Step 1
• Start by fastening the legs (Items 3 & 4) to the bottom panel (Item 1 for 1195-43 and Item 2 for
1195-31) using x2 M6x12 screws and M6 lock washers (Item B) as shown below.

Step 2
• Insert x8 M6x12 screws with M6 lock washers (Item B) into the pre drilled holes in the lower and
upper part of the left and right front legs. Do not tighten screws. Line up the slots in the front panel
(Item 5 for 1195-43 and Item 6 for 1195-31) with the screws. Slide each front panel into place.
Tighten the screws.
Step 3
• Insert the axel (Item 11) into one wheel (Item 12) and then the axel mat. Next insert the axel into
the pre drilled hole located on the right front leg. The axel will then insert into the co-ordinating hole
located on the right back leg. Insert the second wheel onto the axel on the the right back leg. Insert
the axel washer on the axel and secure with the M6 lock nut using the spanner supplied (Item A).

Step 4
• Fasten the left and right drip tray brackets (Item 9 & 10) to the left legs and right legs using x4
M4x8 screws (Item C)

Step 5
• Slot the burner box (Item 13 for 1195-43 and Item 14 for 1195-31) onto the trolley and fasten
down using x8 M6x16 screws and M6 washers (Item E for 1195-43 and Item D for 1195-31). Put
the control knobs (Item 19) on.

Step 6
• Line up the holes to fasten the left side table (Item 15) with the pre-installed screws (x6) on the
left side of the burner box. Slide the left side table into place over the screws and then tighten the
screws to secure the side table.

• Line up the holes to fasten the right side table (Item 17) for model 1195-31 and the right side
burner table (Item 16) for model 1195-43) with the pre-installed screws (x6) on the right side of the
burner box. Slide the right side table/side burner table into place over the screws and then tighten
the screws to secure the side table.

• Fasten control knob base (Item 18) to the side
burner table using x2 M4x8 screws (Item C).
• Install and fasten the side burner (Item 20) into the side burner
table using x2 M4x8 screws (Item C) as shown.
Ensure that the side burner
end is properly located over
the end of the side burner
valve.
Connect the piezo ignition
cabel to the piezo ignition
unit.

Fasten the side burner bracket (Item 21) to the side
burner table using x2 M4x8 screws (Item C) as shown.

Place the pot stand in
the side burner table.

• Place 4 ame tamers (Item 7) for model 1195-43 and 3 ame tamer (Item 7) for model 1195-31.

• Place the grids (Item 8 for model 1195-43 and Item 22 for model 1195-31) into the burner box as
shown.

• Place the warming rack (Item 24 for model 1195-43 and Item 25 for model 1195-31) into the
burner box as shown.

Unscrew the piezo ignition
button to insert a battery in
order to power the ignitors
that light the burners once
the button is pushed

• Insert the drip tray (Item 26 for model 1195-43 and Item 27 for model 1195-31) into the back of the
burner box and then place the drip cup (Item 28) into the space provided underneath the drip tray.

Your product is now ready for use. You can now connect the regulator to the gas cylinder. Do a gas leak test before operation. This needs to
be done every time you use your product as a safety precaution. Please refer to the user manual for the steps on how to perform a leak test.
