Before you get started...
We’re confident you will be happy with your new Aspire bed frame.
However it is worth making sure before you unpackage and start to
put it together.
Please check the following:
A) CORRECT COLOUR
Please make sure you are happy with the colour. There is no need to fully
unpack, please just check the first component.
B) PACKAGING
If you’re satisfied, then its time to open. Start by laying out all components on
the cardboard. This will prevent the fabric getting stained or scuffed.
C) COMPONENTS
Finally, double check your components page and ensure you have all parts
listed. Please note some components may vary with frame size.
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with the product, don’t worry.
We just need everything back in the original packaging.
DO
•Check nothing is missing.
•All loose components are contained within
the packaging provided
•Wrap all large components up in the
original packaging.
•Close and securely seal the original
packaging
DON’T
•Leave components assembled. All
components must be dismantled and
separately packed.
•Put loose fixtures and fittings straight in
the box.
•Carelessly repackage. This may cause
damage.

1. Lay out components and check all are present.
For 3ft frame skip next steps and go to 4.
2. Line up Centre Beam bracket
with pre-drilled holes in
Head/Foot Beams

3. Screw in 4 Small Screws
at both ends.
4. Line up the Side Beams
with the Head/Foot Beams.

5. Screw in 3 corners using
the button head Torx screws
and Torx Screwdriver

6. Insert plastic Slat Mounts
into cut outs on Side
Beams.
7a. For 4ft to 6ft frame:
Build up adjustable slats. You will need 1 x Standard Slat, 2 x
Half Slats and 4 x Adjustment Sleeves per adjustable slat.

7b. For 3ft frame:
Build up adjustable slats. You will need 1 x Standard Slat with
2 rebates, 1 x Adjustable Slat with 1 rebate and 2 x
Adjustment Sleeves.
8. Position one Half Slat (4ft to 6ft)
or one adjustable slat (3ft) beneath
the Standard Slat as shown.
