This Manual is divided into two parts:
The former, “COMMON PARTS”, includes the
operation and maintenance information concerning
every BT frontal fork lift truck.
The latter “SPECIFIC PARTS” completes the
former and only concerns the models mentioned
on the cover.

1.1.1 NOTEGENERALI
Il carrello elevatore a forche frontali è un
mezzo per la movimentazione e il trasporto
dicarichiorganizzati in unità singole pallettizzate.
Il prelievo e il deposito dei carichi può avvenire
sia in magazzini a terra che in magazzini
a scansia. Le normali condizioni di impiego
delcarrelloelevatore a forche frontali elaposizione
normale di guida, sono descritte nella normativa
Europea EN 1726 e nella UNI-ISO 1074.
La configurazione originale del carrello non
deve essere assolutamente modificata
I carrelli BT sono conformi alla Direttiva
"MACCHINE" 89/392/CEE e successivi
aggiornamenti, alla Direttiva "COMPA-
TIBILITÀ ELETTROMAGNETICA" 89/336/
CEE, alla direttiva "BASSA TENSIONE" 73/
23/CEE e successivi aggiornamenti.
Si ricorda che la compatibilità elettromagnetica
è riferita ad ambienti industriali e civili normali
(EN 12895); per condizioni particolari contattare
la BT.
I carrelli sono sicuri se utilizzati da personale
esperto e in possesso di tutte le informazioni
sull'AMBIENTE DI LAVORO, come descritto
successivamente.
1.1.2 IMPIEGO NORMALE DEL
CARRELLOELEVATORE
Il carrello elevatore rispetta i requisiti di stabilità
richiesti dalle norme CEE citate.
E' importante comunque operare e guidare
con la dovuta prudenza, evitando manovre
rischiose o azzardate (vedi 1.3.0).

1.1.1 ALLGEMEINEHINWEISE
Der Gabelstapler mit frontseitiger Gabel ist
ein Mittel zum Befördern und Transport von
palettierten Lasten.
Die Aufnahme und die Ablage der Lasten kann
in Flachlagern aber auch in Hochregallagern
erfolgen. Die normalen Einsatzbedingungen des
GabelstaplersmitfrontseitigerGabelunddienormale
Fahrerpositionsindim Europäischen Normentwurf
EN 1726 und in der UNI-ISO 1074.
Die Originalkonfiguration des Staplers darf
auf keinen Fall geändert werden.
Die Stapler von BT entsprechen der
"Maschinenrichtlinie" 89/392/EWG mit
entsprechenden Änderungen, der Richtlinie
"ELEKTROMAGNETISCHE
VERTRÄGLICHKEIT" 89/336/EWG und der
Richtlinie "NIEDERSPANNUNG" 73/23/EWG
und nachträgliche.
Verträglichkeitsowohlfür industrielle wie normale
zivile Umgebungen (EN12895) von Bedeutung
ist. Liegen spezielle Bedingungen vor, sollte man
sich an die Firma BT wenden.
Die Gabelstapler bieten eine umfassende
Sicherheit, wenn sie von Fachpersonal
betrieben werden, das über alle
Informationen des ARBEITSUMFELDES, das
im folgenden beschrieben wird, verfügt.
1.1.2 NORMALBETRIEBDES
STAPLERS
Der Gabelstapler mit Verbrennungsmotor
entspricht den Stabilitätsanforderungen der
zitierten EWG-Normen. Trotzdem ist bei der
Bedienung und beim Fahren größte Vorsicht
geboten; gefährliche und unüberlegte
Handlungen sind zu vermeiden (siehe 1.3.0).

TRUCK
1.1.1 GENERALNOTES
The front pick-up forklift truck is a vehicle
for the moving and transport of loads arranged
in single palletized units.
The loads can be picked up and deposited from
the warehouse floor or shelves.
The normal conditions for the use of front pick-
up forklift trucks and the normal driving position
are described in the European EN 1726 standards
and in the UNI-ISO 1074.
The original configuration of the forklift
truck must never be modified.
BT forklift trucks fully comply with the

Nell'uso del carrello, l'operatore è tenuto
a rispettare le prescrizioni di legge per
l'igiene e sicurezza del posto di lavoro,
indossare quindi tutto quanto richiesto dallo
specifico ambiente di lavoro, come ad es. il casco
protettivo, le scarpe anti infortunistiche, i guanti
da lavoro ecc...
È severamente proibito il trasporto di persone
sulle forche o sul carrello stesso, ove non
siano installate apposite attrezzature
esplicitamente autorizzate allo scopo.
È obbligo del conducente impedire che le
persone sostino sotto le forche sollevate,
o salgano su di esse.
Accessori opzionali:
A fronte di una analisi dei rischi, eseguita
dall'utilizzatore finale per migliorare il lavoro
e la sicurezza (riferita anche ad ambienti di lavoro
particolari), il carrello può essere dotato di alcuni
accessori opzionali:
-la protezione supplementare al tettuccio
del carrello, per una migliore protezione
del conducente dalla caduta di oggetti minuti.
- la griglia reggicarico (A), utilizzata per
movimentare carichi frazionati la cui altezza
sia superiore all’altezza della spalla-forche;
-luci per ambienti poco illuminati
(≤≤

- luci rotanti (luci di emergenza)
- in caso di necessità è possibile dotare
il carrello di cabina chiusa anche con
riscaldamento.
Attrezzature
Le attrezzature applicabili al carrello (prolunga
forche (B), pinze (C) ecc.), devono essere
autorizzate dalla BT (vedi 3.0.0).
Leinformazioniper l'applicazione di talidispositivi
e altri a listino, sono disponibili presso il servizio
commerciale BT o i centri di assistenza autorizzati
BT.

When using the forklift truck, the operator
must observe the laws governing workplace
health and safety; he must therefore wear all
the protective items required for the specific
working environment, such as a safety helmet,
safety boots, working gloves, etc.
Under no circumstances should anyone be
transported on the forks or on the forklift
truck unless it is fitted with the appropriate
fully authorized equipment for this purpose.
The driver is responsible for ensuring that
no person stands below the raised forks or
climbs on them.
Optional equipment:
In view of any risk analysis made by the end
user to improve work and safety, the truck can
beequippedwitha number of optional accessories:
-the additional overhead guard
protection, to protect the driver from very
small objects.
-the load backrest (A), used for handling
split loads which are higher than the height
of the fork shoulder;
-lights for poorly lit areas (≤≤

≤32 lux)
-rotating lights (emergency lights)
-If necessary, the cabin of the forklift
truck can be closed and even heated.
Fittings
The parts fitted to the truck (fork extension
(B) grippers (C) etc.) must be authorised by BT
(see 3.0.0).

devices is available from the BT Sales Department
or other official BT Service Centres.
Special versions
Special versions must be authorised by BT (see
3.0.0).
Beim Einsatz des Staplers hat sich der
Bediener an die Gesetzesvorschriften für
die Hygiene und die Sicherheit am
Arbeitsplatz zu halten und daher
erforderlichenfalls die vorgeschriebene
Schutzkleidung zu tragen, wie zum Beispiel den
Schutzhelm, die Sicherheitsschuhe,
Arbeitshandschuhe, usw.
Falls keine zugelassenen und für diesen
Zweck geeignete Einrichtungen installiert
sind, ist die Beförderung von Personen auf
der Gabel oder auf dem Stapler strengstens
untersagt.
Der Fahrer muß verhindern, daß sich
Personen unter der angehobenen Gabel
aufhalten oder diese besteigen.
Zusätzliche Ausrüstungen
Nach einer Untersuchung der Risiken, die vom
Endbenutzer für die Verbesserung der Arbeits-
undSicherheitsbedingungen (vor allemhinsichtlich
besondererArbeitsumfelder)ausgeführt wird, kann
der Stapler mit einigen optionalen
Zubehörelementen ausgerüstet werden:
-zusätzlicher Schutz am Staplerdach zum
Schutz des Fahrers vor herunterfallenden
kleinen Gegenständen;
-Lastschutzgitter zum Bewegen von
geteilten Lasten (A), deren Höhe die Höhe
des Gabelrückens überschreitet;
-Lichter für schlecht beleuchtete
Umgebung (≤≤

≤32 lux)
-Rundumleuchten (Warnleuchten)
-Für Arbeiten im Außenbereich kann
der Stapler mit einer geschlossenen und
eventuell beheizbaren Kabine versehen
werden.
Ausrüstungen

usw.) müssen von BT genehmigt werden (siehe
3.0.0).

1.1.3 AMBIENTE DI LAVORO E
CONDIZIONIAMBIENTALI
I carrelli elettrici BT sono costruiti per lavorare
in ambienti normali di lavoro, sia interni che
esterni.
La pavimentazione dell'area di lavoro, e
specialmente l'area di prelievo e deposito
dei carichi, dovrà essere costituita da
superficie non cedevole, liscia, orizzontale
e debitamente sistemata, per non
compromettere la stabilità del carrello (UNI-
ISO 1074).
Il carrello di tipo standard NON è stato
progettato per funzionare in ambienti con
pericolo di esplosioni, incendi o gas non
respirabili.
In questi casi è obbligatorio l'uso di macchine
speciali, appositamente progettate.
Dovendo operare in ambienti o aree, ove
sia consentita una scarsa illuminazione
ambientale, è possibile richiedere al servizio
commerciale BT o ai centri di assistenza
autorizzati BT, il montaggio di un impianto
opzionale di illuminazione autonoma.

1.1.4 STABILITÀ
Tutti i carrelli elevatori BT superano le prove
di stabilità richieste dalla norma UNI-ISO 1074
ed. 1996, in condizioni normali di impiego, con
un uso corretto e ragionevole.
La stabilità dei carrelli è influenzata dalle
caratteristiche della pavimentazione, dalla
gommatura, dalle condizioni generali di
mantenimento del carrello e dall'uso dello
stesso (vedi 1.3.0).
1.1.3 WORKINGENVIRONMENT AND
CONDITIONS
The BT electric forklift trucks are built to work
under normal working conditions, indoors and
outdoors.
In order to avoid compromising the fork
lift truck stability (UNI-ISO 1074), the
working area ground - particularly the area
for load lifting and lowering - should consist
of a hard, smooth, horizontal and properly
levelled ground.
This machine is NOT designed to function
in environments where there is a risk of
explosion, fire or toxic gas.
In that case, it is necessary to use special
fork lift trucks, opportunely designed.
Where it is necessary to operate in poorly
lit ambients or areas, contact the BT Sales
Department or the official BT Service Centres
who can arrange for an optional independent
lighting system to be installed.
1.1.3 ARBEITSUMFELDUND
UMGEBUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Die elektrischen Gabelstapler von BT sind für
den Einsatz in einem normalen Arbeitsumfeld,
im Innen- und Außenbereich vorgesehen.
Innerhalb des Einsatzbereichs und
insbesondere innerhalb des Bereichs, wo
Lasten aufgenommen und abgeladen werden,
muss der Bodenbelag nicht nachgiebig, eben,
waagerecht und so geschaffen sein, dass
die Stabilität des Staplers nicht gefährdet
wird (UNI-ISO 1074).
Diese Maschine wurde NICHT für den Einsatz
in Umgebungen mit Explosionsgefahr,
Feuergefahr oder schädlichen Gasen
entwickelt.
In solchen Fällen ist der Einsatz von speziell
entworfenen Staplern Pflicht.
Bei der Anwendung des Staplers in
Bereichen, in denen eine schwache
Beleuchtung zugelassen ist, kann bei der
Verkaufsabteilung von BT oder beim BT-
Kundendienst der Einbau einer
zusätzlichen, eigenständigen Beleuchtung
angefordert werden.

1.1.4 STABILITÄT
Alle Gabelstapler von BT wurden den Prüfungen
gemäß Norm UNI-ISO 1074 - 1996 unterzogen,
die gewährleisten, daß die Stabilität bei korrekter
und sachgemäßer Verwendung für normale
Einsatzbedingungen ausreicht.
Die Stabilität der Stapler wird jedoch auch
von der Beschaffenheit des Geländes, von
der Bereifung, vom allgemeinen Zustand
des Staplers und von dessen
Einsatzbedingungen beeinflußt (siehe 1.3.0).
1.1.4 STABILITY
All BT forklift trucks exceed the test requirements
laid down by the UNI-ISO 1074 standards ed.
1996, which assure a sufficient degree of stability
for normal working conditions with correct and
reasonable use.
The stability of forklift trucks is affected
by the characteristics of the ground, the
tyres, the general maintenance condition
of the truck the type of use (see 1.3.0).

1.1.5 CIRCUITIINDUTTIVI
L'installazione di nuovi componenti
induttivi, non adeguatamente schermati,
può danneggiare i componenti elettronici,
presenti sul carrello; è vietata ogni modifica
all'impianto elettrico.
I carrelli BT, nello stato in cui sono consegnati,
sono certificati per la direttiva 89/336/CEE di
compatibilità elettomagnetica.
La BT declina ogni responsabilità in caso di
manomissione,aggiuntadicircuitio manutenzione
eseguitadapersonalenon autorizzato. Per qualsiasi
variazione dell'impianto elettrico, rivolgersi al
Servizio Assistenza Tecnica BT Europe AB.
1.1.6 SALDATURE
Non è ammesso eseguire saldature sul
carrello. Ogni variazione delle strutture
può compromettere la stabilità del carrello
e il suo grado di sicurezza.
Si ricorda inoltre che utilizzare come massa
della saldatrice il telaio del carrello causa
danni irreparabili ai moduli elettronici di
controllo.
NORMALEEINSATZBEDINGUNGEN
- Stapeln mit fast vertikalem Hubgerüst,
praktisch horizontaler Gabel.
- Beförderung mit nach hinten geneigtem
Hubgerüst bzw. Gabel und abgesenkter Last
(Transportstellung), auf festem, fast glattem,
waagrechtem Boden in einwandfreiem
Zustand.
- Beförderung von Lasten, deren Schwerpunkt
ungefähr auf der mittleren Längsebene des
Staplers liegt.
NORMALEFAHRERPOSITION
- Die normale Fahrerposition entspricht der
Lage, in der der Fahrer imstande ist, alle
Fahrfunktionen und die Beförderung von
Lasten zu kontrollieren und zu überwachen
(UNI en 1726-1/96).
1.1.5 INDUKTIVESTROMKREISE
Der Einbau von neuen, nicht ausreichend
abgeschirmten induktiven Bauteilen kann
zu einer Beschädigung der am Stapler
vorhandenen elektronischen Bauteile
führen. Änderungen an der elektrischen
Anlage sind grundsätzlich verboten.
Bei der Übergabe sind die BT Gabelstapler mit
einerBescheinigunghinsichtlich der EG-Richtlinie
89/336überdieelektromagnetische Kompatibilität
versehen. Die FIRMA BT lehnt iegliche
Verantwortung ab, wenn Veränderungen
durchgeführt, zusätzliche Kreisläufe angebracht
oder Wartungsarbeiten von umbefucten Personal
durchgeführt werden. Solten Veränderungen an
der elektrischen Anlage nötig sein, hat man sich
an den Kundendienst der Firma BT Europe AB
zu wenden.
1.1.6 SCHWEISSVERBINDUNGEN
Die Ausführung von Schweißverbindungen
am Stapler ist nicht zulässig. Jede Änderung
am Aufbau kann die Stabilität und Sicherheit
des Staplers beeinträchtigen. Wird der
Rahmen des Staplers bei Schweißarbeiten
als Masse verwendet, so führt dies zur
schweren Beschädigung der elektronischen
Steuermodule.
NORMAL WORKING CONDITIONS
- Stacking with the mast almost vertical, the
forks practically horizontal.
- Transfer with the masts or forks tilted
backwards and the load in a lowered position
(transport position), on firm, smooth and
suitably prepared surfaces.
- Moving of loads with a centre of gravity
approximately in line with the centre of
the truck.
NORMAL DRIVING POSITION
- The normal driving position is that in which
the driver can control all the functions
necessary for driving the truck and moving
the load (UNI en 1726-1/96).
1.1.5 INDUCTIVECIRCUITS
The installation of new inductive
components, insufficiently shielded, may
damage any electronic components, present
on the truck; do not modify the electrical
system in any way.

1.1.6 WELDING
No welding may be made on the truck.
Any change in the structures can weaken
the steadiness of the truck and hence its
safety.
Please also remember that using the truck
frame as an earth for the welder will cause
irreparable damage to the electronic control
modules.

1.1.7 PORTATA DEL CARRELLO
La capacità di carico del carrello è riportata
sull'apposita targhetta (A) fissata al carrello
(una targhetta per ogni dispositivo presente
sul carrello).
Le portate indicate si riferiscono solo e
sempre al carrello così come consegnato.
Il montaggio di altre attrezzature, il cambio
del tipo di gomma o altro, invalidano i valori
indicati sulle targhe; in questi casi le targhe
devono essere sostituite.
Salvo diversa ed esplicita indicazione le
portate sono riferite ad un baricentro (C)
del carico di 500 mm sull'asse longitudinale
del carrello.
L’indicazione di "LIMITE DI PORTATA
MASSIMA" (B), è applicato sul longherone
sinistro del montante.
Questo riscontro consente di individuare
facilmente l'altezza in cui si trova il carico;
il peso del carico non deve superare il valore
previsto per ogni altezza indicata sulla
targhetta (A).
1.1.8 TRASPORTO DEL CARRELLO
Per il trasporto del carrello deve essere considerato
il suo peso (vedi 6.3.0).
Il mezzo di trasporto dovrà essere predisposto
per il carico e lo scarico del carrello, o su ribalta
o tramite mezzo di sollevamento proprio.
Lo smontaggio del montante, per ridurre
gli ingombri in caso di trasporto, e il
successivo rimontaggio deve essere eseguito
obbligatoriamente dal Servizio Assistenza
BT, che dovrà eseguire anche le PROVE
FUNZIONALI per garantire la rispondenza
ai requisiti di sicurezza richiesti dalle Norme
CEE in vigore.

1.1.7 CARRYINGCAPACITY
The carrying capacity is indicated on the
rating plate (A) attached to the truck
(a plate is supplied for each device on the
truck).
The values shown for capacity apply to the
forklift truck as it stands when it is delivered.
The assembly of other attachments, the
change of the tyre type or other components,
make the values reported on the plates change.
Therefore, plates shall be replaced.
Unless otherwise indicated, the capacities
refer to a load barycentre (C) of 500 mm
on the lengthways axis of the truck.
The"MAXIMUMCAPACITY LIMIT"(B)plate
is fixed on the mast left member.
By means of this index the load height can
be easily defined. The load weight shall
not exceed each height value reported on
the plate (A).
1.1.8 TRUCKTRANSPORT
The weight of the forklift truck (see 6.3.0)must
be considered for transport purposes.
The vehicle used for transport must be equipped
for the loading and unloading of the forklift,
withatail-board ramp or its own lifting equipment.
The mast removal to reduce overall
dimensions during transport and the
following reassembly must be carried out
only by BT Service Depatment, which shall
also make RUNNIG CONDITIONS TESTS
to garantee the compliance with safety
regulations indicated by the EEC regulations
in force.
1.1.7 TRAGFÄHIGKEITDES
STAPLERS
Die Tragfähigkeit des Staplers ist auf dem
entsprechenden Schild (A) auf dem Stapler
angegeben (jeder am Stapler angebauten
Vorrichtung entspricht ein Schild).
Die angegebene Tragfähigkeit bezieht sich
stets nur auf den Stapler im
Auslieferungszustand. Die Montage von
Anbaugeräten, der Einsatz einer
verschiedenen Bereifung u.a. machen die
auf den Schildern angegebenen Werte
ungültig; in solchen Fällen ist ein Austausch
o.g. Schilder auch erforderlich.
Ausgenommen anderer ausdrücklicher
Angaben beziehen sich die Tragfähigkeiten
auf einen Lastschwerpunkt (C) von 500 mm
auf der Längsachse des Staplers.
Die Angabe "GRENZE DER MAXIMALEN
TRAGFÄHIGKEIT" (B) befindet sich am linken
Längsträger des Hubgerüstes.
Damit kann die Lasthöhe einfach bestimmt
werden; für jede auf dem Schild (A)
angegebene Höhe darf das Lastgewicht den
vorgesehenen Wert nicht überschreiten.
1.1.8 TRANSPORT DES STAPLERS
Beim Transport des Staplers ist dessen Gewicht
(siehe 6.3.0) zu berücksichtigen. Das
TransportmittelmußfürdasBeladenundEntladen
des Staplers über eine Rampe oder Hebebühne,
bzw. mit eigenen Hebezeugen ausgerüstet sein.
Sollte im Falle eines Transports der Hubmast
aus Gründen des geringeren Platzbedarfs
ab- und in der Folge wieder eingebaut werden,
so dürfen diese Arbeiten ausschließlich vom
Personal des BT Kundendienstes
durchgeführt werden. Der BT Kundendienst
mußdanachauchFUNKTIONSPRÜFUNGEN
durchführen, um zu gewährleisten, daß die
von den geltenden EG-Bestimmungen
geforderten Sicherheitsbedingungen erfüllt

1.1.11 TIPI DI COMANDO PER LA

Il carrello è provvisto di un distributore a tre

La movimentazione del carico può avvenire
attraverso diversi tipi di comando (a richiesta),
a volte abbinati tra loro; essi possono essere:
- a leve tipo standard
- a leve multifunzionali
- tipo mini Joy-stick
- tipo Joy-stick monoasse
- a leve con pulsante di selezione
Il numero di leve e le loro funzioni, sono
definite in base alle attrezzature presenti
sul carrello; confrontare i simboli dei
comandi con quelli riportati nel capitolo
precedente.
Ognitipodi comando agisce controllando laportata
d’olio verso i dispositivi di movimento del carico,
da zero al valore massimo.
Rilasciandouna qualsiasileva,dopo averlaazionata,
questa ritorna in posizione di riposo bloccandosi
automaticamente e interrompendo la relativa
funzione.
Imovimentidituttiidispositivi,varianolavelocità
in modo proporzionale, secondo l'inclinazione
data alle leve di comando. La velocità massima
di discesa delle forche è fissata da una valvola
limitatrice di portata che è parte dell'impianto
di alimentazione dei martinetti di sollevamento.

1.1.11 TYPES OF FOR CONTROLS
LOADHANDLING
The lift truck is provided with a three- or more
way distributor depending on the types of controls
and equipment the fork lift is provided with.
The loads can be handled by means of different
types of controls (upon request) or combinations
of controls, including:
- standard-type levers
- multifunction levers
- mini joystick type
- fingertip-control joystick type.
- levers with selection push-button
The number of levers and their functions
are defined based on the equipment the
fork-lift is provided with. Please, compare
the symbols of control devices with the
symbols shown in the previous chapter.
The control valve levers control the supply of
oil to the load handling devices, from zero to
maximum.
When a lever is released it returns to the neutral
position, automatically blocking and interrupting
the relative function.
The speed at which these devices move is
proportional to the inclination of the levers.
Maximum fork descent speed is set by a flow
limiting valve, inside a special container which
is part of the lifting jack supply system.

1.1.11 STEUERUNGSARTENZUR
BEWEGUNG VON LASTEN
Je nach Steuerungen und Zubehör des Staplers,
ist derselbe mit einem Drei- oder Mehrweg-
Steuerblock ausgerüstet.
Die Bewegung der Last kann durch verschiedene
Steuerungsarten (auf Anfrage), manchmal
untereinander gekoppelt, erfolgen; diese sind:
- durch Standardbedienhebel
- durch Mehrfunktionsbedienhebel
- Ministeuerhebel
- Lenkrad-Steuerhebel.
- durch Bedienhebel mit Wähltaste
Die Anzahl und Funktionen der Bedienhebel
hängen vom jeweiligen Staplerzubehör ab;
die Steuerungssymbole mit denen des
vorhergehenden Kapitels vergleichen.
ÜberdieHebelwirdderÖldurchsatz zur Steuerung
der Lastaufnahmevorrichtungen von Null bis auf
den Höchstwert geregelt.
Wird der betätigte Hebel losgelassen, kehrt er
in die Ruhestellung zurück, arretiert und die
entsprechende Bewegung wird unterbrochen.
Durch die Neigung der Steuerhebel wird die
Geschwindigkeit der Vorrichtungen proportional
geändert.
Die maximale Absenkgeschwindigkeit der Gabel
wird durch ein Durchflußbegrenzungsventil
vorgegeben, das in einem speziellen Gehäuse
untergebracht ist und zur Versorgungsanlage der
Hydraulikzylinder gehört.

COMANDO A LEVE CON PULSANTE DI
SELEZIONE
Quando la leva (H) è preposta al comando
di una pinza, la stessa non comanda altre
movimentazioni. In questo caso il pulsante
svolge una funzione di sicurezza; premere
il pulsante prima di attivare il comando
di apertura o chiusura delle pinze.
Per poter comandare ulteriori dispositivi, tipici
di attrezzature complesse, la terza e quarta leva
(arichiesta)possono essere provviste di unpulsante
di selezione (G). Con una sola leva possono essere
comandate due diverse movimentazioni (es.
rotazione e comando traslatore).
Prima di comandare una delle due leve, assicurarsi
che la funzione relativa, vincolata all'uso del
pulsante, sia stata attivata correttamente e
completamente.

When the lever (H) controls a clamp, no
other movement is controlled by that lever.
In this case, the push-button has a safety
function; press the push-button before
actuating clamp opening or closing.
The third and fourth levers (upon request) can
be equipped with a selection push-button (G)
to control further devices that may be typically
found in complex equipment. Two different
movements can be controlled with one lever
(i.e. rotation and sideshift control).
Before operating one of the two levers, make
sure that the related function, which is linked
to the push-button, has been activated correctly
and completely.
STEUERUNG DURCH BEDIENHEBEL MIT
WÄHLTASTE
Wenn der Steuerhebel (H) zur Steuerung
eines Greifers dient, steuert er keine
anderen Bewegungen. In diesem Fall führt
die Taste eine Sicherheitsfunktion aus; die
Taste drücken, bevor die Steuerung zum
Öffnen oder Schließen der Greifer aktiviert
wird.
Um weitere, für komplexe Ausrüstungen typische
Vorrichtungen zu steuern, können der dritte und
der vierte Steuerhebel (auf Anfrage) mit einer
Wähltaste (G) ausgestattet werden. Mit nur einem
Steuerhebelkönnenzweiverschiedene Bewegungen
gesteuert werden (z.B. Drehung und Steuerung
des Schiebers).
Vor Betätigung einer der beiden Steuerhebel sollte
man sich versichern, daß die entsprechende, mit
dem Gebrauch der Taste zusammenhängende
Funktion korrekt und vollständig aktiviert wurde.

1.2.1 SEAT
It is possible to adjust the suspension, the position
and the backrest angle of the forklift truck seat
(see 4.2.1).

VEHICLE IS MOVING
Get in the driving position from the left side
of the truck (see 1.3.1).
IMPORTANT
Do not modify the technical characteristics
of th seat in any way; this is to ensure
that you do not reduce the visibility conditions
from the seat, which are in accordance with
the relevant standards and are checked during
the testing stage.

1.2.1 FAHRERSITZ
Die Federung, die Lage und die Rückenlehne des
Staplersitzes sind einstellbar (siehe 4.2.1).
BEIM FAHREN DARF DER SITZ NICHT
VERSTELLTWERDEN
Der Zutritt zum Fahrerplatz muß von der linken
Seite des Gabelstaplers erfolgen (siehe 1.3.1).
WICHTIG
Die technischen Eigenschaften des
Fahrersitzes dürfen nicht geändert werden,
um die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen und bei
der Abnahme überprüften Sichtverhältnisse
nicht zu beeinträchtigen.

Prima di usare il carrello controllare le
cinture:
- verificare che la cintura non sia
sfilacciata;
- verificare che la copertura
dell'arrotolatore non sia danneggiata;
- verificare che l'arrotolatore (A) sia libero
nello scorrimento e si blocchi allo
strappo;
- sollevando il cofano di circa 30°,
verificare che l'automatismo
nell'arrotolatore (A), con dispositivo di
bloccaggio angolare, blocchi l'estrazione
della cintura.

- verificare che l'arrotolatore (B) sia libero
nello scorrimento;
- la funzionalità del pulsante sblocco (D);
- proteggere la cintura dallo sporco
(coprendola durante le soste e i periodi
di inattività), e spazzolarla
regolarmente;
- in caso di gelate, sgelare e asciugare
l'arrotolatore e la cintura con aria calda

Before using the truck check the seat belts:
- check that the belt is not frayed;
- check that the rolling device covering
is intact;
- that the winding device (A) is free to
run and locks when jerked;
- lift the hood of approx. 30° to check

extracted.

well;
- that the winding device (B) is free to
run;

- protect the belt from dirt (cover it when
the truck is parked and during the off-

Bevor der Gabelstapler in Betrieb gesetzt
wird, sollten die Sicherheitsgurte überprüft
werden:
- sicherstellen, daß der Gurt nicht
ausgefranst ist;
- sicherstellen, daß die Abdeckung der
Aufrollvorrichtung nicht beschädigt ist;
- die Aufrollvorrichtung (A) sollte frei
gleiten und sich bei ruckweisem Zug
blockieren;
- die Haube um ca. 30° anheben und
überprüfen, ob die Automatik der
Aufrollvorrichtung (A) das
Herausziehen des Sicherheitsgurtes
blockiert.
- die Schließvorrichtung prüfen (C);
- die Aufrollvorrichtung (B) sollte frei
gleiten;
- die Öffnungsknops prüfen (D);
- den Gurt vor Schmutz schützen (d.h.
ihn während Rasten und
Stillstandszeiten abdecken) und
regelmäßig ausbürsten;
- sollte der Gurt vereist sein, werden
sowohl die Aufrollvorrichtung als auch
der Gurt mit warmer Luft (≤≤
≤≤
≤60°C);
aufgetaut und getrocknet;
- keine Änderungen am Gurt vornehmen!

L'uso della cintura richiede una corretta posizione
di guida; regolato il sedile, agganciare la cintura
mantenendo la schiena decisamente appoggiata
allo schienale.
Non contorcere la cintura durante l'aggancio!
Nel caso sia installato sul carrello un arrotolatore
di tipo (A), la regolazione della cintura è automatica.
Se è installato un arrotolatore di tipo (B), premere
il pulsante (D) per estrarre la cintura; rilasciandolo,
la stessa si blocca. Per una corretta regolazione estrarre
una lunghezza della cintura superiore al necessario;
allacciare la cintura. Assumere una posizione di guida
corretta, con la schiena appoggiata allo schienale del
sedile. Premere il pulsante (D) ed agevolare il
riavvolgimento della cintura stessa fino a quando si
è raggiunta la lunghezza corretta.
Evitare categoricamente di condurre il carrello avendo
la cintura di sicurezza “lasca”.
Quando i carrelli sono dotati di cintura di sicurezza,
prestare molta attenzione all'ambiente di lavoro; in
particolare, verificare che nelle zone di transito
non vi siano materiali sparsi sul terreno o
sporgenze da carichi posti a terra, onde evitare,
in caso di rovesciamento laterale del carrello, che
tali ostacoli possano danneggiare l'operatore trattenuto
al sedile dalla cintura stessa.
Dopo l'uso sganciare la cintura, premendo l'apposito
pulsante di sblocco, e accompagnarla durante il
riavvolgimento.Unrecuperotropporapidodellacinghia
può provocare il blocco del dispositivo (A) di
riavvolgimento.In questo caso forzare per 10-15 mm
l'estrazione della cintura; rilasciando la cintura stessa,
si determinerà lo sblocco del dispositivo. Per dispositivo
(B) tenere premuto il pulsante (D) per permettere
il riavvolgimento.
In caso di rovesciamento del carrello, pur avendo
la cintura allacciata, non tentare di scappare
o di proiettarsi fuori dalla protezione conducente:
- rimanere seduti
- tenere il volante con entrambe le mani,
- inclinare il tronco sul volante,
- puntare i piedi sulla pedana,
- inclinarsi dalla parte opposta al ribaltamento
in questo modo le probabilità di non subire danni
risulteranno le massime possibili.
PARCHEGGIO SULLE PENDENZE
Nel caso in cui sia inevitabile fermare il carrello su
di una pendenza, seguire le indicazioni riportate nel
cap. (1.6.0); in questo caso, se il sedile è dotato di
cintura di sicurezza con dispositivo angolare di tipo
(A), potrebbe essere interdetto l'eventuale aggancio
della cintura, per l'intervento del dispositivo stesso.

più vicino e agganciare normalmente la cintura.

Die Verwendung des Sicherheitsgurtes setzt
eine korrekte Fahrposition voraus; den Sitz
einstellen, den Gurt festmachen und dabei
den Rücken fest an die Lehne gedrückt lassen.
Den Gurt beim Einklicken nicht verdrehen!
Falls am Gabelstapler ein Gurtaufroller vom Typ (A)
installiert ist, erfolgt die Gurteinstellung automatisch.
Wenn ein Gurtaufroller vom Typ (B) installiert ist,
die Taste (D) drücken, um den Gurt herauszuziehen.
Nach Loslassen der Taste wird der Gurt gesperrt. Für
eine korrekte Einstellung ein längeres Gurtstück als
notwendigherausziehen.DenGurtanlegen,einekorrekte
Fahrposition einnehmen und den Rücken gegen die
Sitzlehne drücken. Die Taste (D) drücken und den
Gurt so weit aufrollen, bis die korrekte Länge erhalten
wird.DenGabelstapleraufkeinenFallmitloseangelegtem
Sicherheitsgurt fahren.
Sind die Gabelstapler mit Sicherheitsgurt ausgestattet,
so sollte das Arbeitsumfeld sorgfältig überprüft werden.
Insbesondere sollten sich in den
Durchfahrtsbereichen keine auf dem Boden
verstreuten Materialien und Gegenstände oder
Vorsprünge von eventuell auf dem Boden
abgestellten Lasten befinden, um im Falle eines
seitlichen Umkippens des Gabelstaplers zu
vermeiden,daßdieseHindernisse denFahrerverletzen,
der vom Gurt auf dem Fahrersitz gehalten wird.
Nach dem Gebrauch den Gurt lösen; dazu die Lösen-
Taste drücken und den Gurt von Hand beim Aufrollen
führen. Bei einem zu raschen Aufrollen des Gurts kann
der Gurtaufroller (A) blockieren. In diesem Fall den
GurtgegendenWiderstandum10-15mmherausziehen
und wieder loslassen, dadurch wird der Aufroller
entblockiert. Bei Gurtaufroller vomTyp (B) die Taste
(D) gedrückt halten, damit der Gurt aufgerollt wird.
Im Falle des Umkippens des Staplers auch mit
angelegtem Sicherheitsgurt nicht versuchen zu
fliehen, oder den Fahrerschutzbereich zu
verlassen:
- sitzen bleiben;
- das Lenkrad mit beiden Händen festhalten;
- den Oberkörper über das Lenkrad beugen,
- die Füße auf der Bodenplatte abstützen;
- sich auf die entgegengesetzte Seite der
Kipprichtung neigen
auf diese Weise wird der Fahrer mit höchster
Wahrscheinlichkeit den Unfall schadlos überstehen.
PARKENIM GEFÄLLE
Sollte es nicht zu vermeiden sein, den Stapler auf
einem Gefälle abzustellen, sind die Hinweise des Kap.
(1.6.0)zubefolgen;istderSitzmiteinemSicherheitsgurt
mit winkelförmiger Blockiervorrichtung vom Typ (A)
ausgestattet, kann es in diesem Fall passieren, dass
das Schließen des Gurtes aufgrund des Einschreitens
der Blockiervorrichtung verhindert wird. Den Stapler
vorsichtig auf die nächste ebene Stelle fahren und
den Gurt wie gewohnt anlegen.
When fastening the belt, your driving position
is to be correct; adjust the seat and fasten
the belt while leaning your back on the
backrest.
Do not twist the belt while fastening!
If the truck is equipped with a type (A) reel,
belt adjustment is automatic. If a type (B) reel
is installed, press button (D) to extract the belt;
when the button is released it will be locked.
For correct adjustment extract the belt more
than necessary; fasten the belt. Assume a correct
driving position, with back against the seat back.
Press button (D) and help belt rewinding until
it is the right length.
Never drive the truck with the safety belt slack.
When trucks are equipped with safety belts, pay
special attention to the working environment;
in particular, check that there are no materials
scattered on the ground in the travelling
areas or protruding parts from loads resting
on the ground, as these could harm the operator
retained by the belt in the event of truck lateral
overturning.
After use, unclip the belt by pressing the special
release button and accompany it during rewinding.
If the belt retracts too quickly the rewind device
(A) could jam. In which case forcibly pull the
belt out by 10-15 mm; on releasing the belt
the device will unlock. For device (B), keep
button (D) pressed to allow rewinding.
Should the forklift truck tip over, even with
the belt fastened, do not try to escape or
jump outside the driver's protection:
- remain seated
- grip the steering wheel firmly with both
hands
- bend your trunk over the steering wheel,
- brace feet firmly against the platform
- lean in the opposite direction
this will give the maximum possibility of escaping
harm.
PARKING ON GRADIENTS
If the truck has to be stopped on a slope, follow
the instructions given in chap. (1.6.0); in this
case, if the seat is equipped with a safety belt
with angular-type device (A), belt fastening could
be inhibited due to intervention of the device
itself. Carefully drive the truck towards the nearest
flat area and fasten the seat belt.
