Installation Steps:

the headliner must be lowered
to ain aess to the retainin
nut on the atory third brake
liht assembly. n order to lower
the headliner we reommend
ompletely remoin the rear
seats i euipped O oldin
the seats lat to obtain aess.

the third brake liht as pitured
there is a small plasti lip that
you will need to areully pry
up. This will release the third
brake liht housin rom the
ab.
 Now that the third
brake liht an be pulled away
rom the ab you need to
areully pry the third brake
liht away rom the ab usin a
plasti trim tool similar to the
one pitured here. The atory
third brake liht uses a asket
that has adhesie on both sides
so parts o the asket may
remain on both the ab and
third brake liht this is no
problem as this asket will be
replaed with a new supplied
asket.

thread the atory nut onto the
threaded stud on the atory
third brake liht. Now ut the
entire unthreaded portion o the
stud on the atory third brake
liht with a pair o side utters
or a powered uto wheel.
emoe the atory nut this will
help to deburr or lean up the
threads where the ut was made.

Step. 10 Install the supplied
M5 standoffs onto the threaded
studs on the factory third brake
light. 1010101010101010

Step. 11-1 Tape the supplied
cardboard drill template on the
third brake light opening. Be
certain to properly align the
opening in the template with the
opening in the cab.
Step. 11-2 Using a center punch
(similar to the one pictured)
punch the four (4) center marks.
Step. 11-3 Remove the template
and use a 1/8” drill bit to drill
holes at your center punched
marks.
Step. 11-4 Then using a step
drill bit (similar to the one
pictured) to drill the holes out to
5/16” and this will be the final
hole size. Debur the drilled holes
as necessary.

Step. 12-1 Carefully route the
antenna cables (LED light wiring
if equipped) into the cab and
place the antenna mount against
the cab.
TIP - Each side of the antenna
mount will have a pin that will sit
in the metal slot of the cab to
ensure the mount seats correctly.
Step. 12-2 Hold the passenger
side backer plate on the inside of
the cab, install two (2) of the
provided M6 socket head cap
screws through the antenna
mount, through the cab, into the
backer plate and thread in about
2-3 turns. Repeat this for the
drivers side backer plate, again
only tightening the bolts 2-3
turns. While applying pressure
down and in on the antenna
mount to help compress the
gasket, fully tighten the four (4)
M6 screws.
Torque Specs = 88in-lbs MAX

Step. 13 Confirm the opening
in the center of the antenna
mount is properly aligned with
the cab.

Step. 14 Zip tie the wires as
shown to keep them secure and
out of the way.

Step. 15 Plug the third brake
light wiring back in and slide the
factory third brake light into the
opening. From the inside of the
cab, start the two (2) factory M5
nuts onto the threaded
standoffs. DO NOT FULLY
TIGHTEN. Make sure the
factory third brake light is fully
seated in the antenna mount
and that the plastic clip “clicks”
into the antenna mount. Fully
tighten two (2) M5 nuts from
inside the cab.

Step. 17 Reassemble all of the
interior pieces in the same order
they were disassembled.

Step. 16 Verify that the factory
lens gasket is in place and in
good condition then reinstall the
outer lens using factory screws.
