安全须知
在使用前，请仔细阅读这些说明，以便熟悉本电器的重要安全和操作说
明。若未遵守正确使用电器的说明，制造商对造成的任何损害概不承担
责任。本电器用于加工普通家庭用量或非商业应用中类似用量的食材。
非商业应用包括诸如商场、办公室、农业和其他商业企业的员工厨房，
以及供公寓、小型旅馆和类似住所的客人使用。本电器用于加工满足家
庭所需用量的食材。请勿超出允许的最大数量（请参见“应用示例”）。本
电器适用于混合、揉捏、挤压和切碎食材。不得将其用于加工其他物品
或物质。若在制造商准许的使用范围内，则附件可用于其他应用。本电
器仅限与原装附件一起使用。在使用附件时，请遵循随附的操作说明。

一般安全说明
W有电击危险！
儿童不得使用本电器。必须将本电器及其电源线放在远离儿童的地方。
可以让有身体、感官、精神障碍或缺乏使用经验和使用知识的人使用本
电器，不过前提是操作时必须有人在场监督并指导他们如何安全地使
用本电器，而且还要让他们了解操作时可能面临的危险。儿童不应玩耍
本电器。电器必须按照铭牌上的技术规范进行连接和操作。仅供室内
使用。若电源线和/或电器损坏，请勿使用本电器。在更换附件或其他活
动部件之前，请关闭电器并断开电源连接。若无人照看时或者在装配、
拆卸或清洁之前，请始终记得断开电器的电源连接。请勿将电源线放在
锐利边缘或热表面上。为防止受伤，损坏的电源线必须交由制造商或
其客服以及类似的合格人员进行更换。本电器只可交由我们的客服进
行维修。

启动锁定
请参见“工作位置概述”表。在位置1，本 电 器
无 法 开 启 。只 能 在 位 置  2-4时开启本电器：
■当搅拌碗已插入并尽可能地旋转到位
或
■工具驱动接口保护盖已安装。
在位置5，只有在安装了工具驱动接口保护
盖后才能开启本电器。搅拌杯必须彻底拧紧。
在位置6，除 非 正 确 安 装 了 碎 肉 附 件 和 适 配
器（ 请 参 见 碎 肉 附 件 操 作 说 明 ），否 则 无 法 开
启本电器。
重新启动锁定
若运行的电器被干扰导致运行中断，即使开
关仍处于运行状态，当排除干扰后机器也不
会自动重新运行。要重新启动本电器，请将旋
转开关(3)旋至0，然 后 调 至 所 需 的 档 位 。
过载保护
若在本电器使用过程中电机自动关闭，则表
明过载保护功能已被激活。
可能的原因：
–食材处理量太多，
–电器运行时间太长。
若安全系统被激活，请参见“故障排除”。

1 释放按钮

“EasyArmlift”让多功能臂的操作更简单
轻松（请参见“工作位置”）。
3 旋转开关
若 本 电 器 已 被 关 闭（ 0 位 置 ），则 它 会 自
动运行至方便更换工具的最佳位置（工
具更换位置）。该位置还可方便在搅拌碗
中装入食材，这样食材就不会粘在工具上
（“Easyfill”位置）。
0 =停止
M/S = M表示在最高速度下工作的脉冲
开关，按住该开关可以持续所需的搅拌
时间。
S表示自动SensorControl。
在激活SensorControl(4)时，本电器
会在达到最佳搅拌效果后自动关闭。
档位1-7，工 作 速 度 ：
1=低速-慢，
7=高速-快。

在操作本电器之前，请按照此表将工具/附件
安装到正确驱动接口上的正确位置，并使其

准备
■将底座装置安放在光滑清洁的表面上。
■准备电线（图 C）。
a) 带电线贮存仓的电器：
将电线拔出至所需的长度。
b) 带自动绕线器的电器：
将绕紧的电线拔出至所需的长度（最
长100cm）并缓慢松开；电线将被
锁紧。
缩短电线长度：
轻轻拉扯电线并让其卷至所需的长
度。然后再次轻轻地拔出电线并缓慢
松 开 ；电 线 将 被 锁 紧 。
警告！
塞入电线时不要使其扭曲。若电器配备了自
动绕线器，请勿手动塞入电线。若电线卡塞，
请将电线全部拉出，然后再让其卷起。
搅拌碗和工具

只能将搅拌碗与本电器配合使用。将工具用
力插入驱动接口，直到它们卡入到位。
“Absolute”搅拌桨 (15)
用于搅拌面团，如海绵蛋糕料或慕
斯，以及用于搅拌蛋白或奶油。
坚固全金属打发桨 (16)
用于搅拌蛋白、奶油和松软的生面
团 ，如 海 绵 蛋 糕 料 。
带面团挡板的“High
performance”揉面钩 (17)
用于揉捏较硬的生面团和混合不用
切碎的食材（如葡萄干和巧克力屑）。
有关使用打发桨的重要信息
图 D：
打发桨应刚好接触到搅拌碗底，这样
才 能 彻 底 混 合 食 材 。这 对 于 确 保 自 动 
SensorControl发挥其功能同样重要。食材
量 较 大 时 ，打 发 桨 位 置 可 以 调 高 。
调节打发桨高度的方法如下：
■拔下电源插头。
■按释放按钮并将多功能臂移至位
置1。
■将打发桨插入驱动接口，直到打
发桨卡入到 位。
■将打发桨固定并用随附的扳手（电器底座
上）将螺帽顺时针拧松。
■旋转打发桨，将打发桨设至最佳高度：
–顺时针旋转：升高
–逆时针旋转：降低
■按释放按钮并将多功能臂移至位
置2。
■检查打发桨并根据需要进行调
整。
■若高度设定正确，请按下释放按
钮并将多功能臂移至位置1。
■将打发桨固定并用随附的扳手将
螺帽逆时针拧紧。
使用搅拌碗和工具

■驱动接口保护盖盖住未使用的驱
动接口。
■固定搅拌碗：
–将搅拌碗朝前倾斜然后将其放下。
–逆时针旋转直到其卡入到位。
■根据加工量将搅拌桨、打发桨或揉面钩用
力插入驱动接口，直到其卡入到位。
注：
若使用揉面钩，请首先插入面团挡板，然后
再插入揉面钩（图 E-4b）。
注意部件的形状和位置。
■将要加工的食材放入搅拌碗中。
■按释放按钮并将多功能臂移至位
置2。
■安装防溅盖。
■插上电源插头。
■将旋转开关设定至所需的档位。
我们的建议：
■搅拌桨：
首先以1-2档进行混合，然后根据需要使
用3-7档
■打发桨：
7档，在1档下混合
■揉面钩：
首先以1档搅拌，然后以3档揉捏
加入更多食材
■用旋转开关关闭电器。
■安装漏斗（图 E-7）。
■通过漏斗添加食材。
或
■取下防溅盖。
■按释放按钮并将多功能臂移至位
置1。
■加入食材。
使用电器后

使用 SensorControl
您的电器配备了自动SensorControl。
在使用打发桨打发生奶油和蛋白时，传感器
会 监 控 打 制 过 程 ，并 会 在 达 到 预 期 的 稠 度 时
自 动 关 闭 本 电 器 。奶 油 的 生 熟 程 度 、温 度 和
成分都会影响所需的时间和加工效果。
注：在首次使用自动SensorControl之前，
多功能食物料理机必须至少先运行两分钟，
以确保传感器工作正常。
图 F：
■按照上述说明准备本电器。
■将打发桨插入驱动接口，直到打发桨卡
入到位。
■调节打发桨直到其刚好接触搅拌碗底。
请参见“使用打发桨的重要信息”。
■按释放按钮并将多功能臂移至位
置2。
■安装防溅盖。
■安装漏斗（图 F-3）。
■插上电源插头。
注：当打发桨插入后，自动SensorControl
将初始化而符号将闪烁。当所有3个符号稳
定 亮 起 时 ，本 电 器 即 已 准 备 好 开 始 工 作 。
■将奶油或蛋白放入搅拌碗中。
■食材加工量：
生奶油，300-1500毫升
若使用6°C的新鲜奶油，可获得最佳效
果。
蛋白：2至12个
■ 按下自动SensorControl上对应的按
钮。
生 奶 油 ，初 始 数 量
300至700毫升
生 奶 油 ，初 始 数 量
700至1500毫升
搅打过的蛋白
所选自动SensorControl的符号将亮起，而
其他符号将熄灭。
选错按钮的纠正方法：按下相关按钮。
■ 将旋转开关旋至M/S档并将其按住2
秒 。松 开 后 ，旋 转 开 关 会 停 在 该 位 置 ！
注：若旋转开关未在30秒内启动，选定的
SensorControl会被停用！
所有3个符号都将重新亮起。
选错按钮的纠正方法：
■ 将旋转开关设定至0；这 样 做 时 ，您 必 须
克服一定的阻力。
■按下相关按钮。
■ 将旋钮设定至M/S 档。
本电器将开始工作。只要机器在工
作，SensorControl上的按钮就会被锁定。
注：当本电器正在运行时，请勿加入更多的
食材！
当生奶油/蛋白达到最佳稠度时，驱动接口会
自动关闭。
旋转开关将移至0位置。
符号将亮起。
重要信息：
除非是新鲜鸡蛋或者奶油已冷却（约6°C），
否则自动SensorControl无法达到最佳的
加工效果。
■冷冻过的奶油无法打发
■含有添加剂的奶油或脱脂奶油无法达到
最理想的效果。
■在 自 动 加 工 过 程 完 成 之 前 ，请 勿 加 糖 、调
味香料或其他添加剂。要添加其他食材，
请将旋转开关旋至5档。
■若本电器自动关闭时加工效果未达预期，
请将旋转开关旋至7档，直到获得满意
的效果为止。
请勿再次激活自动SensorControl！
■ 自动SensorControl可随时中断（将旋
转开关旋至0；这样做时，您必须克服一
定 的 阻 力 ）。
■最长6分钟后，即使未达到预期的效果，
驱动接口也将始终关闭。
符号将闪烁。
请参见“故障排除”。
■ 自动SensorControl在1-7档下或与其
他驱动接口配合使用时均无效果。
■若在使用其他附件时不小心按到了
SensorControl上的按钮，请直接再按
一次按钮。该符号将熄灭。

搅拌杯
W 锋利的刀片/旋转驱动装置容易引发受伤
危险！
切勿将手指伸入连接的搅拌杯中！在驱动接
口完全停止之前，请勿拆卸/安装搅拌杯！在

■将安装了密封件的搅拌杯支架插入搅拌
杯中，确保指示线在箭头下方。
■安装搅拌杯支架时要将其尽量旋紧。
使用搅拌杯
图 G：
■按释放按钮并将多功能臂移至位
置5。
■驱动接口保护盖盖住未使用的驱
动接口。
■取下搅拌杯驱动接口保护盖。
■安装搅拌杯（将把手对准底座装置上的
标 记 ）并 以 逆 时 针 方 向 旋 转 到 底 。
■加入食材。
液体食材最大容量=1.75升；起泡或热液体
最大容量=0.75升；固态食材最佳加工量=
100克。
■安装盖子并以逆时针方向完全旋入搅拌
杯把手。盖子必须锁定到位。
■将旋转开关设定至所需的档位。
加 入 更 多 食 材（ 图 G- 8 ）：
■用旋转开关关闭电器。
■取下盖子并加入食材。
或
■取下漏斗并通过添加口慢慢地加入固态
食材。
或
■通过漏斗倒入液体食材。
重要信息
在加工液体/液体食材时，请逐步缓慢地提高
本电器的速度，以防止食物飞溅。
使用电器后
■ 用旋转开关关闭电器。等待刀片完全停止。
■拔下电源插头。
■顺时针转动搅拌杯并将其卸下。
■取下搅拌杯的盖子。逆时针旋转盖子并
将 其 卸 下。
■清洁所有部件，请参见“清洁和维修”。
提示：建议在使用后立即清洁搅拌杯。
清洁和维修
重要信息
本电器无需维护。彻底清洁可防止电器损坏
并保持其功能正常。
警告！
请勿使用磨蚀性清洁剂。否则可能会损坏表
面。
清洁底座装置
W 有电击危险！
切勿将底座装置浸入水中或用流水冲洗。请
勿使用蒸汽清洁器。
■拔下电源插头。
■用湿抹布擦拭底座装置和驱动接口保护

故障排除
警告！
请勿在洗碗机中清洗搅拌杯支架或将其浸泡
在水中。
■请在流水下冲洗搅拌杯支架。
■盖子、漏斗和搅拌杯可在洗碗机中清洗。
注：
盖子可拆散后清洗。
图 J：
■将漏斗从盖子向上拔起。
■向下按嵌件以使其与盖子分离。
提示：在 加 工 液 体 后 ，通 常 可 以 不 用 将 搅 拌
杯从本电器上卸下即可进行清洁。在安装的
搅拌杯中倒入少量水和洗洁精。让搅拌杯开
启 数 秒（ M档）。将水倒出并用干净水清洗
搅拌杯。
故障排除
W 有受伤危险！
在清除故障前，请拔下电源插头。
多功能臂必须处于每个工作位置。
参考以下信息开始尝试消除所出现的问题。
故障
电器无法启动。
补救措施
■检查电源。
■检查电源插头。
■检查多功能臂。
位 置 正 确？已 啮 合？
■搅拌碗拧得太紧。
■用驱动接口保护盖盖住未使用的驱动接
口。
■安全锁已激活。
将电器切换至0然后再调回所需的档位。
故障
电器在使用时突然关闭。过载保护功能已被
激活。一次加工的食材太多。
补救措施
■关闭电器并拔下电源插头。
■ 让本电器冷却大约15分钟，以便取消过
载保护。
■减少加工的量。请勿超出允许的最大数
量（ 请 参 见 “ 应 用 示 例 ” ）。
■重新开启电器。若电机仍无法启动，让本
电器冷却较长的时间（至少1小时）。
故障
自动SensorControl上的符号闪烁。
自动SensorControl无法达到预期的效果。
本电器自动关闭，旋转开关停在0。
补救措施
■ 按下自动SensorControl上的任意按
钮。自动系统将重新初始化。当所有3个
符号稳定亮起时，本电器即已准备好开
始工作。
■ 将旋转开关直接旋至7档，直到达到所
需 的 效 果 。事 先 要 检 查 奶 油 是 否 符 合 要
求（数量、状况、新鲜程度、温度）以及打
发桨是否被调至正确的高度。
故障
当驱动接口正在运行时，不小心按下了释放
按 钮 。多 功 能 臂 上 移 。驱 动 接 口 关 闭 ，但 未 停
在工具更换位置。
补救措施
■ 将旋转开关设定至0。
■ 将多功能臂移至位置2。
■开启电器（1档）。
■再次关闭电器。
工具将停在工具更换位置
故障
搅拌杯在使用时未开始工作或停止运行，驱
动接口发出“嗡嗡”声。刀片被卡住。
补救措施
■关闭电器并拔下电源插头。
■拆开搅拌杯并消除堵塞物。
■重新安装搅拌杯。
■开启本电器。
重要信息
若故障无法消除，请与客服联系。

For your safety
Before use, read these instructions carefully in order to become
familiar with important safety and operating instructions for this
appliance.
If the instructions for correct use of the appliance are not observed,
the manufacturer’s liability for any resulting damage will be

This appliance is designed for processing normal household
quantities in the home or similar quantities in non-industrial
applications. Nonindustrial applications include e.g. use in employee
kitchens in shops, ofces, agricultural and other commercial

hotels and similar dwellings. Use the appliance for processing
normal quantities of food for domestic use. Do not exceed permitted

This appliance is suitable for mixing, kneading, beating and
cutting food. It must not be used for processing other objects or
substances. Other applications are possible if the accessories
approved by the manufacturer are used.
Use the appliance with original accessories only. When using the
accessories, follow the enclosed operating instructions. Please
keep the operating instructions in a safe place. If passing on the
appliance to a third party, always include the operating instructions.
General safety instructions

Do not insert mains plug until all preparations for working with the
appliance are complete. Never immerse the base unit in liquid or
hold under running water. Do not use a steam cleaner.
Do not adjust swivel multi-function arm while the appliance is
switched on. Wait until the drive has come to a standstill.
Do not change tool / accessory until the drive is at a standstill –
when the appliance is switched off, the drive continues running
briey.
Use only the rotary switch to switch the appliance on or off.
When the appliance is not in use, pull out the mains plug.
Before eliminating a fault, pull out the mains plug.

While the appliance is operating, never place ngers in the mixing
bowl. Attach the cover (12) before operating the appliance!
Keep hands clear of rotating parts. Do not change tools until the
drive has come to a standstill – when the appliance is switched

position / “Easy ll”-position.
Do not move multi-function arm until the tool is at a standstill.
Do not switch on the appliance until the blender has been screwed
in all the way and the tool drive cover (7) has been attached.
Cover unused drives with drive covers.

Do not touch blender blades with bare hands. Clean them with a
brush.
WRisk of injury from sharp blades / rotating drive!
Never place ngers in the attached blender! Do not remove / attach
the blender until the drive is at a standstill! Operate the assembled
blender only and with the lid attached.
WRisk of scalding!
If processing hot liquids, steam escapes through the funnel in the
lid. Add a max. 0.75 litres of hot or frothing liquid.
WImportant!
Use the appliance with original accessories only. When using the
accessories, follow the enclosed operating instructions. Attach and
use only one tool or accessory.

Start lock-out
See “Overview of the operating positions”
table. In position 1the appliance cannot be
switched on. The appliance can be switched
on in position 2-4 only:
■when the bowl has been inserted and
rotated as far as possible
or
■the tool drive cover has been attached.
In position 5the appliance can only be
switched on when the tool drive cover
has been attached. The blender must be
screwed in all the way.
In position 6the appliance cannot be
switched on unless the mincer and adapter
have been attached correctly (see mincer
operating instructions).
Restart lock-out
If the power is interrupted, the appliance
remains switched on but the motor does
not start running again when the power is
restored. To restart the appliance, turn the
rotary switch (3) to 0, then switch on the
required setting.
Overload protection
If the motor switches itself off while the
appliance is being used, the overload
protection feature has been activated.
Possible causes:
– very large amounts of ingredients,
– appliance operated too long.
If a safety system is activated, see
“Troubleshooting”.

When the appliance has been switched
off (0position), it automatically runs
to the optimum position for changing
the tools (tool change position). This
position also facilitates lling the bowl
with ingredients, as no ingredients can
stick to the tools (“Easy ll” position).
0= Stop
M/S = Mstands for the pulse switch at
maximum speed, hold down switch for
required blending duration.

When the SensorControl (4) is
activated, the appliance automatically
switches off when the optimum result is
obtained.
Settings 1-7, Operating speed:

Before operating the appliance, attach the
tool / accessory to the correct drive and in
the correct position and place in the oper-
ating position according to this table.The
multi-function arm must be engaged in each
operating position.
Note:
The multi-function arm features the “Easy

Do not expose appliance or accessories to
heat sources. Parts are not microwave-safe.
■Before operating the appliance
and accessories for the rst time,
clean thoroughly; see “Cleaning and
servicing”.
Preparation
■Place the base unit on a smooth, clean
surface.
■Prepare cable (Fig. C).
a) Appliances with cord store:
Pull out cable to the required length.
b) Appliances with automatic cord
winder:
Pull out the cord in one go to the
required length (max. 100 cm) and
slowly release; the cord is locked.
Reducing the cord length:
Pull gently on the cord and allow it to
roll up to the required length. Then
gently pull the cord again and slowly
release; the cable is locked.
Warning!
Do not twist the cord when inserting it. If
the appliance features an automatic cord
winder, do not insert the cord manually. If
the cord jams, pull out the cord all the way
and then allow it to wind up.

While the appliance is operating, never

light dough, e.g. sponge mixture.
Kneading hook „High perfor-
mance“ with dough deector (17)
for kneading heavy dough and
mixingin ingredients that ought not be cut
(e.g. raisins and chocolate chips).
Important information
concerning the use of the whisk

The whisk should just touch the bottom
of the bowl in order to mix the ingredients
thoroughly. This is also important to ensure
that the automatic SensorControl functions.
The whisk can be positioned higher for
large quantities.
Adjust the height of the whisk as follows:
■Remove mains plug.
■Press release button and move
multi-function arm to position 1.
■Insert the whisk into the drive
until the whisk locks into position.
■Hold whisk in place and loosen nut
clockwise using enclosed key (on the
base of the appliance).
■Set the whisk to the optimum height by
rotating the whisk:
– Turn clockwise: Raise
– Turn anti-clockwise: Lower
