FUNKTION UND BEDIENUNG
Einschalten: Drücken Sie die Starttaste. Die LED-Leuchte blinkt so lange
schnell blau auf, bis die Herzfrequenz gefunden wurde.
Ausschalten: Halten Sie die Starttaste gedrückt. Die LED-Leuchte blinkt rot
auf, das Gerät vibriert und wird ausgeschaltet.

Tragen des Armbands
Tragen Sie dar Armband im oberen Bereich des Unterarms. Der Sensor solle
sich an der Unterseite oder der Oberseite des Unterarms. Es sollte eng genug
anliegen, damit es nicht am Unterarm verrutschen kann, aber nicht so eng
sein, dass die Blutzufuhr eingeschränkt wird.
Erstes Einrichten der BLE Smart Fitness App
1 Aktivieren Sie BLE am mobilen Endgerät.
2 Öffnen Sie in der BLE Smart Fitness App die Sensoreinstellung.
3 Verbinden Sie die App mit dem Armband, indem Sie dieses einschalten.

FUNCTION AND OPERATION
Switching on: Press the start button. The LED light will flash blue rapidly until
the heart rate is found.
Switching off: Press and hold the start button. The LED light flashes red, the
device vibrates and turns off.

Wearing the wristband
Wear the wristband on the upper part of the forearm. The sensor should be on
the bottom or top of the forearm. It should be tight enough to not slip on the
forearm, but not so tight as to restrict blood flow.
Initial setup of the BLE Smart Fitness app.
1 Enable BLE on the mobile device.
2 In the BLE Smart Fitness app, open the sensor setting.
3 Connect the app to the wristband by turning it on.

FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO
Encender: pulse el botón de inicio. La luz LED parpadeará en azul rápidamente
hasta que se detecte la frecuencia cardíaca.
Apagar: mantenga pulsado el botón de inicio. La luz LED parpadea en rojo, el
aparato vibra y se apaga.

Cómo colocarse la pulsera
Lleve la pulsera en la parte superior del antebrazo. El sensor debe estar en la
parte inferior o superior del antebrazo. Debe estar lo sucientemente apretada
para que no pueda deslizarse por el antebrazo, pero no tan apretada como
para limitar la circulación de sangre.
Congurar la aplicación BLE Smart Fitness por primera vez
1 Active BLE en el dispositivo móvil.
2 Abra la conguración del sensor en la aplicación BLE Smart Fitness.
3 Conecte la aplicación a la pulsera encendiendo esta última.
Cómo congurar los dispositivos inteligentes BLE por primera vez
(Relojes deportivos, equipos de tness y sistemas de entrenamiento en
equipo GYM)
1 Seleccione "Add HR Sensor" en el menú de conguración de la unidad.
2 Conecte el aparato a la pulsera encendiendo esta última.
