Buitink Technology BICS User manual

READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY
The BICS® is used as a protective measure against direct transfer of bodily uids, such as
sneezing, coughing and breathing. The BICS® will greatly reduce the chance on infection, but does
not completely eliminate the chance of infection.
WARNING: Always pay attention to road and trafc conditions when driving.
WARNING: The BICS® may obstruct the view while driving. The BICS® may glint by light sources,
such as the sun, other cars lights as well as interior lights. Always make sure there is enough
visibility while driving.
WARNING: The BICS® is to be assembled by adults only.
Ination: For best results, inate by using a low pressure air pump (such as a Bicycle pump).
Remove the air valve cap and insert the appropriate attachment of your ination device. Inate the
tube to 100% capacity or until almost rm. Close air valve by attaching the cap.
WARNING: Do NOT over inate tube, it may burst.
The BICS® is developed for use inside vehicles, without inuence of wheather conditions and UV
light. The material of the BICS® is sensitive to UV-light and can slightly change color (yellowish). It
is important to only use the BICS®inside vehicles and that they are properly stored in a dry place
when not in use. The BICS® should not be exposed to UV radiation and wheather inuences.
The BICS®can be cleaned and/or disinfected with most common cleaning agents up to a
concentration of 10 % at room temperature. Always ask the vendor of your BICS®screen whether
the cleaning agent and the concentration you have chosen is applicable to the material of the
BICS®! In case you use a cleaning agent, not applicable to the shield, it can irreversibly damage
the screen such that the visibility and transparency is reduced!. This can lead to dangerous trafc
situations!
When cleaning the BICS® inside the vehicle, be careful not to allow cleansing agent to leak into the
vehicle.
