blue LEDs of both headsets will flash twice every 4 seconds.

Notes:
Pairing mode will last 2 minutes. BTH200H will switch to standby mode
automatically if it can’t pair with any device after 2minutes. If you want to
continue to pair the BTH200H with a Bluetooth device, please turn off the
BTH200H first and re-pair according to steps 1~6 mentioned above.
BTH200H will turn off automatically when it can’t connect to any device
after 5 minutes.
BTH200H can remember 8 paired devices, when the number of paired
devices exceeds 8, the first one will be replaced.
Every time you switch on BTH200H, it will connect to the last connected
device automatically. If you want to pair it with other devices, please switch
off the current device’s Bluetooth function first and try to pair BTH200H
with the new device according to steps 1~6 mentioned above.
BTH200H can connect with two devices simultaneously, either two
Bluetooth cell phones or two Intercom headsets or one cell phone and one
headset.
When BTH200H gets out of range of the connected devices it will
automatically reconnect to the devices as soon as it is in range again,
either if it was connected to a Intercom headset or a Bluetooth phone or
both of them.
3. Intercom function
If you connect two Intercom headsets to each other, you are able to
intercommunicate between the devices. Specific operations are as follows:

4. Making callswith BTH200H
If BTH200H is connected to a Bluetooth cell phone, you can make calls with
BTH200H. The specific operations are as follows:

Remarks:
When the volume is adjusted to max. or min. you will hear two “DU-DU”
tones.
When two Intercom headsets are connected to each other and a Bluetooth
cell phone is also connected, you can answer incoming calls with the
headset or dial a number with the Bluetooth cell phone during Intercom
and the Intercom will be kept. After ending the call, the headset will
recover to Intercom. You can’t intercommunicate during a phone
conversation though.

Care and maintenance
Read the following recommendations before using BTH200H. Following these
you will be able to enjoy our product for many years.
Keep it dry and don’t take it to damp places to avoid the product’s internal
circuit being affected.
Keep the product away from direct sunlight or hot places. High
temperatures will shorten the life of electronic devices, destroy the battery
or distort certain plastic parts.
Don’t expose the product to cold areas. It may damage the internal circuit
board.
Don’t try to disassemble the product as it may get damaged if you are not
a professional.
Do not drop the headset onto the floor or other hard surfaces. The internal
circuit might get damaged.
Don’t use intensive chemical products or detergent to clean the product.
Don’t scratch the surface with sharp things.
Don’t remove the microphone’s protector, so the microphone won’t be
damaged.
If you have a problem with the product not functioning as mentioned in this
manual, please return the product to the store you purchased it from if you are
still within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise see our return policy on the last

FAQs
1. I can’t connect BTH200H to my Bluetooth cell phone. What do I do
now?
a) Please make sure BTH200H has been paired with a Bluetooth cell
phone;
b) Enable your cell phone’s Bluetooth function, please refer to your cell
phone’s user’s manual for further information;
c) Please make sure BTH200H and your cell phone are in the effective
working range and that there are no barriers between them, such as
walls and other electronic devices etc.
2. What do I do when two intercommunicating headsets can’t be
connected together?
a) Please make sure one headset is in pairing mode while the other one
should be in searching mode;
b) Ensure the headsets are in their working range and that there are no
barriers between them.
3. What do I do when BTH200H can’t connect with my Bluetooth device
after being out of its working range for a short time?
a) Please make sure you bring the devices back into their working range
within 1 minute;
b) Press MFB button once to connect BTH200H with device again

improper installation, modification or repair by unauthorized third party.
The responsibility of supplier’s products shall be limited to the repair or replacement of
the product at its sole discretion.
Specifically exempt from any warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to
normal wear and tear such as batteries, decorates and other accessories.
