The CPD series is a range of ceiling exhaust fan
designed for use as ducted and unducted ceiling
mounted extractions. This style of fan is commonly used
in bathroom, bedroom, office, living room, store, toilets,
hotels and general exhaust applications.
General Information
The motor is made of 100% copper coil and fitted with
high quality Japan ball bearing, high efficiency, low noise,
maintenance free and long service life. Equipped with
thermal overload protection.
The fans are fitted with high efficiency forward curve
centrifugal impeller driven with sealed for by long life
bearing.
The casing and louver are made from injection moulded
by ABS polymer.

Feature
The performance has been tested in accordance with
ISO 5801. The sound data has been determined by
testing to ISO 13347-2. The fans have passed QCVN
04:2009/BKHCN (IEC 60335) standard for electric
safety.

Installation Method
ŸMake a wooden frame and fix it on to the ceiling as picture
reference.
ŸAfter connecting the power supply, turn on the switch,
check whether there is abnormal condition, and then
place spring in the slot hole to fix the panel.
ŸConnect the pipeline with the main part, and make it well-
sealed with the self-adhesive tape (bandage). (Fix the
ventilating pipeline onto the ceiling, keeping the
ventilating pipeline straight, without burden on the main
part) no burden on the pipeline.
ŸInstall and enclose the fan casing in the wooden frame,
and then fix it up firmly with 04 self-tapping screws.
ŸWe must prevent the gas from the open airway or other
firing equipment from back flowing into the room.

Overbending
ŸDirect spraying or cleaning by water or other liquid is
forbidden. This may cause short circuit or electric
shock.
ŸInstallation on window or outdoor is forbidden.
ŸBefore installing this product, ensure that the voltage
and frequency consistent with the product nameplate.
ŸWhen connected to power supply, all-pole power
switch with more than 3mm contact separation is
necessary to be installed on the power supply circuit.
Please do the connection according to the local
electrical equipment technical regulations.
ŸAvoiding air reflux via open air flue or other fired
equipment is necessary.
ŸEarthing device is necessary. Or will cause electric
shock when breaking down or electric leakage occurs.

Regular maintenance is needed each year. The
impeller blades require thorough cleaning once in 6
months.
The technical maintenance includes periodic
cleaning of the surfaces from accumulated dust and
dirt. Use a soft dry brush or a soft cloth wetted or a
vacuum cleaner to remove dust.
ŸPlease don't damage the impeller.
ŸPlease don't bend impeller, blades.
Before any maintenances are undertaken please:
ŸEnsure that the machine cannot be switched on
again.
ŸWait until impeller is stationary.
Periodical cleaning prevents to rotor to become
out-of-balance.
ŸVacuum-clean would be best.
ŸPlease don’t let water into motor and electric
parts.
ŸStop fan in accordance to regulations and
disconnect all poles from mains supply.
ŸPlease don't use chemical and gasoil, benzene,
diluent to wipe the fan.
The following safety notes must be observed
when maintaining the machine.
Clean fan:
ŸIf the power line is damaged, to avoid danger, it
should be changed by the maintenance
department or qualified professionals.
Assembly the fan.
ŸImpeller must rotate free
ŸCompressed-air must not be used. Dirt could be
pressed into the bearings and causes
consequential damage.
ŸRemove louver.
ŸRemove screws and put out impeller.
ŸClean louver.
ŸClean casing.
ŸClean impeller.
ŸClean outlet duct.
ŸRemove casing.
Control whether installation is correct:
ŸThe gap between impeller and casing must be
regular.
ŸChecking direction of rotation is correct.
Insert louver.
Install the outlet fan into air duct.
Put the fan into operation after cleaning.
Connect electric supply of motor.
