The cast metal cone is designed to extract juice from all kinds of citrus fruit
– from small limes to large grapefruits. Thanks to its size and shape, you can
extract even more juice down to the last drop.

PREPARATIONPREPARATION
• Set the cone on the motor shaft and fix in the
necessary position.
• Set the semi-sphere on the juice extraction lever
and fix it until you hear a click.
• Open the juice chute.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Unpack the juicer. Remove all packing materials,
squibs and labels from the juicer’s casing.
Wash all removable parts of the juicer with running
water and wipe the base with the motor with a wet
napkin to remove all mechanical parts and dust,
which could get inside the juicer in the course of
manufacture and transportation. • Set the filter cup on the base with the motor. • Set the pulp filter on the filter cup by aligning
arrows.

OPERATIONOPERATION
• Slowly put down the juice extraction lever. The
cone will start to rotate and extract juice.
Do not press the juice extraction lever too hard.
• To stop the motor put up the juice extraction
lever.
Close the juice chute.
• Remove the used fruit from the cone. Clean the
filter from pulp and seeds. Timely clean the filter
and avoid its overfilling.
Advice. Pulp contains a lot of nutrients. It can be
added in baked puddings and soups, baked and
used as a cake filling and for stuffing of other
products.
• Set the glass for juice under the juicer’s chute. • Plug in and switch on the juicer by pressing the
START / STOP button.
• Fix a fruit half on the juicer’s cone pressing
it slightly.
Cut citrus fruit across grain.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCEDISMANTLING
CLEANING
Before cleaning always unplug the appliance.
Caution! Never immerse the casing with the motor,
the power cord or the plug of the power cord into
water or any other liquid. Avoid formation of water
condensate thereon.
Do not use the juicer in places with increased
humidity.
Advice. Cleaning will be easier if after each use you
will wash removable parts with warm water.
CLEANING OF THE JUICER’S CASING
Wash all removable parts of the juicer with hot
soapy water and then dry.
Wipe the base with the motor and the juice
extraction lever with a soft wet napkin soaked in
a soapy solution or use a special agent for cleaning
of metal surfaces.
Caution! Do not use wire wools, abrasive and
chemical agents for cleaning.
STORAGE
Store the juicer in the vertical position.
Note. You can wash cone, semi-sphere, filters and
filter cup in the dishwasher.
• Switch off the juicer by pressing the START /
STOP button and unplug it.
• Put down the juicer’s lever and take off the
semi-sphere by pressing the Eject button.
• Remove the cone, the filter and the filter cup.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Before operation of the juicer carefully read
this operating manual. It contains important
information on safety methods, operation and
care of the juicer. Keep this operating manual, so
that it can be referred to in the future, and if the
juicer passes to another owner give the manual
together with the appliance.
• The juicer is not meant for operation by
unattended children and disabled adults.
• Keep the juicer’s casing clean. During cleaning
observe the instructions specified in section
“Maintenance and Cleaning”.
• Put the juicer only on a dry even surface.
• Always unplug the juicer when you leave it
unattended, after usage, as well as before
assembly, dismantling, cleaning and storage.
• Upon detection of any damages immediately
suspend operation of the juicer and bring it to
the nearest service center for testing, repair or
replacement.
• Before operation make sure that the juicer is
correctly assembled.
• Use the juicer only to make juice from citrus fruit.
• For safety reasons all operations on repair and
maintenance of the juicer shall be performed
only by authorized representatives of BORK
certified service centers.
