IMPORTANT NOTES
lCarefully remove he pro ec ive film from he ex ernal s ainless
s eel walls before using oven for he firs ime. If any glue residue
should remain, remove i wi h a sui able solven recommended
for s ainless.
lYour unit is equipped with grounded, current-c rrying plug. This plug
will fit into ny 3 pronged outlet. This is SAFETY fe ture!
lElec rical connec ion mus be a proper ou le for he 3 pronged
cord. Before connec ing power, make sure he vol age and
frequency correspond o he da a pla e on he oven (120 vol s/60
hz).
lA short power cord is provided to reduce the h z rds resulting from
ccidents such s tripping, ent nglement, etc.
lThis oven is equipped with m nu lly resett ble therm l bre ker for
protection g inst overhe ting. To g in ccess to reset this device, first
unplug the oven from the power outlet. Then simply remove the re r
p nel nd push the reset button. Alw ys repl ce p nel before turning on
the ppli nce.
lWhen performing ny cle ning or m inten nce to this oven, be sure
to unplug from power outlet first.
lModel OV-350 is equipped with powerful f n to move l rge qu ntities
of ir, giving you optimum convection he t. When oven is in oper tion,
you will he r the noise of the f ns motor. This is norm l.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Be sure ll shelves re correctly positioned in the oven. This unit
is equipped with 3 shelves. When cooking l rger volume foods, it m y
not be ppropri te to use ll 3 shelves.
2. Plug unit into grounded, 3-prong,120 volts/60 hz outlet.
3. When positioning oven on counter, be sure the oven h s minimum
of 2 inches of ir sp ce on ll sides.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Model OV-350 convection oven c n be utom tic lly controlled by
the use of the temper ture knob nd the timer/on knob. (See Figure 1.)
OPERATING SUGGESTIONS
lConvection oven cooking often llows for m ny st nd rd recipes to be
djusted to shorten times nd lower temper tures. The end result is
more even cooking with more fl vorful results.
lWarming Set temper tures round 1750F.
lRehea ing If food is frozen, cook longer t lower temper tures. This
will ensure th t food is he ted evenly nd prevent food fillings from
being served too hot.
lTime The gre ter the qu ntity of food in the oven, the longer the
cooking time required.
lEven cooking Alw ys sp ce product evenly on your cooking p ns,
nd le ve sp ce between shelves for proper convection. This oven c n
h ndle up to three st nd rd 1/2 size sheet p ns t once without rot tion.

lBaking Alw ys prehe t oven for minimum of 7 minutes.
