The C 420 splitter has been designed for the purpose of equalizing and reducing the
thickness of leather and similar materials (fo example false leather, salpa, regener-
ated materials). The stock maximum hardness must be < / = 90 SHORE-A.
The machine is mainly used in shoe factories, leathergoods industries and belt
production.
It can split stock up to a maximum idth of 410 mm and a maximum thickness of 8
mm at the origin, do n to a minimum thickness of 0.2 mm.
It can split and skive on pattern or be equipped ith tools to skive and equalize belts
or square pieces (parts of allets, bags and so on).
The use of splitter can be considered adequate only hen you keep to the instructions
contained in this manual and hen the cleaning and servicing operations are follo ed.
The use of different materials ( ith hardness higher than 90 SHORE-A), and of
cutting additives, can be cause of damages and of non compliance ith safety rules.
