- This kit is designed for specific applicable models only (authorized BRP dealers will confirm model(s)). It is not rec-
ommended for units- other than the one (those) for which it was sold.
- This instruction sheet MUST be given to the purchaser.
- Should removal of a locking device (e.g. lock tabs, self-locking fasteners, eto.) be required when undergoing dis-
assembly/assembly, always replace with a new one.
- Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered to.
- Always wear EYE PROtECTION AND APPROPRIATE GLOVES when using power tools.
- Unless otherwise specified, engine must be OFF when performing any operation on the vehicle.
- Always be aware of parts that can move, such as wheels, transmission components, etc.
- Some components may be HOT. Always wait for engine to cool down before performing work.

INSTRUCTIONS
Lights should be installed on light rackprior to in-
stallation of light rackon vehicle. Referto instruc-
tions for light installation.
A WARNING
Always disconnect battery before doing any
electrical modifications. Do not place tools
on battery. Proceed exactly in this specific
order:
1. Disconnect black cable (-) first.
2. Disconnect red cable (+) after.
3. Secure battery by covering poles with iso-
lating material.
1. Remove sport visor.
2. Flipover sport visor and without applying pres-
sure on drill, pre-drill 2.5mm (3/32in) holes in
the following locations.
IO,JilRj As the top is double walled, if pres-
sure is applied, holes may not align properly.
3. Without applying any pressure, drill 8 mm
(5/16in) in pre-drilled holes.

SPORT VISOR UPSIDE DOWN
1. Hole location
4. Align the sport visor with the IP1 J Light Rack
and manually tighten the IP2] Hex Screw into
these locations:

5.Torque to 10N·m ± 2N.m
(89Ibf·in ± 18Ibf·in).
ITWN: confirm torque values
6. Reinstallthe sport visor on the vehicle.
7. Installation is complete.
