Quick Start Guide

Start charging the device Get ready to connect
Setting up your LogBand
Plug your LogBand device into a standard USB-A
port or use the included USB-C adapter.
The rst time you plug in your LogBand device
it will vibrate and the LED will blink green.
It will remain blinking until you pair it (see step 4.)
If you want to fully charge the device, leave it
plugged in. It will take a little over an hour.
LED color overview
Blinking green: Device is in pairing mode
LED o: Normal operation
Solid orange: Battery is charging
Solid green: Battery is fully charged
Flashing red: Battery needs to be charged

Status LED
LogBand overview
This simple wristband lets you log health events by
pressing a button. It syncs automatically with the
Carbon Health app so you and your care team
can understand your health trends and take action.
You’ll choose the type of health event you want to
focus on in the Carbon Health app. Add a health
event by pressing on the big or small button on
your LogBand.

Band
LogBands aren’t waterproof, so please:
•Don’t shower with your LogBand.
•Don’t swim with your LogBand.
•Don’t charge the device if it’s wet.
Caring for LogBand

If the band is too big for your wrist:
1 Wrap the band around your wrist. Place the short end of
the band on the inside and the long end on the outside.
2 Count the number of links you’d like to remove.
Note: Don’t remove more than 6 links max.
3Remove LogBand from your wrist. Identify the section of
the long end of the band where you’ll make the cut.
5 Use scissors to carefully cut the long end of the band with
along the groove between links.
Wrap the short end of
the band on the inside.
Safety notes: Please only use scissors in a safe manner. Don’t cut the band while it’s
on your wrist. Cut in a direction away from your body and ngers, hands, arms, and
legs. Don’t attempt to catch scissors if you drop them. Cut links and the magnets
within them may present a choking hazard to small children.
Resize if it’s too big (optional)

Insert device into the band
Open the Carbon
Health app and log in.
If it’s your rst time,
download the app
and sign up for a
free account.

whatsoever with respect to the LogBand,
Module and Adapter, including any warranty of
merchantability, warranty of tness for a particular
purpose or warranty of title or warranty against
infringement of intellectual property rights of a
third party, whether express or implied by law,
course of dealing, course of performance, usage of
trade, or otherwise.
Only use a USB power supply that is certied by a
recognized standard.
While the LogBand is IPX7-rated, we recommend
against wearing it while swimming, bathing or
subjecting the band to prolonged exposure to water.
Do not charge your LogBand module if it is wet.

for general wellness and tness purposes only.
LogBand does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent
any disease.
Module and Adapter may present a choking hazard
to small children. Keep them out of reach of small
children. This is not a toy.
