Descrizione e funzionamento
Il sistema Raffaello è in grado di riprodurre tramite tre gruppi di lampade
di colore rosso, verde e blu, tutti i colori dell'arcobaleno; ideale per
l'illuminazione di negozi, bar, show room.
La selezione degli effetti luce può avvenire collegando il KIT RAFFAELLO
ad una consolle DMX oppure un sequencer (opzionale), oppure a tutti i
possibili sistemi che utilizzano interfacce DMX in conformità allo standard
U.S.I.T.T. 512/1990
Il sistema si compone di 3 interfacce DMX Single Channel e di un LED
SUPPLY a 24V DC. Ogni DMX Single Supply può pilotare da 1 a 30
convertitori predisposti per collegamento a KIT Raffaello.
Descriptions and working
Raffaello is a RGB based system which allows the reproduction of colour
nouances, through three groups of lamps red, green and blu, ideal for lighting
mixtures in pubs, shops, show room, etc.
The nuance can be achieved manually through a DMX control board or with
Sequencer (optional) or through any kind of systems which use DMX Interfaces

The system is composed by 3 DMX single Channel Interfaces and one LED
Supply at 24 V D.C. Each DMX Single Channel can pilot from 1 to 30 convertors
with arrangment for KIT Raffaello.

montaggio
Collegare alluscita OUT1 un jack 3.5mm usando un cavetto bipolare con
sezione minima di 0.22 mmq, come evidenziato in fig. 1. Il morsetto di
uscita - deve essere collegato al polo interno del jack; il morsetto di
uscita + al polo esterno dello stesso jack (vedi fig. 2). Il jack così
cablato deve essere inserito nel primo convertitore Siet, come indicato in
fig. 3.
Lo stesso schema di cablaggio dovrà ripetersi per l uscita OUT2 ed OUT3
rispettivamente per il secondo ed il terzo convertitor
e.
Ciascun canale (OUT) può controllare fino a 30 convertitori, che devono
essere collegati in parallelo tra di loro.
IMPORTANTE: i dip-switches delle schede DMX single channel devono
essere impostati come da fig. 5.
Assemby instructions
Connect to the ou
tput OUT1 the jack 3.5mm using a bipolar wire with
minimum section 0.22 mmq, as shown on fig.1. The output terminal
shall
be connected to the internal pole of the jack; the output terminal + to the
external pole of the jack (see fig. 2). Finally
the wired jack shall be inserted on
its placement of the first convertor SIET, as shown on fig. 3
The same wiring chart should be repeated for the output OUT 2 and OUT 3,
respectively for the second and third convertor.
Each channel (OUT) can control up to 30 convertors, which have to be
connected in parallel
ATTENTION: The dip-switches on the DMX control boards should be setted
as described in fig. 5.
Collegamento del Sequencer e suo funzionamento
Il Sequencer (dispositivo che genera due diversi giochi luce selezionabili
dallutente) è un optional. Se richiesto al momento dellordine, esso viene
fornito nel box del Kit Raffaello, già cablato. In caso contrario, seguire lo
schema in fig. 1 per eseguire i cablaggi.
Agire sulla prima levetta del dip-switch presente sulla scheda del
Sequencer (vedi fig. 4): per ognuna delle due posizioni è memorizzato un
gioco luce. Importante: le altre levette devono essere posizionate in Off.
Connection to Sequencer and functioning
The Sequencer (device suitable to reproduce two different light effects
selectable by the user) is an optional. If requested in the same moment of
the order, it is installed inside of the KIT Raffaello box, already wired. If not,
follow the wiring chart of fig. 1
Operate on the lever of dip-
switch
installed on the Sequencer (see fig. 4);
for each of the two positions one light effect is stored.
Important: the other two levers have to be on Off position.

I terminali di uscita COM, TX+ e TX- di un sistema con uscita DMX-

devono essere collegati ai rispettivi morsetti COM, TX+ e TX- del KIT
Raffaello. Vedi fig. 1.

The output terminals COM, TX+ and TX- of a system with DMX-512 have to
be connected to the respectives terminals COM, TX+ and TX- of KIT
Raffaello.

Avvertenze
ATTENZIONE
: i cavi di uscita e di alimentazione del KIT Raffaello
devono essere tenuti separati ed adeguatamente lontani dai cavi di Alta
Tensione del convertitore.
Collegare l alimentazione del KIT Raffaello ad una presa della rete
elettrica.
il KIT Raffaello non deve essere manomesso, pena il decadere della
garanzia e, in quanto apparecchio elettrico, potrebbe presentare rischio
di choc elettrico. Linstallazione deve essere eseguita da personale
formato in conformità a tutte le Norme e le Leggi applicabili.
Fare attenzione di togliere tensione prima di accedere allinterno
dell apparecchio.
Il funzionamento dellapparecchio e la conformità alle Direttive 89/336
(EMC) e 73/23 (BT) sono garantiti solo per carichi non eccedenti i dati di
targa, nel rispetto delle norme vigenti e in conformità agli impieghi
previsti dal protocollo U.S.I.T.T. standard DMX 512/1990. La mancata
osservanza delle suddette prescrizioni può pregiudicare il funzionamento
e/o causare guasti agli apparecchi, oltre a far decadere la garanzia.

Keep leads of KIT Raffaello away from High Voltage wiring of convertors.
Connect the supply cable of KIT Raffaello to the mains supply
Always disconnect mains
supply before maintenance operations
The device is guaranteed only when properly installed and its resistance is
compliant to the regulations in force.
The KIT Raffaello tamping invalidates the warranty and may cause irreparable
damages of which the manuf
acturer is not responsible.
Brollo Siet is not liable for damages on other devices or due to wrong
installation The liability of the Company shall not exceed the cost of supplying a
replacement.
The conformity to the Directive 89/336 (EMC) and 73/23 is guaranteed only
when loads are not exceeding the datas shown on the product s label.
