THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
•When the temperature of the heat platen reaches 80ºC
(176ºF), the extractor fan will turn on automatically. This helps to
keep electrical parts cool and extends their useful life.
•Turn off the machine when it’s not in use and remove the plug from the
power socket.
•The heating platen will automatically cool down if the
press remains idle for more than 30
minutes.
•Different items will require different
temperature and time settings
because their materials and thickness
will differ.
•This press should not be used by
children or for food processing.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The machine isn’t responding:
•Check if the plug is properly connected or if it’s broken.
•Check if the fuse is blown.
•Check if the power switch or the digital controller are broken.
The power light is on, but the display is black:
•Check the cable of the transformer. The connection will be low if the wires are
a little loose. Tighten them.
•If the cable is connected properly, the transformer may be defective. Fix it.
The display is working well, but the press is not heating up:
•Check if the relay indicator light is on, otherwise check if the relay or the digital
controller are broken.

8
•If the heating platen isn't working, and the relay has already been replaced,
check if the heating plate is defective or if the power cable is loose. If the
heating plate is defective, you should change it.
The temperature is higher than expected:
•The relay may be broken, you should change it.
•The digital controller may be defective, you should change it.
The colour of the print is pale or faded:
•The pressure isn’t high enough, the temperature is too low or the transfer time is
too short. Adjust the pressure, temperature or increase heating time.
The colour of the print is too dark or blurred:
•The temperature is too high or the transfer time is too long. Adjust the
temperature or reduce heating time.
The colour of the print is different or the result isn’t right:
•The transfer time is too short or the paper used is of poor quality. Increase
heating time or use high-quality transfer paper.
The transfer paper sticks to the object after the transfer:
•The temperature is too high or the paper used is of poor quality. Adjust the
temperature or use high-quality transfer paper.
