These warnings are integral and essential parts of the product and must be delivered to the user. Read them
carefully as they provide important information regarding installation, use and maintenance. This form must be
kept and transmit it to any subsequent users in the use of the system. Incorrect installation or use improper use

4] Warning
Installation and testing must only be performed by qualied personnel in order to guarantee the correct and safe
functionality of the road barrier.
The manufacturer, declines all responsibility for damage caused by any incorrect installations due to incapacity
and / or negligence.
5] Preliminary recommendation
Prepare an electric channel at the center of the barrier base, in correspondence of the central hole - (sheath
diameter 25 - 50 mm).
6] Mechanical installation
Place the barrier on the counter-plate and screw it through
the self-locking nuts M12 supplied.
Take the counterplate and bend the achors in an
appropriate manner. Create a ground excavation of
adequate size. Insert the electric channeling inside the
counterplate hole. Level and cement the counterplate

Place the barrier on the surface desired and lock it
securely through the four internal xing holes on the base

6.3 Manual Opening
For any intervention, rst open the cabinet door, using the key supplied.
Then insert the exagonal key supplied into the appropriate grain at the end of the motor shaft, screw clockwise
until it stops, ending the release maneuver.
NOTE: When the lid is opened, the automation is blocked.
6.4 Rod support
Insert the rod support on the shaft and
lock it through the M8 screws.
Insert the rod into the support and tighten
the relative screws.
6.5 Opening direction
To change the opening direction of the automation from left (standard) to right, proceed as follows:

- Release the spring;
- Remove the trapezoidal bracket unscrewing the
two grains;
- Change the position of the key from location A to
location B tree.
- Reinsert the trapezoidal bracket
and screw the two grains;
- Hook the spring in the opposite
position (B holes) .

6.6] Spring adjustment
- Release the motor.
Apply tension to the spring acting on the lower tie rod,
until the shaft remains balanced at about 45° and the
trapezoidal bracket stays in horizontal position, compared
to ground.
- Block the motor.
On the trapezoidal bracket are present four holes, to
adjust the strength of the spring, according to the length
of the rod.
The more you engage the spring inwards the more you
reduce the strength.
6.7] Limit switch adjustment
It is possible to adjust the position of the limit switches,
both mechanical (located inside the barrier) and electric
(easily accessible, placed under the top cover).
NOTE: when you move one of the mechanical limit switch,
you move even the corresponding electrical limit switch.
Once changed the position of a limit switch, the
programming of the electronic card must be executed
again.

NOTES
• Safety edge, connected on terminals 4 - 6. This contact protects opening and closing.
DIP 5 ON: When there is an obstacle, the motor stops and reverses for 2 sec.
DIP 5 OFF: When there is an obstacle motor STOP.
In both cases after the disengagement resumes the opening.
• Photocells, connected on terminals 5 - 6. This contact protects only in closing : when there is an obstacle
the motor STOP.
• Emergency Stop connected on terminals 6 -7 - The contact, if open, will causes the immediate stop of the
automation in any situation.

The programming starts with the barrier closed. The rst motion will be opening : invert in case of opposite
direction acting on dip-switch 4.
Give a START command
( 1-2) or through a
remote control : the
barrier opens.

open limit switch is activated
2 - CLOSING PROGRAMMING
The electric limit switch is activated by the
mechanical actuator: act on the screw to adjust
the pinion that gives the stop.
Give a START command: start
the slowdown
If automatic reclosing is active
(Dip2 = ON) wait for the desired
pause time and then give a
START command: the barrier
starts closing.
As soon as the closing limit
switch acts, the barrier stops.
L2 turns OFF.
Act on the screw to adjust the pinion which gives the
closed position to the closing limit switch.

• The installation must be performed by professionally competent personnel and in compliance with applicable

4] Considerazioni per l’installazione
Le operazioni di installazione e collaudo devono essere eseguite solo da personale qualicato ai ni di
garantire la corretta e sicura funzionalità della barriera automatizzata.
La casa costruttrice, declina ogni responsabilità per i danni derivati da eventuali errate installazioni dovute
ad incapacità e/o negligenza.
5] Predisposizioni preliminari
Predisporre una canalizzazione elettrica al centro della base della barriera, in corrispondenza del foro centrale -
(guaina diam. 25 – 50 mm).
6] Installazione meccanica
Prendere la contropiastra e piegare le zanche in maniera
opportuna. Creare uno scavo a terra di misura adeguata.
Inserire la canalizzazione elettrica all’interno del foro della
contropiastra. Livellare e cementare la contropiastra.
Posizionare la barriera sulla contropiastra ed avvitarla
tramite i dadi autobloccanti M12 in dotazione.
6.1] Fissaggio della barriera con la controplacca ( optional )
6.2] Fissaggio della barriera senza controplacca
Posizionare la barriera sulla superce desiderata e
bloccarla saldamente tramite i quattro fori di ssaggio
presenti internamente sulla base.

6.3] Apertura manuale
Intervenire inserendo la chiave e aprire il coperchio. Inserire la chiave in dotazione nell’apposito grano presente
all’estremità dell’albero motore; avvitare in senso orario no a battuta, concludendo la manovra di sblocco.
N.B. All’apertura del coperchio l’automatismo va in blocco.
6.4] Sostegno asta
Inserire il sostegno asta sull’albero e
bloccarlo tramite le viti M8 .
Inlare l’asta nel sostegno e stringere le
relative viti.
6.5] Direzione apertura
Per cambiare il senso di apertura dell’automazione da sinistra (standard) a destra procedere come segue:

- Sganciare la molla;
- Estrarre la staffa trapezoidale svitando i due grani;
- Cambiare la posizione della chiavetta dalla sede A
alla sede B dell’albero
- Reinserire la staffa trapezoidale ed
avvitare i due grani;
- Agganciare la molla nella posizione
opposta ( Fori B ).

6.6] Regolazione molla
- Sbloccare il motore.
Mettere in tensione la molla agendo sul tirante inferiore,
no a quando l’asta rimane bilanciata a circa 45° e
la staffa trapezoidale rimane in posizione orizzontale
rispetto al terreno.
- Bloccare il motore.
Nella staffa trapezoidale sono presenti quattro fori, per
regolare la forza della molla, rispetto alla lunghezza
dell’asta.
Più si aggancia la molla verso l’interno e più si riduce la
forza.
6.7] REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA
E’ possibile regolare la posizione dei necorsa, sia
meccanici (situati internamente alla barriera) e sia elettrici
(raggiungibili facilmente, posti sotto il coperchio superiore).
N.B. quando si sposta uno dei necorsa meccanici,
spostare di conseguenza il relativo necorsa elettrico,
quindi eseguire una nuova procedura di programmazione
del quadro elettronico
