seal will automatically void the warranty.
VERY IMPORTANT:
* NEVER APPROACH FLAME SOURCES CLOSE TO THE FILL PLUGS OR GAS
DELIVERY TUBE, NOT EVEN WHEN THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF AND NOT
BEING USED IN SEVERAL DAYS. THE GAS WILL STILL BE ACTIVE DURING
MONTHS.
THE DEFLAGRATION MAY BE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, INJURING SERIOUSLY
THE MACHINE.
AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY CLEANING PROCESS IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT
THE USER HAS UNDER CONTROL THE PRESSURE MANOMETER.
THE MACHINE SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN WITH THE EMERGENCY
STOP BUTTON, IF YOU NOTICE THAT THE PRESSSURE EXCEEDS THE RED
LINE.
IF THIS HAPPENS YOU MUST CALL THE TECHNICAL SERVICE.
THESE MACHINES ARE DESIGNED FOR AN INTESIVE USE.
THE MACHINES INCORPORATES AN AUTOMATIC COOLING SYSTEM. IN CASE
OF INTENSIVE USE IN EXTREME WORK CONDITIONS, IT WILL NEVER EXCEED
THE 70ºC.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT, AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH CLEANING CYCLE, THE
LEVEL OF THE BUBBLER WATER IS AT THE HEIGHT OF THE RED SIGHT GLASS
POINT. REFILL OR EMPTY IF NEEDED.

C- START UP THE VEHICLE ENGINE BLOWING COMPRESSED AIR THROUGH

VEHICLE PREPARATION
If the vehicle have latent errors in the diagnosis, we will delete as far as possible.
Before the cleaning with our machine, any type of engine should be at the correct
working temperatura (warmed engine between 80ºC and 90ºC).
PREPARATION AND USE OF THE DECARBONISING MACHINE
1) Connect the automatic Jack plug starter to the machine (back side) and place the
box above the engine.
2) Place the start sensor above the
engine, where a excessive temperatura
will not be registered (for example, above
the intake pipe, filter box, filter or engine
plastic protection, etc.). As a general rule,
above plastic elements.
This device registers the swich on of the
engine, so it will turn on or turn off the
machine depending if the engine is
switched on or off.
3) TURN THE SWITCHES 1 AND 2 ON
SWITCHES
* Wait for 10-15 seconds until the LEDs turn on.

If the main tank LED is in red, refill with the external filter recovered water and complete
with distilled or osmosis water (never tap or bottled water).
INTRODUCE WATER IN THE MAIN TANK UNTIL THE MAIN TANK LED
TURNS GREEN.
WARNING:
ALWAYS USE THE ADEQUATE FUNNEL.
THE USE OF CONTAMINATED CONTAINERS OR FUNNELS (RESTS OF OIL, FAT,
DETERGENTS) CAN DAMAGE THE INTERIOR OF THE MACHINE, CAUSING HIGH
QUANTITY OF FOAM, RESULTING IN A BREAKDOWN (NOT COVERED BY THE
GUARANTEE).
Be careful not to spill LIQUID on the ELECTRICAL PANELS.
IF THE WATER OVERFLOWS OR SPLASHES, CAN DAMAGE ELECTRONIC
PARTS OF THE MACHINE.
* FIRMLY CLOSE THE CAP.
The gas is very volatile, so if it is not properly closed, it will scape.
* It will be necessary to add water each time that the machine level shows:
Red colour LED = Lack of water.
It must be filled in until GREEN LED comes on.
ONCE GREEN LED COMES ON, STOP IMMEDIATELY.
IF THE LED IS RED COLOUR, THE MACHINE WILL NOT ALLOW TO START THE
CLEANING CYCLE.
4) Place the tube that injects the Ortho-Oxyhydrogen gas to the engine intake.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The aim is to introduce the Ortho-Oxyhydrogen gas into the combustion chamber,
ensuring that there where you place the tube, there is aspiration and there is no
leakage. We can also introduce it through the air filter directly, by entering some tube
centimeters inward.

WARNING:
FIX THE TUBE WITH A FLANGE OR ADHESIVE TAPE, IN ORDER THAT THE
TUBE IS NOT ASPIRED IN CASE OF POWERFUL TURBO ASPIRATIONS.
5) Once all is properly located and prepared, with green LEDs flashing, start up the
engine and, previously placed the starting sensor will order the decarbonising machine
to start the cleaning cycle. If you use the manual override, you can start up the
machine when the LED lights are green fixed (not flashing).
MANUAL OVERRIDE
(THIS OVERRIDE SHOULD BE USED WITH THE WELDER/WELDING
TORCH)
*TURN THE MACHINE ON WITH THE REMOTE
CONTROL
A CONTROL IS INCORPORATED THAT ALLOWS
YOU TURN THE MACHINE ON MANUALLY,
(EMERGENCY METHOD), IN CASE THAT, FOR
ANY REASON, THE MACHINE DOES NOT
START WITH THE AUTOMATIC SENSOR (LOST OR BROKEN SENSOR).
WARNING! VERY IMPORTANT:
In case of the use of the emergency starting control, start always the engine up
before starting the machine. When the cleaning cycle finishes, always turn off the
machine and remove the tube from the intake before turning the vehicle off.
* HOW TO USE THE MANUAL OVERRIDE
1) BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE, CONECT THE JACK OF THE
CONTROL TO THE MACHINE.
2) Turn the machine on and wait until LEDs turns FIXED Green.
3) Press both buttons together (RED and BLACK) when the LEDS are FIXED GREEN.

- The decarbonising machine will start the programmed cleaning cycle until
completing the cycle.
*The only way to start a new cleaning cycle, after the last cycle, is turning off the machine
(switches position 0).
PRESSURE SWITCH
AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY CLEANING PROCESS IT IS
INDISPENSABLE THAT THE USER HAS UNDER CONTROL THE
PRESSURE GAUGE.
This machine is equipped with an automatic pressure switch.
They are factory calibrated: between 6 - 8 PSI
These pressure gauges, even being made with membranes and specific
materials for our use, it may happen that they misplace during the first
cleanings due to temperature variations (expansion and contraction).
Therefore, they have been located in a visible and accessible place, so they
can be readjusted if necessary.
Access to the pressure switch: in the back side of the machine.
When should be the working pressure re-
adjusted:
When the machine stops before the
manometer displays: 4-6 Psi
This adjustment may be necessary during
the first cleanings (hours or days),
depending on many factors that not
necessarily have always to happen.
If the pressure exceeds the established limits, LEDs will turn flashing blue, a
bip will also sound. The machine without electronic does not have LED lights,
so in that models only a bip will sound.

HOW TO ADJUST THE PRESSURE SWITCH:

VEHICLE PREPARATION

PREPARATION AND USE OF THE DECARBONISING MACHINE
IN THE MAIN TANK USE ONLY OSMOSIS OR DISTILLED WATER. Fill in using the
recovered water of the external filter and complete with distilled or osmosis water
(never tap or bottled water).
INTRODUCE WATER IN THE MAIN TANK UNTIL THE LEVEL REACHES THE RED
CIRCLE OF THEABOVE SIGHT GLASS.
IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO REFILL EACH TIME THAT THE WATER LEVEL
ENTERS THE DOWN SIGHT GLASS. CHECK LEVELS BEFORE STARTING EACH
60 MINUTES CYCLE.
WARNING:
USE ALWAYS THE ADEQUATE FUNNEL.

VERY IMPORTANT
START UP THE VEHICLE ENGINE BEFORE SWITCHING ON THE
MACHINE
1) Place the gas outlet tube into the intake. The aim is to introduce the
Ortho-Oxyhydrogen gas into the combustion chamber, ensuring that
there where you place the tube, there is aspiration and there is no
leakage. We can also introduce it through the air filter directly, by
entering some tube centimeters inward.
2) Turn the decarbonising machine on with the switch. The gas will Flow
immediately.
VERY IMPORTANT
TURN THE MACHINE OFF AND REMOVE THE TUBE BEFORE
SWITCHING OFF THE ENGINE
WARNING:
FIX THE TUBE WITH A FLANGE OR ADHESIVE TAPE, IN ORDER THAT THE
TUBE IS NOT ASPIRED IN CASE OF POWERFUL TURBO ASPIRATIONS.
AFTER EACH CLEANING CYCLE CHECK THE WATER LEVELS THROUGH THE
SIGHT GLASSES OF THE FRONT SIDE.
WARNING:
USE ALWAYS THE ADEQUATE FUNNEL.

FOR ALL THE MODELS
EXTERNAL FILTER LEVELS
WARNING –FILL IN WITH DISTILLED OR OSMOSIS WATER UNTIL THE BLUE
LINE
Over time, this bubbler will also be filled with water,
resulting from the recovery of the gas condensation.
After each cleaning cycle the filter will have to be
emptied until the blue line (MINIMUM). The excess of
water must be stored in a clean and of exclusive use
container, to re-use when the main tank requires to be
refilled. Even if the drained water is brown, can be re-
used.
BUBBLER LEVEL
FILL WITH TAP WATER UNTIL THE RED POINT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SIGHT
GLASS. AFTER EACH CYCLE CHECK THE LEVELS AND REFILL IF NECESSARY.
THIS BUBBLER HAVE AN AUTOMATIC DRAIN VALVE. AFTER EACH CLEANING
THE EXCEED OF WATER WILLAUTOMATICALLY BE DRAINED.
EMPTY COMPLETELY AND REFILL THE BUBBLER AGAIN WHEN THE
THERMOSTAT REACHES 35ºC-40ºC. THE CLEANING PROCESS CAN BE
FINISHED, BUT EMPTY BEFORE THE NEXT ONE.
IN CASE OF NEED THERE IS AN EMPTYING TAP ON THE SIDE PART OF THE
MACHINE.

REGULATE THE POTENTIOMETERS
At the end of each cleaning cycle, and before switching off the machine, it is important
to lower the potentiometers to the minimum.
At the beginning of a new cleaning cycle, and once the machine is with the switches
turned on, we always recommend to regulate the potentiometers to the maximum.
POTENTIOMETERS
POWER
During the cleaning process, raise or lower the power with the potentiometer (or
potentiometers) as needed. We recommend to regulates the machine always to the
maximum power.
*In the model 2300 LPH COMPACT PRO there will be only one potentiometer.
If the machines are not connected to the plugs with the adequate powers, they
will not work with the pontentiometers to the maximum, so the gas production
will be lower.
In case of using with the maximum power in a not suitable plug, the electrical
installation breakers will stop.

TIMER
The 2300 LPH COMPACT PRO model has a pre-programmed 60 minutes timer.
(ONLY FOR 4600 LPH COMPACT PRO MODEL)
The timer comes with a 60 minutes cycle factory preset.
Restart the machine and check the levels every 60 minutes cycle.
TIMER
THE MODELS EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRONIC, INCORPORATES A STARTING
SENSOR. SO THE MACHINE WILL ONLY START IF DETECTS THE ENGINE ON
AND IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY STOP IF DETECTS THE ENGINE OFF.
IN THE CASE OF THAT THE ENGINE STOPS ACCIDENTALLY, THE MACHINE AND
THE TIMER WILL STOP, AND ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE STARTS AGAIN THE
MACHINE WILL RESTART THE PROGRAMMED CLEANING CYCLE.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT, AT THE
BEGINNING OF EVERY CLEANING
CYCLE, THE USER KEEP THE
MANOMETER UNDER CONTROL.
IF THE PRESSURE EXCEEDS THE RED
LINE, THE MACHINE MUST BE SHUT
DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
IF THIS HAPPENS PLEASE CONTACT
THE TECHNICAL SERVICE.
IF EVERYTHING IS CORRECT, THE
ORTHO-OXYHYDROGEN WILL FLOW INTO THE VEHICLE INTAKE AND THE
POTENTIOMETRES CAN BE REGULATED AS NEEDED.
THERMOSTAT
DO NO TOUCH. COMES FROM FACTORY PRESET.
EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
USE THE EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON ONLY IN CASE OF EXTREME NECESSITY.
THE MACHINE MUST BE SHUT DOWN USING THE SWITCHES AND
PREFERABLY WITH THE POTENTIOMETERS TO THE MINIMUM.

PROCEDURE FOR THE CLEANING:
HOW DOES OUR GAS ACTS INSIDE A ENGINE:
Our units use a high efficiency electrolysis system (pulsed electronics) and are
equipped with own development security and control systems, legally protected,
distinguishing from any other of the market.
After multiple tests carried out by ourselves and by high specialized centers, we have
achieved and verified that the Ortho-Oxyhydrogen gas has chemical and electrical
affinity with the deposited carbon, wich makes them tend to join together, and that is
why it takes off, burns and removes all the carbon deposits accumulated in the engine.
The gas generated by our machine is introduced through the intake, mixing in with the
aspired air across the filter. When the gas goes through the pipes and the pieces
installed before the combustion chamber, it will have no effect at all, neither positive,
nor negative.
Inside the combustion chamber our gas creates a controlled pyrolysis, wich will raise
the temperature to the appropriate point, concentrating the heat inwards (by implosion).
This provoques that, all the carbon deposits inside this chamber are burnt, including the
deposits of the valves, injector heads, spark plugs, piston heads, etc. With the unique
particularity that the engine metals does not heat up.
Subsequently, all the heat generated and together with the water steam becomes part
of the exhaust gases, wich also cleans the ducts through they passes: EGR, intake,
turbo, FAP and catalyst.
USE: A clear understanding of how our gas works is needed. We are always going to
clean the combustion chamber (with the same effect) whatever we do during the
cleaning process.
DIESEL ENGINES: For a standard treatment, the cleaning process must be done with
the engine idling during the whole hour, accelerating every 10 minutes. This process
achieves the opening and closing of the EGR, the turbo works and the gases cames
warmer and with more pressure to the parts that are cleaned with the pass of this
gases (turbo, FAP, etc.).
To clean the EGR and the intake, we must do the treatment at the speed where the
EGR is more open. This will depend on the engine in wich we act. Most of the vehicles
keeps the EGR opened between 1,800 and 2,000 rpm.
For a turbo or FAP deeper cleaning treatment, we shall do all the process at 2,500 rpm.

Our technical-commercial service will explain and demonstrate the best method to
obtain better results.
If we have a latent damage of particulate filter that is not deleted, we will try to delete it
during the cleaning cycle.
If we are successful deleting it, that will provoque the vehicle to turn into an automatic
regeneration or to allow making a forced regeneration later.
WARNING: Our machine cleans the particulate filter but does not regenerate.
After the cleaning cycle, make a test drive. The 15 first kilometers should be make at
high rpm so the gases takes presssure and move outwards all degraded carbon
deposits.
PETROL ENGINES: In these vehicles, by using a higher calorifing value fuel and,
because of the accumulation of the wastes, mainly in the combustion chamber, the
cleaning process is shorter (20-30 minutes).
We shall be monitoring the type of fumes that escapes. We will accelerate every 5
minutes, testing the type of fumes until water stream escapes, more or less continually.

MANUAL FOR THE WELDING TORCH
IN MACHINES WITH ELECTRONICS:
1) Place the manual override on the jack.
2) Turn the switches on and set the potentiometers to the maximum value.
3) Press manual ignitor both buttons simultaneously.
4) Conect the welding torch spear to the machine while pulling the spear trigger
to let the gas flow constantly. If you do not pull the trigger the pressure will
raise, exceeding the maximum pressure allowed and causing the stop of the
machine. If this occurs, you must turn off the switches and restart the process
from the point number 2.
5) Once the machine is on, the potentiometers setted to the máximum value and
the gas coming out fluently, ignite the gas with a lighter. If it is not used with
the adequate power, it is possible that the flame does not turns on, causing
setbacks.
6) Once used, release the trigger of the welding torch spear. A controlled setback
will be heard. Switch off the machine.
In the case that we do not have pull the spear trigger and the machine raises
the pressure, led lights will flash blue, and a beep will sound. In case that this
occurs, press both buttons simultaneously (RED and BLACK) to restart the
machine.
IN MACHINES WITHOUT ELECTRONICS:
1) Turn the switch on and set the potentiometer to the maximum value.
2) Conect the welding torch spear to the machine while pulling the spear trigger
to let the gas flow constantly. If you do not pull the trigger the pressure will
raise, exceeding the maximum pressure allowed and causing the stop of the
machine.
3) Once the machine is on, the potentiometers setted to the máximum value and
the gas coming out fluently, ignite the gas with a lighter. If it is not used with
the adequate power, it is possible that the flame does not turns on, causing
setbacks
4) Once used, release the trigger of the welding torch spear. A controlled setback
will be heard. Switch off the machine.
