STEALTH QUIET BOIL TECHNOLOGY
Your kettle features the innovative Stealth technology and has an annular
diffuser for reduced noise levels.
For maintenance of the STEATH technology it is necessary to regularly remove
scale, which can affect operation and service life of the kettle.
FIVE TEMPERATURE MODES
The kettle has five temperature modes helping you to select the best
temperature for a variety of tea and coffee and highlight their unique taste.
Select the necessary temperature and press Start / Cancel button.
If you press Start / Cancеl button without preliminary temperature setting,
water will heat to the temperature, which was pre-set last time.

REMOVABLE METAL FILTER
The durable and long-lasting removable metal descaling filter provides high
quality water treatment.
SMOOTH LID OPENING TECHNOLOGY
When pressing the button, the lid opening mechanism operates smoothly and
gently, preventing water splashes from the kettle.
KEEP WARM FUNCTION FOR DESIRED
TEMPERATURE MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the set temperature for 20 minutes without additional boiling.
The Keep Warm mode for desired temperature maintenance can be switched on
before, during and after the water heating cycle.

Oolong tea is made of a rather large and ripe leaf —
often with the cutting. It is recommended to brew
such leaf with boiling water of 90°С,otherwise the
leaf will not open up.
Cliff oolong tea and puerh have a stronger
fermentation level. The optimal brewing
temperature comprises 95 °С.
Black teas open their taste and flavor at the
temperature of 100 °С.

CLEANINGSAFETY PRECAUTIONS
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Keep this operating manual, so that it can be
referred to in the future.
• The kettle is not meant for use by unattended
children.
• Upon detection of any damages suspend
operation of the kettle and bring it to the nearest
service center for testing, repair or replacement.
• Exercise caution when handling the kettle filled
with hot water.
• The kettle is meant only for boiling of drinking
water.
• Fill the kettle with water, so that its level was
between marks Min 500 (Minimum 0,5 l) and
Max 1700 (Maximum 1,7 l). Too little amount of
water does not guarantee reaching of the set
temperature, and can lead to premature switch
off of the kettle.
• For safety reasons all operations on repair and
maintenance of the kettle shall be performed
only by authorized representatives of BORK
certified service centers.
CLEANING
• First wipe the external surface of the kettle’s
casing with a wet napkin soaked in a soapy
solution and then wipe with a soft dry napkin. You
can also use special agents for cleaning metal
surfaces.
• Remove scale with a special descaling agent for
kettles.
Do not use wire wools, chemical agents, abrasive
cleaning agents, agents containing sulfanilamide or
formic acid for scale removal
