The cleaning function heats up the cooking
compartment to a very high temperature so that
residues from roasting, grilling and baking
burn. This releases vapors that can irritate the
mucous membranes. Ventilate the kitchen
thoroughly during the cleaning function. Do
not stay in space for extended periods of time.
Keep children and pets away. Also observe the
instructions in the event of a time delay with a
postponed end time.

when using your appliance and how to dispose of the
appliance correctly.
Attention!
■Accessories, foil, baking paper or molds on the
cooking compartment floor: Do not place any
accessories on the cooking compartment floor. Do
not place baking paper or foil of any type on the
bottom of the cooking compartment. Do not place a
mold on the floor of the cooking compartment if a
temperature of more than 50 °C is set. This creates a
build-up of heat. The baking and roasting times are
no longer correct and the enamel is damaged.

directive sets the framework for the take-back
and disposal of old appliances that is valid in

control ring Temperature indication
The control ring changes the setting values shown on
the display,
After the start, the current temperature in the
interior is shown graphically on the display.
For most selection lists, eg for the temperature, you
have to turn the control ring back again when the
minimum or maximum value is reached. For example,
for heating methods, after the last point, the first
starts again.
Warming line The white line under the temperature becomes
red from left to right as the interior heats up.
When you preheat, the optimum time for
inserting the dish is reached as soon as the
line is completely filled with red.
The heating line is immediately filled in red with setting
settings, eg grill settings.
Display
The display is structured in such a way that you can read
the statements appropriate to any situation at a glance.

shows the residual heat in the interior. The lower
the residual heat becomes, the darker the ring line
becomes, and eventually it disappears completely.
The value you can set is in focus. It is shown in white,
with a white line below it. The value in the background

Note: Due to thermal inertia, the displayed
temperature may differ slightly from the actual indoor
temperature.
Focus The value in focus can be changed
directly, without selecting it first.
After the start, the temperature or setting is
always in focus. The white line is also the warm-
up line. This is filled in red.

Your device has several functions that make it easier
to use.

focus with the control ring, only this
value is magnified. The precise descriptions of these can be found in

display.
When you change a value, the ringline shows you where
you are in the list box. Depending on the setting range, the
ring line is either continuous or divided into segments,
depending on the length of the list box.
During use, the ring line fills red in seconds. After
every full minute, the segments are filled again from
the beginning. When the time counts down, a
segment disappears every second.

For most functions, the interior lighting switches on as
soon as operation is started. When the operation is
finished, the lighting switches off.
Note: When the accessories become hot, they can
become deformed. This does not affect the
operation. The deformation disappears after they
have cooled down.
Note: In the basic settings, you can specify that the
interior lighting does not switch on during use. ~" Basic

Insert accessories
The interior has three shelf heights. The shelf
heights are counted from bottom to top.
Cooling Fan
The cooling fan turns on and off as needed. The warm
air escapes through the door.
Attention!
Do not cover the ventilation slots. Otherwise, the
device will overheat.
The cooling fan runs after a certain time, so that the
interior cools down faster after use.
Note: You can set how long the cooling fan runs
after in the basic settings.

The availability and the possibility to order online differs

After the device is turned on, the suggested function

setting directly with the start/stop buttonl start.
Operate the deviceYou have already become acquainted with the controls
and their operation. Now we explain how to set up the
device. You will find out what happens when switching on
and off and how to set the functions.
If you want to set another function, you will find the
precise descriptions in the respective chapters.
Switch device on and off In principle:
1. Tap on the appropriate field. The
symbol is illuminated in red.
2. The control ring changes what is in focus.
3. Make other settings if necessary.
To do this, touch the appropriate field and change
the value with the control ring.
4. Start with the start/stop button l.
Operation starts.
Your device must be turned on before you can set
anything up.
Note: The child lock and the minute minder can also be
set when the appliance is switched off. Some indications

the cooking compartment, remain visible even when the
appliance is switched off.

Operate
You must always start with the start/stop button l.
After the start, a time indication appears on the display
next to the settings. In addition, the ring line and the warm-

Stop operation
With the start/stop button l you can also
interrupt and resume operation.
When you press the start/stop l for approx. 3 seconds,
the operation is completely canceled and all settings
are reset.
Note: After the operation is interrupted or
aborted, the cooling fan can continue to run.

The Fast Preheat function allows you to shorten the
heat-up time for some heating methods.
Suitable heating methods for rapid preheating

rapid preheating has finished.
Set up
Make sure that you select a suitable heating method
and a set temperature of at least 100 °C. chooses.
Otherwise, the Fast preheating function cannot be
activated.
The appliance starts to heat up.
When the dish is ready, switch off the appliance with
the on/off . button .
Note: You can also set the duration and end of

Change and abort
Set duration To change the duration, tap the field s. The duration is
highlighted in white and can be changed with the
