JUICER AND BLENDER ON A SINGLE BASE
S810 professional juicers give you an opportunity to buy two devices for the
price of one. The 1,800 W motor helps efficiently mill products and extract juice
at high speed. The combination of two devices in one multi-functional casing
saves the kitchen space and expands the range of options.
DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
The juicer safe operation is assured by the smooth start of the motor,
activation of the emergency stop system when the lock cover is opened, and
overheating protection. The motor wear is minimized through the use of cast
metal casing and forced cooling.

CONFIGURATION
TWO PROTECTION SYSTEMS

The appliance is fit with the automatic safety device, which protects the motor
from failure during operation. If the motor is overheated, the protection will
automatically switch off the appliance. In this case unplug the appliance and

on the base of the appliance.

electronic protection device will automatically switch off the motor. In this case
unplug the appliance and let it cool down during 15 minutes. This can be caused

• Juice only fresh products.
• To receive maximally useful juice use seasonal
products.
• Before juicing wash the products.
• Before juicing of products with solid or
uneatable skin, such as mango, guava, melon,
watermelon or pineapple, peel them.
• Citrus juice is tastier if fruit are peeled.
• You can juice products with solid seeds or
kernels, such as nectarines, peaches, mango,
apricots, plums and cherries, after preliminary
removal of kernels.
• Add some lemon juice into apple juice, so that it
did not get dark.
• When you make cocktails from vegetables
or fruit with different textures start with the
softest ones.
• To juice vegetable herbs, cuttings and green
leaf vegetables turn them into a dense batch or
put between other products. Juice them at low
speed.
USAGE OF PULP
After juicing you receive pulp with a lot of fibers
and cellulose, which also contain nutrients
necessary in our everyday ration. There are
different ways to use pulp, but you should do it
only in the day of juicing to avoid destruction of
vitamins.
You can use pulp to stuff other products and add
it in baked puddings and soups. Fruit pulp can be
baked or used as a cake filling.
Note. The content of juice can range depending
on the variety or ripeness of one and the same
products.
