IT-G600
1. General
In this chapter, how to check the hardware of IT-G600 is explained.
The general fl ow to start up the test program is as follows:

HARDWARE TEST / SETTING
Prepare equipment required.
Insert a microSD card and nanoSIM card into the device.
Start the test program.
Perform function tests.
Perform Initial Settings. (When the Main PCB is replaced)
Perform resetting.
Remove the microSD card and nanoSIM card.

LCD/BACKLIGHT You can check the LCD/BACKLIGHT.
SCANNER You can check the SCANNER.
WLAN You can check the WLAN.
KEY You can check the KEY.
EARJACK You can check the Earphones JACK.
IO USB DETECT
You can check IT-G600’s I/O connector correctly
communicate with your PC.
IO USB HOST
You can check IT-G600’s I/O connector correctly
working with USB HOST device.
MicroUSB DETECT
You can check IT-G600’s MicroUSB connector correctly
communicate with your PC.
MicroUSB HOST
You can check IT-G600’s MicroUSB connector correctly
working with USB HOST device.
CAMERA You can check the CAMERA.
NFC You can check the NFC.
SENSOR You can check the SENSOR.
BLUETOOTH You can check the BLUETOOTH.

Click [Record] button.
Speak to the microphone.
Click [Play] button.
Check the recorded voice.
Check [Second MIC]
in the same way
Press "Play Reciver
Sound" to hear the sound

Check that the LED lights in the
same color as the screen display
Check that the key
backlight is on
Click "Touch screen"
Check the vibration
of the vibrator
Click [Success] if the test
result is satisfactory.

Check that it is "Closed" Release the right
lock lever
Click [Success] if the test
result is satisfactory.
Close the right
lock lever Check to be "Opened"

Draw an outline with silver
line on the screen.
Draw a silver line,
Click Next
Draw freely,
Click Exit

to 10 level.

There is no display
abnormality
in each color.
Click [Complete]
