INSTALLATION:
How to use the interface:
1. Connect the diagnostic connector interface to the control unit located in the car, next start
ignition to provide power –red LED flashing on the interface.
2. Programing:
a. Interface is working with 4 groups of LPG units:
i. One blink –STAG (all old units 200, 300, 400, PLUS, PREMIUM…) + KME units
ii. Two blinks –STAG (all new units QBOX, QMAX, QNEXT, GO FAST, DPI…)
iii. Three blinks –LPG TECH (all units)
iv. Four blinks –AGIS
b. Hold button 5 sec for enter to programing mode and setting one of four groups.
c. Each time you press button changes the mode (in programing mode). Number of blinks mean
current mode.
d. Hold button 5 sec again for save your settings.
e. LED should blink as when connected. If shines with a steady light - repeat the process.
f. Inactivity longer than 10s, causes exit programing mode without saving changes.
3. Turn on in your computer / tablet / smartphone bluetooth module and scan for Bluetooth
devices within reach.
4. After the interface detection it will be identified and called „CCY...”. Make connection using pair
code 1234.
5. Windows System will install the device drivers and create new virtual COM port. It can be
checked running Device Manager, going into lap COM and LPT Ports. The interface should be
shown as „Standard serial port by Bluetooth connection (COM …)”. In some software versions a
computer may give bluetooth device two ports numbers and usually it is needed to use lower
one.
6. Run a diagnostic software dedicated for your LPG / CNG installation, then make connection.
Most of the diagnostic software automatically scans devices looking for installed interface and
alone attribute to itself the COM port number, finalizing thereby the connection process. In
cases where is no such option or there are problems in establishing communication it is needed
to manually select the COM port number. To do this, read the port number from Device
Manager (look step no 4.) and set it in LPG/CNG adjustment software.
7. In the moment of connection with a diagnostic software red interface indicator lights up in the
pulsed mode- it confirms readiness to work.
USAGE:
The interface is equipped with a red LED signaling operating in two modes:
LED FLASHING FAST –informs about correct connection interface to the car and readiness to
make connection with a computer/tablet/smartphone.
LED FLASHING TWICE A SECOND- informs about correct pair interface with a
computer/tablet/smartphone and established connection by the diagnostic software.
