grounded15‐ampere,125‐voltduplexreceptacle.Useonlywithduplexreceptaclehavingcenterscrew.


1. Usingastandardslottedscrewdriver,removethecenterplatescrewfromthewallplate(donot
removethewallplateitself).
2. Plugthedeviceintothereceptacle,orientedsuchthatthemountingtabholelinesupwiththe
wallplatescrewhole.
