CLEANING
• Keep this operating manual.
• The kettle is not meant for use by unattended
children.
• Upon detection of any damages bring the kettle
to the nearest service center for testing, repair or
replacement.
• Too little water amount can lead to premature
switch off of the kettle.
• Filling of the kettle above the maximum mark
(1,7 l) can lead to water splashing.
• The kettle is meant only for boiling of drinking
water.
• For safety reasons all operations on repair and
maintenance of the kettle shall be performed
only by authorized representatives of BORK
certified service centers.
• Caution! In case of overheating the kettle will
be automatically off. Unplug the kettle. The

• First wipe the external surface of the kettle’s
casing with a wet napkin soaked in a soapy
solution and then wipe with a soft dry napkin.
• Remove scale with a special agent for kettles.
Do not use wire wools, chemical agents,
abrasive cleaning agents and agents containing
sulfanilamide acid for cleaning of the kettle and
scale removal.
