1. Bevor die originale Abgasanlage demontiert wird, müssen die
Hauptanschlüsse. Sowie die Halterungen gelöst werden. s. Abb.3
Before you remove the original muffler we recommend to remove the
main connections and holdings. s. pic.3

2. Im Anschluss wird der Schalldämpfer aus der Halterung gelöst.
s. Abb.4 5 Die Halterplatte wird dabei demontiert und später durch das
Capristo Federpaket ersetzt.

Diese Halterung wird für die Ca risto- Abgasanlage nicht mehr benötigt.

3. Nachdem die originale Abgasanlage ausgebaut wurde, kann das Capristo
Federpaket zwischen der Verstrebung verschraubt werden. Anschließend
kann die Capristo Abgasanlage eingesetzt werden. Dabei empfiehlt es
sich die Capristo Abgasanlage zunächst in die Nachkatrohre
einzustecken und von vorne nach hinten weiter einzubauen. Durch das
einhängen in die Halterung wird der Einbau vereinfacht. Anschließend
werden alle Verbindungen leicht fixiert damit ein Einstellen noch möglich
bleibt. s. Abb.6 8
After the original exhaust has been removed, the Capristo
springpackage can be bolted between the bracing. We recommend that
the exhaust system must be first plugged into the catback pipes. After
that continue to install from front to back. By hannging the system into
the holding the instalation can be simplified. Fix easily the connections,
so that a setting is still remaining. s. pic.6 8

4. Beim Ausrichten der Endrohre sollte ein gleichmäßiger Abstand zur
Stoßstange vorhanden sein. s. Abb.9
Wichtig!!! Zusätzlich sollte daran gedacht werden, dass die Abgasanlage
sich im warmen Betriebszustand ausdehnt. Unter diesem Aspekt sollte
man beim Einbau zusätzlich darauf achten, dass man ausreichend platz zu
angrenzenden Bauteilen einhält. Wichtig!!! Anschließend müssen Sie sich
vergewissern, dass alle Verschraubungen sorgfältig angezogen sind,
sodass ein selbstständiges lösen während des Betriebszustandes
nicht möglich ist. s. Abb.10

Achten Sie Bitte darauf, dass die Federn auch nachgespannt worden sind.

!Achtung!
Die Vakuumversorgung für die Abgasklappen sollte auf direktem Wege vom Motor
geschehen und nicht von einem Versorger abgezweigt werden.
!Attention!
The vacuum supply for the valves should be done directly from the engine and not be
diverted via a supplier.
Zusätzlich wird empfohlen, die Versorgung der CES3-Steuerung mit dem Zündungs
+ zu verbinden, damit eine Dauerversorgung auszuschließen ist.
In addition, it is recommended to connect the supply of the CES3- control with the
ignition +, so that a permanent supply can be excluded.
