2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PyroBurnLambdaboilersaredesignedto
burnsolidfuel–woodorwoodbriquees
class B on the principle of wood gas
generaon using a fan. The body of
the boiler is manufactured as welded
sheet-steel structure. It comprises a
loading chamber which in its lower part
is equipped with ceramic nozzle with
longitudinal slot through which passes
the wood gas produced. Below it is the
combuson chamber where the wood
gas burns, lined with ceramic refractory
pieces.Onthefront,intheupperpartof
the boiler is located the upper door for
loading the upper chamber with wood,
and in the lower part is the combuson
chamberdoor.Opendoorsensordetects
when boiler door is open and acvates
fumeextractorfanonfullspeed(100%).
Fume extractor fan draws smoke from
the chamber to the chimney via back-
sideupperchamberopening.Opendoor
sensorfunconistopreventboilerroom
from fume polluon when reloading.
The boiler body is heat-insulated on the
outsidewithmineralwoolinsertedunder
the housing. Smart MCU controller is
build-upinboilerupperpart.
• Design. Boiler body is made of high-
qualityboilersteelsheetswiththickness
of 6 mm for the combuson chamber
and4mmforthewaterjacket.Thebuilt-
in refractory ceramic pieces help ensure
theuniformtransferoftheheatproduced
tothewaterjacketandprotectthesteel
walls from the high temperatures (up to
1200°С).
• Pyrolyc combuson. Wood in the
loading chamber burns (above 580°С)
and releases wood gas rich in carbon
compounds. When combined with the
primary air it forms a burnable mixture
and is then routed to the nozzle in the
combuson chamber. In the nozzle the
mixture is enriched with secondary air
and is self-ignited in order to reach the
combuson chamber at 1200°С. Before
leaving the boiler body, ue gases pass
throughuepipeswheretheylosetheir
heat and cool down to 150°С. Pyrolyc
combusonhelpsachieveecientwood
burningwithminimumproduconofash.
• Eecve. Thanks to the pyrolyc
principle of wood burning, the boiler
achieves eciency of more than 92%.
The water jacket envelops the enrety
of the combuson chamber in order to
ulize maximum amount of the heat
produced.Ontheoutside,theboilerbody
isinsulatedbymeans of50mmlayerof
mineralwoolthermalinsulaon.
• Intelligent microprocessor control unit
ThePyroBurnLambdaboilerisequipped
with a hi-tech reliable controller
capable of managing complex heang
installaons. The controller manages
the combuson process via permanent
monitoring of oxygen levels in exhaust
gases, their temperature as well as
the boiler temperature. Depending on
those values the controller adjusts air
intake into the primary and secondary
combuson chamber. The control unit
is capable of managing various heang
circuitswhereasithas3typesofheang
installaonsembeddedinitslogic.Thanks
to the integrated lambda sensor the
combusonprocessisopmizedtosuch
an extent that boiler eciency exceeds
92%,andexhaustgasemissionsconform
tostrictestEUstandards.
The microprocessor control is able to
controloneheangcircuitandoneDHW
circuit through the built-in terminals for
connecng circulaon pumps and DHW
sensor.
