• If visibly soiled, the material can be cleaned
using mild soap and damp cloth.
• Do not allow water or liquids to remain on chair.
• Do not saturate chair; allow chair to dry
completely before collapsing down.
• Tray is dishwasher safe.
• Like your favorite piece of luggage, we needed
to include zipper access to the inside of the
Boppy®Chair for manufacturing purposes.
The chair is fully functional with the zipper closed.

Children have suered head injuries, including skull fractures,
aer falling with or from booster seats.
• Check that booster seat is securely attached to adult chair
before each use.
• Always use restraints until child is able to get in and out of
booster seat without help. Adjust to t snugly. The tray is not
designed to hold the child in the chair.
• Never allow child to push away from table.
• Never li and carry child in booster seat.
• Stay near and watch your child during use.
To prevent serious injury or death
• Do not use in motor vehicles.
WHEN SECURING TO AN ADULT-SIZED CHAIR
To prevent serious injury or death:
• Always use the chair attachment system and ensure Boppy®
Baby Chair is correctly tted before each use.
• Always secure both seat AND back chair strap(s) to secure
Baby Chair to adult chair.
• Straps need to be pulled taut.
• Always check the security and the stability of the Boppy®
Baby Chair when secured to the adult chair before each use.
WHEN USING ON THE FLOOR
To prevent strangulation or entanglement:
• When used as an activity chair on the oor, the adult chair
straps should be stored out of children’s reach by placing
them in the pocket at the bottom of the baby chair.
To prevent serious injury or death:
• Be aware of the risk that child can push with its feet against
the oor and cause the product to slide or tilt over.
• This may be dangerous if the oor is uneven or there is a
staircase nearby.

Only use Boppy

Baby Chair on adult chairs that have
a large enough surface area to t the seat completely,
approximately 15.50˝ x 14.75˝ (39.37cm x 37.465cm)
and backrest minimum height of 11 in. (28 cm).
• Only use this product on an adult chair or on the oor.
• Never use this product as a step stool, bath seat or for
any other purpose.
• Never use this product on a tabletop, all stools,
pedestal chair, rocking chair, benches, swivel chair,
or any non-adult four legged chair where the straps
cannot secure it properly.
• Never use on a so surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as
seat may tip over and cause suocation.
• Do not use for prolonged periods.
• Do not use this product if any part is broken, torn,
missing or incorrectly tted.
• Do not use with any accessories not provided by Boppy.
• Never li or tilt the product with your child in it.
POSSIBLE POSITIONAL ASPHYXIA HAZARD
• Do not allow baby to fall asleep in chair.

Keep your baby’s limbs clear of tray attachment area.
Fingers could be pinched by corners of tray and seat.
• Detach tray BEFORE removing your baby from the seat.
• DO NOT unzip the zipper. Internal components could
cause pinch hazard.
