VACUUM-BOTTELAPPARAAT ENOLMATIC
1) bevestig de Enolmatic op een tafel.
2) verbind d.m.v. de doorzichtige darm B met de aansluiting B in het
deksel (D); de zwarte darm met de aansluiting A in het deksel
3) verbind de delen van de hevel d.m.v. het rubber verbindingsstuk.
4) verbind de hevel met de bek van de Enolmatic d.m.v. de
doorzichtige darm van 2 meter.
5) steek de stekker in het stopcontact en start de Enolmatic met
schakelaar F.
6) steek de hevel in de mandfles (of ander vat) tot iets boven de
bodem om te verhinderen dat eventueel depot mee zou komen.
7) plaats een fles onder de bek G. De arm (H) moet lichtjes omhoog
wijzen. Om dit te bereiken: zie 8 en 9.
8) de hoogte van het statief L wordt ingesteld door regelknop M te
verdraaien.
9) door M in te drukken wordt de stand van het statief vastgezet.
10) de afvulhoogte in de flessen wordt geregeld met regelvijs N aan
de onderkant van de bek (bij stand R is de afstand tussen
vloeistofoppervlak en de rand van de fles maximaal).
11) BELANGRIJK: stopt men de motor tijdens het gebruik,
dan moet men eerst het vacuüm opheffen door het ventiel S op te lichten alvorens de motor terug te
starten, dit om de electro-motor niet overtollig te belasten. Dezelfde handeling voert men uit om het
deksel van de beker te kunnen verwijderen.
Zijn uw flessen niet allen even hoog? Geen probleem, de Enolmatic kan hoogteverschillen tot 5 cm overbruggen
zonder nieuwe instelling. De afstand tussen vloeistofoppervlak en flesserand zal steeds gelijk blijven. De
Enolmatic wordt gereinigd door hem met zuiver water door te spoelen. Het apparaat vraagt geen onderhoud of
smering en is gedurende 1 jaar gewaarborgd. Het is evenwel af te raden de bijgeleverde bek voor andere
vloeistoffen te gebruiken dan olie, bier of wijn.
Mogelijke problemen en hun oplossingen:
* de motor start niet
Oorzaak:
- geen stroom
- stekker steekt niet in stopcontact
- het apparaat staat nog onder vacuüm (opheffen
met ventiel S)
* de vloeistof komt niet in de fles
Oorzaak:
- de motor is gestopt (zie hoger)
- het deksel is niet goed gesloten
- de darmen zijn verkeerd aangesloten
- de hevel zit te hoog of de mandfles is leeg
- de bek is verstopt (doorblazen langs de kant van de
doorzichtige darm)
- de beker is gebroken
- het punt H staat niet hoog genoeg

EMBOUTEILLEUSE SOUS-VIDE ENOLMATIC
1) fixer l’ENOLMATIC à une table à l’aide de l’étau compris (C)
2) relier le tuyau transparent B à l’embrayage B sur le couvercle du vase
(D); le tuyau noir à l’embrayage A sur le couvercle du vase.
3) relier entre eux les détails du transvaseur en utilisant le spécial
manchon en caoutchouc
4) relier le tuyau transparent de 2m compris au transvaseur et au bec de
l’ENOLMATIC
5) brancher la prise de courant et allumer l’ENOLMATIC en appuyant sur
l’interrupteur F.
6) glissez le transvaseur dans le récipient (dame-jeanne ou autre) en le
tenant légèrement soulevé du au cas où il y aurait du dépôt
7) mettre la bouteille sous le bec G et l’appuyer sur la base spéciale de
l’ENOLMATIC. Le balancier (H) doit être légèrement plus haut par rapport
au plan horizontal du balancier même. Pour effectuer cette opération se
conformer aux instructions d’après les figures 8 et 9.
8) et 9) pour lever ou baisser la tige L il suffit de glisser le bouton M de
quelques millimètres, de le tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre
pour lever la tige et dans le sens inverse aux aiguilles d’une montre pour la baisser jusqu’à la hauteur optimale.
Ensuite, en poussant le bouton M, la tige reste bloquée.
10) pour régler le niveau du liquide dans la bouteille qu’il faut remplir, il faut opérer sur la bague N du bec. Pour
obtenir la distance maximum de liquide du goulot de la bouteille, la bague doit être placée dans la position R. Pour
des distances différentes mais entre le minimum et le maximum dont ci-dessus, il suffit de placer la bague en une
phase moyenne. Pour obtenir un niveau précis et constant dans les bouteilles il est important que, une fois qu’elles
sont remplies, elles soient ôtées rapidement.
11) IMPORTANT: si on arrête le moteur pendant l’emploi de l’ENOLMATIC avant de remettre le contact
il faut absolument soulever la poignée S jusqu’à annuler le vide. La même opération doit être effectuée
pour ôter le couvercle du vase.
Si vous avez des bouteilles à hauteur différente, la machine est en mesure d’éliminer cet inconvénient en vous
donnant toujours la même distance de liquide du goulot. Quand vous avez fini, il suffit de faire aspirer de l’eau
pour nettoyer les conduits –un litre –et la machine est prête pour la prochaine utilisation. L’ENOLMATIC n’a pas
besoin d’entretien ni de graissage et elle est garantie pour un an. Nous vous déconseillons d’utiliser le bec compris
dans l’ENOLMATIC pour d’autres liquides comme le vin, l’huile et la bière.
Anomalies et solutions:
* le moteur ne démarre pas
- manque de courant (contrôler)
- prise de courant débranchée (contrôler)
- tout le dispositif est sous vide (soulever S pendant
quelques secondes)
* le liquide n’arrive pas dans la bouteille
- moteur arrêté (contrôler)
- le couvercle du vase n’est pas bien fermé (fermez-
le bien, pousser vers le bas)
- des tuyaux ne sont pas bien reliés
- transvaseur trop soulevé et récipient vide
- bec sale (essayez de souffler à l’intérieur du bec du
côté du tuyau transparent en soulevant la tétine pour
dégager le trou de sortie du liquide)
- récipient vide
- la tétine est cassée
- le balancier H est au-dessous du plan horizontal
(agir sur la tige L, voir fig 8 et 9.

ENOLMATIC VACUUM BOTTLE FILLER
1) Fix the Enolmatic to the top of a table.
2) Connect transparent hose B to fitting B on the lid (D). Connect
the black hose to fitting A on the lid.
3) Connect the parts of the syphon using the rubber connecting
piece.
4) Connect the syphon with the Enolmatic nozzle using the 2-metre
transparent hose.
5) Plug in the Enolmatic and start it up using power switch F.
6) Place the syphon into the demijohn (or other container), just
above the bottom to prevent any lees or sediment being sucked in.
7) Place a bottle under nozzle G. The lever (H) must be pointing
slightly upwards. See 8 and 9 for how to do this.
8) The height of stand L is adjusted by turning control knob M.
9) Push M back in inwards to lock the stand height.
10) The filling level in the bottle is adjusted using the adjusting
screw N on the underside of the nozzle (the maximum filling level or
the lowest gap between the liquid level and the top of the bottle is at
position R).
11) IMPORTANT: if you switch the motor off during use, the
vacuum must be stopped before switching the unit on again, by opening valve S. This is to avoid
overloading the electric motor. The same operation must be performed to remove the collecting
container lid.
Are your bottles not all the same height? That will not pose a problem - the Enolmatic can cope with height
differences of up to 5 cm with no need for readjustment. The filling level will remain the same. To wash the
Enolmatic rinse it through with clean water. The unit does not require any maintenance or lubrication and comes
with a 1-year guarantee, but the nozzle supplied must not be used for liquids other than oil, beer or wine.
Trouble-shooter:
* the motor will not start
Cause:
- no electricity
- the plug is not connected
- the device is still under vacuum (release using
valve S)
* there is no liquid filling into the bottle
Cause:
- the motor is not running (see above)
- the lid is not closed properly
- the hoses are connected the wrong way round
- the nozzle is too high or the demijohn is empty
- the nozzle is blocked (blow through from the
transparent hose side)
- the container is broken
- point H is not high enough
